I absolutely love the Sag Harbor Doen store! I’ve been many times and every single visit has been such a great experience. The girls who work here are always so sweet, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They make shopping feel easy and enjoyable. They are always kind to customers and it is sweet to see the friendly way they interact with each other. It’s clear they truly enjoy working together, and that makes the atmosphere feel extra welcoming and special. The store itself is beautiful, as are the clothes. The fabrics are high quality, and each style is elegant and uniquely designed. Highly recommend stopping in!

People have an awful lot of time on their hands To comment such nasty things about beautiful clothing and a kind staff. I’ve visited this store several times since it opened and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. Staff were attentive and helpful even when the store is buzzing with crowds of shoppers. It’s a small space for so much traffic, and not many fitting rooms to fit the demand. It seems to me that these girls are doing the best they can dealing with entitled clientele, tight quarters, and a bustling location. A shame only the negative Nancy’s have the energy to write reviews…

I'm not quite sure how this location doesn't have more comments, but the staff is one of the rudest/snidest I've ever come across. It seems to be the tone the manager sets, and sending this review in hopes it reaches corporate. I often shop in the West Village location and this vibe seems to be particular to the vibe the manager sets here. I'm only writing this review after shopping 4x at this location (with 4 different groups), and the tone was the same time and time again. The girls are condescending and unhelpful, but so is the presumed manager (the older woman). They come across untrained in sales whatsoever-- I know it can be hard to find seasonal employees but the kids over at Bon Bon (who just started may I add) are so kind, so it's not a lack of talent issue. I asked an associate a question as she was talking personal talk on the floor (while the store had many customers and they didn't greet or acknowledge anyone) with another associate, she replied snarkily, rolled her eyes and went right back to her personal convo. The question was if this item is in stock in other sizes-- sorry my bad! If I asked about other items in sizes or colors they would tell me to check the website myself, or just flat out say it's not available when I knew it was. You have to go out of your way to interrupt them to get a fitting room. Hopeful this makes a positive change and others are treated better moving forward.

I shop at doen quite often and always receive amazing service at the west village location. But this is was my first time at the sag harbor location and it did not feel welcoming. The two ladies were not helpful and barely spoke. But I found what I was looking for and the store is well stocked.

It's such a cute store! The girls are incredibly sweet, it's such a shame it's so hidden. People should check it out for the perfect summer wardrobe.

Such a fun and pretty store!! Their dresses are beautiful and the sales people are so helpful! Definitely recommend checking it out.

Decia is the absolute nicest , friendliest woman. Love this store and love her ❤️🇺🇸💙
