My stay at this hostel was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere was perfect for my first time in Sweden. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an youth hostel experience!

Great central location and near the water which is pretty. Rooms and common spaces were clean. Good kitchen that had everything you need. Not many people but that was nice. I see what other reviews were saying about the owner always hovering which was the one con.

Small very central hostel located in the heart of the Old City in Stockholm. Good for short stays if you're going to be out and about, if you're travelling with a group and want to explore historic Stockholm. The kitchen is small but useful, staff incredibly professional.

The location is very good. You're close to some pretty spots and metro stations. The staff was so nice and welcoming when we entered and they really tried to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The hostel was clean except for those small little things like hair in the drain but it was generally fine. The rooms are a bit outdated but for the price that you pay its no big deal. Theres a kitchen with a lot of appliances and plates and stuff so thats very nice. There are clear rules about no partying or drinking so you probably wont wake up in the Middle of the night because drunk students, i personally really liked that. Overall, would recommend!

NOT a good Hostel. Overpriced, poorly managed and dirty. The owner is surly (when he bothered to show up), gossiped about guests and won't address customer concerns. Security was poor and things were stolen. He even allowed a pros. to do business from their room and the 'clients' were just coming in and out every evening - absolutely shocking! I had difficulty sleeping, - and the owner wanted me to act as a receptionist... for free! It's also next to a very busy main road, so the location is spoiled by noise. A miserable experience.

Location is incredible, its just right next to the water. A few minutes walk to many great spots, pub-crawling and tourist sightseeing. It has a kitchen and it can be messy at time. Bed and shower rooms are ok but a bit pricey for its quality. I still had a pleasant stay at the hostel.

I loved this place. I read the negative reviews and, yeah, I can kinda see where they’re coming from…..but it’s missing the point. It’s a three century old building. It’s a cheap place to nest while you explore what’s outside its door. It’s a communal experience, because it’s small. Expect to talk, expect to make friends. The manager is a terrific fellow, but it’s not the Hilton: you mostly have to fend for yourself. Write down the door code— there’s no 24 hr front desk. All the guests are assumed to be grownups. I loved it.

Great location. But that's about the only nice thing about this hostel. Rooms were very small and somewhat dirty. Lockers are very small, you can't fit a small backpack into it. Front desk/reception is unfriendly and just not the vibe. Common area is extremely small and very rarely were there people socializing in it. There are only two toilets in the entire hostel, and they were dirty. Would not recommend it. Stay somewhere in Sodermalm or Norrmalm instead, the metro in Stockholm is great.
