I want share an awesome experience we recently had in securing a service provider for our one year old generator. Initially, we encountered difficulty arranging a service appointment with the company that performed the installation, despite their offering a service plan. We were pleased to discover Doctor Generator through their advertisement, and it appears our search for a reliable service provider has concluded. They offer a comprehensive suite of services for home standby generators at a very reasonable price point. We appreciated their professionalism! they contacted us in advance to inform us of their arrival and subsequently conducted a very thorough inspection and service of our generator. We are very satisfied with their services. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable, our overall impression of the company is excellent.

Chris was extremely informative and transparent concerning my issue with the generators needs. Lou came out with (Tom/Mike? - sorry) and did a thorough and complete test of the system after tuning it up and replacing a new battery I had purchased. I had them put us on the schedule for next year since their honestly and frankly pricing is unbeatable. Great team to work with.
