I love the clothes here! However I did go a few times in a week and I did feel like some of the staff were not very friendly so I didn’t really feel welcome or comfortable in the store. I love shopping here but going in person I didn’t have the best experience. Some of the staff were accommodating and friendly.

Such a sweet little shop in the West Village. Their clothing line is filled with pieces that are elegant, feminine and whimsical. You can’t go wrong with any piece. I personally love their dresses namely the Quinn and Dianne. Their tops are so unique as well and have the cutest little details. The staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming. The only caveat being that it is on the pricier side but worth a once in a while treat💕

Beautiful clothes, one of my favorite places to shop at the moment. Rude sales staff, one staff member loudly talked about how you should just buy and return it if it doesn’t work out, but customers are so afraid to buy in person but order easily online. Turned me off from the store.

I love coming here, the staff are friendly and welcoming and they carry the larger sizes surprisingly. The only down side are the dressing rooms. They only have 1 large room and the others are so tiny and uncomfortable. Definitely not plus size friendly!

I visited the store on Saturday afternoon (5/3) and wanted to share my experience, especially since I didn’t catch the names of the amazing sales associates who helped me. Both the women greeting at the door and the one assisting with sizes were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I was in a bit of a rush and couldn’t try anything on, but they still guided me through sizing and even offered thoughtful suggestions to help me decide. Despite the store being busy, they handled everything with grace and professionalism. Honestly, after reading some of the negative reviews, I wasn’t expecting much, but the customer service was the complete opposite of what I anticipated. They made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

For years I’ve adored my charming doen pieces, but after my experience yesterday, I’m completely disenchanted. They made us wait outside, which I totally understand for the capacity of the store, but they LOCKED customers in, many people didn’t know how to even unlock the door, not to mention its outright illegal. Nobody even acknowledged when I came in, much less help me find a specific piece I came in for. The woman running the show was super rude to other customers basically telling them to purchase something or leave and if they don’t like it they can just return it. They were acting like their products were Chanel lol… meanwhile tables were covered in unfolded clothing, old water bottles from patrons leaving behind, etc. Super disappointing.

The clothes at Dôen are absolutely beautiful. This store is one of the bests. Alsooo I saw Camilla Morrone when I was shopping here so automatic 10/10!

went here over the weekend and had a lovely experience!! although it was crowded, sales associate bella was incredibly helpful and attentive. super cute clothes and space. highly recommend checking out this nyc location for any doen fans.

Received a beautiful blue $228 plus DOEN Marbella Maillot bathing suit as a gift. Wore it in Asphalt Green swimming pool twice for under one hour and all the color is gone. The bathing suit was apparently not meant to be used in pool water. DOEN should let folks know bathing suits not made to be swam in. Sent photos, tags to DOEN customer service, no assistance available. They state there is no guarantee for their products.
