I'm not quite sure how this location doesn't have more comments, but the staff is one of the rudest/snidest I've ever come across. It seems to be the tone the manager sets, and sending this review in hopes it reaches corporate. I often shop in the West Village location and this vibe seems to be particular to the vibe the manager sets here. I'm only writing this review after shopping 4x at this location (with 4 different groups), and the tone was the same time and time again. The girls are condescending and unhelpful, but so is the presumed manager (the older woman). They come across untrained in sales whatsoever-- I know it can be hard to find seasonal employees but the kids over at Bon Bon (who just started may I add) are so kind, so it's not a lack of talent issue. I asked an associate a question as she was talking personal talk on the floor (while the store had many customers and they didn't greet or acknowledge anyone) with another associate, she replied snarkily, rolled her eyes and went right back to her personal convo. The question was if this item is in stock in other sizes-- sorry my bad! If I asked about other items in sizes or colors they would tell me to check the website myself, or just flat out say it's not available when I knew it was. You have to go out of your way to interrupt them to get a fitting room. Hopeful this makes a positive change and others are treated better moving forward.
