I came to Doc Peaches five years ago after a brutal Jiu-Jitsu injury. I tore my ankle during a competition and was left limping for nearly eight months. I couldn’t train, run, or play tennis—things I loved doing. Every morning started with a deep ache in my ankle and the same frustrating limp.
Eventually, I knew I had to take action, so I turned to Dr. Peaches. He carefully evaluated my injury and treated it with ultrasound-guided injections, then gave me one simple instruction: rest for three months. No training, no sports, just healing. It wasn’t easy, but it was the best decision I’ve ever made. He was also very specific with what training routine I should be doing in order to heal faster which I am still doing to this day because of how good I feel afterwards.
Today, I’m back to training, running, and playing tennis pain free. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
