I ordered the Ringer (as a double), and the Holy Aioli with fries. The Ringer is fantastic, and there is no need to make it a double. It's plenty to handle on its own, but the blend of ingredients is fantastic. The Holy Aioli was also excellent. It did start to lose its appeal near the end, but that may speak to the heartiness of the burger. The fries are crispy and tasty. Not necessarily a must-order, but really good. On a second visit, I had The Hot Chick and it's a worthy entree. The seasoning is great, and it's got the perfect amount of heat (mild but present). I also had the Tater Tots and Cheese Tots. I enjoyed the plain tots more, and Dog Haus does them right. I normally don't order tots for fear of soggy taters, but they make 'em crispy and well-fried. I'd love to try a Haus Dog like the Cowboy next time I visit, or even a breakfast burrito. The main host/chef/server was super helpful and knowledgeable. It strikes me that he might even be the owner. The rest of the service staff were also helpful. The restaurant has a cool industrial feel. This place is pretty pricey, which hampers how often I dine here, but I'll definitely be back again.

I placed an order online, the order was ready by the time I got there. However one main issue I had was that I specifically requested no Lettuce or Onions (I'm allergic to onions, and don't like lettuce) I called to see if there was anything that I could do like a replacement or even a refund since I was on my lunch break and wouldn't be able to return until I got off work later that evening. Their response was "Uh we no er can no do refund wit out no owner or manajjer, you could try back later or tomorrow". This is extremely unfortunate as the food is decent but being unable to eat it because of the instructions not being followed and not even able to get a refund is very infuriating.

Google
Checked it out for a breakfast burrito. Ordered the Pastrami Burrito. Never have had pastrami in a breakfast burrito. Wow… Flavor Explosion in my mouth. Has egg, pastrami, white cheese, crisp tots and spicy Mayo in a flour tortilla. Amazing!!! Shared one with my wife. Clean tables and happy, friendly staff. Love the cookie sheet serving tray. Will be back to try a burger.

These people cannot get your order correct to save their life. We don't order from here often because every time we do we get charged a buttload for food they can't seem to put in the bag. But every so often we'll take the risk and place an order thinking there's no way they can mess it up again... right? Wrong. But we've never made a fuss over it and just accepted, (including the time they served a regular meat burrito instead of the impossible one.) This last time however I called to ask them to please double check the order and if we could have 3 sauces for our 3 bags of tots. There wasn't a button to order the sauces so this was the only way we could add them. The owner refused to include them saying that sauces aren't free to which I finally decided to bring up the amount of times they've missed items on our order and that we've easily spent way more than what those sauces would cost. Which she then accused me of lying saying that multiple people have tried claiming the same thing, (ah but I guess we all must be crazy.) In the end she never gave us the sauces and we were missing 2 of our tots and my roommate got severe food poisoning. Seriously this place is run like a joke and the food is not good enough to deal with the headache. Not to mention WAY over priced.

Google
Got the double cheeseburger with pastrami and the cowboy. The meat is cooked thin and perfectly so it’s got a nice crunch on the outside, but almost melts in your mouth. I’ve always thought the secret to a good burger was the cheese melting and this one was perfect. One of my favorite new places to get a burger in Utah. The cowboy hotdog was very savory and I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if I had it at the beginning of my meal. But still, probably the best hot dog I’ve ever had. Would never hesitate to come back.

Google
We ordered two hot dogs, but the manager insisted we ordered three items because he failed to listen to us. He was extremely rude and wouldn't refund us so we gave the extra to someone standing in line who took it and left. It felt good to help someone out. And we were happy not to pad the sales numbers here. We gave a 20% tip on an overcharge and we won't be tipping in advance of service anymore. Too bad for decent restaurant businesses.

Google
Wow. I was impressed. It was not very busy when we went, so we had a chance to very thoroughly look through the menu. I oddly decided to go with a burrito over their signatures (I have had a burger here before and it was delightful) but boy did I choose right. The Hungover Burrito was phenomenal! The chili inside was a nice touch and I added a little spicy aioli mayo to my bite and it was heavenly. Everything tasted fresh and hot (obviously a must but even some places can’t get that right). I can only imagine how good it tasted if I was actually hungover so, the name fits. I also added grilled onions to mine because why the hell not? The Chocolate Shake tasted excellent. I like it very rich and that’s exactly what it was. I would only complain that it was a little too liquidy for me. I need a thick shake. The Fries were good! Hot and crispy and salty. What more can you say? Absolutely will be back. It tasted so fetching good. Last con, it is a little pricey. It was about 25 bucks just for me.. I can also eat a lot, but if it’s that good every time then I don’t mind one bit.

Google
Dog Haus is INCREDIBLE. I would consider myself a hotdog connoisseur, and the cowboy dog here is my favorite hotdog I have ever eaten. The Hawaiian rolls as buns is absolute genius and so delicious. Love it here so much.

Yelp
I had lunch at Dog Haus today and was blown away! I ordered the Bad Mutha Clucka grilled chicken sandwich, and it was amazing--so full of flavor! The chicken was thick, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Plus, the sandwich was a really generous size. My mom ordered the breakfast burrito, which had hashbrowns and fresh over-medium eggs wrapped inside, along with a side of Cholula. She absolutely loved it, and I snuck a bite--it was delicious! The service was excellent. Josh, the guy who checked us out was super helpful and patient, and the other staff were busy making sure the restaurant was spotless and looking great. I also really enjoyed the vibe of the place. It stays pretty busy, which feels like a good sign, and the decor is so inviting. The mix of steel beams and wood makes it feel warm and welcoming, but still modern and fresh. If you're looking for great food, a cool atmosphere, and friendly service, Dog Haus is definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
Dog Haus is great for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. I love that there's classic comfort options for everyone. We got the CaliDog, impossible corn dog, and impossible hot chicken sandwich with a side of tots. Everything was tasty. The corn dog wasn't my fave as it's pretty traditional fried so it's crunchy and I prefer softer batter. Service was minimal as you only interact when grabbing your food, but kind regardless.

Yelp
I'm in town working with a youth group and we stopped for some quick breakfast. A friend had a recommendation of a place called "Bad Ass Burritos" that's within this restaurant. Staff was friendly and open and helped us navigate the menu options. Plenty of seats setup in community bench style. I got the Bronco Burrito which had avocado, pickled jalapeños, bacon, chipotle aioli and an over medium egg. It was an awesome surprise to get a bit with runny yolk and all that flavor. Also had a cookie, best way I could describe would be a larger "chewy chips ahoy" which was soft and slighter under baked. Hands down my favorite way. The burrito, cookie and soda were a little over $20 which felt high but the flavor was really great and makes up for the pocket burn. I'd recommend and am willing to return.

Yelp
If you like hot dogs or sausage, this is the place to go! Great food and great prices! I highly recommend it

Yelp
Dog Haus is a grease pit in the best possible way. The pure gluttony of hot dogs and burgers on Hawaiian rolls has to be experienced by every American. Just don't expect to feel great after. Maybe spend some time on the treadmill to make up for it.

Yelp
My fiancé and I picked up burritos here before hitting the mountain and they were really good. I was skeptical at first because this is a hot dog place but honestly they were pretty fire . We liked the burritos so much that we picked them up again before heading to the airport and ended up making ppl jealous as we ate them on the plane (I kinda feel bad because they smelled wayyy better than airplane snacks lol).

Yelp
I actually wish I could review the food but unfortunately due to very lackluster and poor service I can't speak to that! I can only give a review of their customer service which is terrible! I used their kiosk order system which you're prompted to use and my order showed completed and final and asked for the classic " give a tip". I waited 10-15 min thinking this was pretty long. During that wait I asked one of the workers if they had salsa and he looked at me with a pissed off face and just said " no we don't do that" and was bugged I even asked. After a while I asked the head cashier nicely why the group behind me, which was a larger party got their food first and he said " I don't know let's see" he looked and couldn't find my name and just said " guess it didn't go through" ill take your order now though. My issue is, if you see me standing there in a fairly empty building waiting like a jacka$$ you should probably put two and two together and see if there is a problem. Not asking for a free burrito but do something to make YOUR wrong RIGHT! Don't just disregard your customer that YOU WATCHED USE YOUR KIOSK and even helped me at the kiosk too! Food could be incredible but I'll never bother to go back if that's how they treat people. Thumbs down

Yelp
A solid 4 stars. Food was great and man the tenders were really good. Very well seasoned, crunchy AND crispy. The burger was great, serving them on Kings Hawaiian rolls is a fantastic choice. The onion rings on top were also good, and the BBQ sauce was very good. I wish the fry sauce or ketchup was out in the front for easy access, but I won't fault them too much for that. Service was quick and hassle free, really no problems there. Ambiance? Fine. Nothing to complain about. I'd come back.
google avatar

Yelp
Burgers are not that great. Tater Tots were highly salted to the point of being uneatable. The plastic dinnerware is so cheap it breaks when cutting food.

Yelp
Cajun breakfast burrito is delicious!!!! We also tried the Das Brat- bratwurst, caramelized onions, sauerkraut and golden mustard - awesome. Dallin is a great manager and made sure everything was perfect. I will be back for another breakfast burrito soon!

Yelp
This was our first time coming here and we loved it! The food was served relatively quick and there was a good amount of seating. The only issue is that the lights hung really low and felt a bit in your face. We ordered a hot dog, a burger, and the cheese fries. The hotdog was very high quality and both the hotdog and burger were built with care. The cheese fries also had enough cheese which isn't always the case with cheese fries! The fries were also seasoned so even the ones with less cheese still tasted great!

Lizbeth C.

Yelp
Omg the chicken sandwiches are SO good. And even my vegetarian wife can come eat with me!

Crystal S.

Yelp
The flavors were amazing, the service was fast, quality was good. The inside of the restaurant was a cozy chill vibe.

Yelp
So We usually get these amazing burritos from Dog Haus and we get the sausage breakafast burrito. Well this time something was horribly wrong. The inside of the burrito looked like your cook hocked a fat lugi in my burrito and i had mad diarrhea for days due to the disgusting garbage that was put into my food. If i see that cook im going to crap on that floor and find out why they hire such disgusting maggots

Mark F.

Yelp
This was a refreshing change from the franchise burger places. Great hot dog on Hawaiian bread.
google avatar

Gregg N.

Yelp
This was so good! I wanted more but I would have been ashamed of myself! lol This hot dog was more of an experience than your typical hot dog. All of the toppings made this entree quite tasty! I wish there were in SC! Had to go to Salt Lake City to try this b
google avatar

Phuoc B.

Yelp
Been craving a hot dog and found this place! Can I just say the hot dogs and sausage we got was so good! I think it's the buns that make it great. So soft and buttery! Service was good too, food came quick. On top of that they have tatter tots!!
google avatar

Heather H.

Yelp
It was my first time here... and they seriously have the best hot dogs that I've ever tasted! I can't wait to go back again:)
google avatar

Angel Y.

Yelp
Yes, their hot dogs are good. But the chicken sandwich is also soooo good. Super crispy on the outside, and super meaty and juicy on the inside, with the refreshing coleslaw and pickles to balance the slight spicy and salty flavor of the chicken, adding a touch of slight sweetness from the Hawaiian roll. What else you can ask for in a perfect chicken sandwich?
google avatar

Melissa F.

Yelp
I'm from the Midwest where the hot dog is king, so glad to have found this place here in the land of burgers thet a girl can get a proper hot dog!
google avatar

Holly A.

Yelp
We were totally happy with our meals after trying to try a new place. I ordered the Bad Mutha Clucker chicken sandwich and the bf ordered the Reservoir Dog and we shared onion rings. Although we ordered via Grubhub the food arrived decently warm and we are happy to review that we totally enjoyed the flavor of each of our choices. Probably some of the crispiest chicken I have ate. He really liked his polish kielbasa dog.
google avatar

Kalen S.

Yelp
I loved this place in Houston and was so excited to see it was here in Utah as well!! Food was great, just as I remembered and the place was clean and someone constantly cleaning tables whenever someone leave. Even if it's slow. (Which a lot of places lack doing this) Burger was amazing, would recommend the Little Mule 100%. Normally burgers can get soggy if there's too much wet ingredients but I found that this burger held together the whole time and didn't get soggy at all. The Brat was delicious & the bun was a nice crisp on the edges but still soft. I Recommend!

Yelp
Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 The Haus Breakfast Burrito 10/10 yummy... Not small by any means... very tasty
google avatar

Yelp
The service was very good, I felt like the young lady taking my order was informative and knew the menu well. The ambiance is great, they had high chairs for the kiddos. I really liked the idea of everything I ordered but just didn't come together that well when I tasted it. I ordered the fonz burrito, one slide for the kiddo, and my wife ordered the socal dog. The tater tots tasted fine in the burrito, I though the eggs were cooked great, I though the sauce and pastrami all were fine. But when put together it was just too much for me. The flavors are supposed to mesh together well but didn't taste great all together. The slider is absolutely tiny, I understand it's a slider and there isn't much you can do about that but man it was freaking small for 4 dollars. Hot dog was fine. Overall, if it was a little better priced I would come to try more items but I won't be back.

Greg F.

Yelp
Came for late Valentine's Day meal out. My wife ordered the Little Mule and loved it and I ordered the Freiburger which is now off menu, but they still let you order it (which I appreciate though it's a $1.50 more as a result). Still think this is the best burger of any place in Utah!!! I like 5 guys in general, but the Freiburger is worth the trek up to Salt Lake County to the Dog Haus!! Pic shows just 1/4 of my burger left. I like cutting it along the lines of the Hawaiian bun.

DJ H.

Yelp
Visiting Utah and really wanted a good breakfast burrito, and found this business. The Haus Burrito was good and pretty much matched the menu, the only complaint about the food was - it was HUGE! Now, normally not a big deal - I like to eat - but this thing as three times what I needed, AND was $12.00 plus. Maybe offer a smaller version? The ordering process was completely on a touch screen, with no actual human interaction, and was not set up to be very user friendly, and of course could not answer questions, and could not pay cash! No one greeted or set a word to me. The space is attractive, but with high ceilings and hard walls it is loud and echoes. With music playing loud, the lady at the counter could not even be heard when announcing orders and the atmosphere was not very welcoming.

Yelp
Oh my goshhhh!! This place was so yummy! We went today for the first time and tried the dogs and they were yummy, not your average dog thats for sure! And they packed it with delicious toppings too! I also tried my husband's burger and it was so delicious. Loved the environment too! Definitely recommend this place! We will def be coming back!
google avatar

Courtney T.

Yelp
Food is great, absolutely on the pricy side though. The vibe here isn't friendly and I couldn't begin to tell you why, the people here just don't seem happy to be there & it makes it weird dining in, we likely won't be back for that reason; awesome burgers + poor vibes = pass.
google avatar

Isaac B.

Yelp
Every time I've been here it's always great and the food has never been bad, ever since the first time I went food is consistent, restaurant is clean, employees are nice and the service is spot on.
google avatar

James M.

Yelp
My wife and I came here after searching for a new burger restaurant and this really hit the spot. I got the hangover burger and my wife got the holy aoli and while it is more than a McDonalds burger it is worth every single penny. I made a yelp account just so I could give this review I felt like they deserved it so much. Great food for a good price. Service was fast and efficient which is a great bonus. Cool little place to come in and have a meal.
google avatar

Jaime R.

Yelp
My burger was good no issues with the food. Kid had one of their kids meal, she thought it was pretty good. A bit on the pricey side, but will come back.
google avatar

Adam H.

Yelp
Food was okay certainly not worth the price. The ambiance was run down like in a Chinese neighborhood kinda vibe. Service was good but the food was so expensive I got two chili idols sweet potato fries and two drinks was $30.02 which is far out of my budget. I was expecting to pay at most $20.00 but nope. Wont be coming back thats for sure.

Katie P.

Yelp
From out of state. Stop here every time we are passing by for a breakfast burrito. SO GOOD.
google avatar

Meshelle B.

Yelp
Dogs and sausages were quite a bit larger than expected. Very glad I didn't order two. Very good food, very good service. Wish there were some in my area of the country!
google avatar

Shelby B.

Yelp
I got the cowboy haus dog and my sister and I "split" the sides. I liked that the hot dog bun was on a Hawaiian roll, it gives it some sweetness! Overall for the taste and price of the hot dog, I'd give it a 6. Also, I was really disappointed after finding out that my sister did NOT eat her portion of the sweet potato fries in the car, the bag was just half empty to pay $4.50 for a half empty bag? Not worth it! Onion rings are good and salty but same thing, not worth $4.50 for 8 or 9 onion rings!
google avatar

abemewkid63 m.

Yelp
The Customer Service was great, the food was awsome. I had ordered the Sooo Cali, I wanted to humor the idea to try "avocado on a hotdog," I tried it and I was hooked! The other ingredients collaborated with the savory bun and hotdog made this, not only something that works, but was done in a way that tasted authentic towards what they are advertising on the sign, it tastes like the quality of something you would take the time and make at home by scratch. It was genius not to mention some of the other hotdogs that they have as well. I would definitely refer this place to anyone who is looking to sit down hang out and enjoy something different, obviously to each is their own, knowing that not everybody likes hotdogs but this place is pretty legit since I was looking for a place that wasn't just jdawgs to come and eat, this is another great alternative!
google avatar

Mary Kathryn C.

Yelp
Each item we got was okay but wouldn't necessarily crave in the future. We were also the only ones in the restaurant and every table was dirty, but it was really nice seeing the variety in meat alternative choices! The Hawaiian rolls were also a fun detail!
google avatar

Tristan B.

Yelp
I was excited to see they have a plant-based section on their menu, but disappointed that they didn't have a plant-based hotdog. They exist (hello, Smartdogs and Hotdog on a Stick), why can't I find them anywhere? Anyway, I ordered their Impossible Burger. The burger itself didn't look that great, but the flavor was awesome. For $8 I expected it to come with fries and maybe a drink, though. They're doing some things right and while this definitely won't be a frequent stop on my lunch breaks, I'm sure I'll probably visit again.

jennifer p.

Yelp
Easy parking, quick service. These breakfast burritos have me coming back quite often! Such large portions and so good for any meal. Owner is always there and very attentive.
google avatar

Rulon H.

Yelp
What an interesting place. We tried the old town, the cowboy and the corn dog. Start with the good. The old town was killer!! It was a great blend of flavor with the heat from the aioli and jalapeño and the sweet from the Hawaiian rolls. The cowboy was great as well with the bbq sauce and cheese. Both definitely delivered. Then the not so good, the corn dog was sadly a huge let down. It was incredibly greasy and just fell apart as we ate it. Our hands were covered in grease and it was dripping everywhere so that was unfortunate.
google avatar

Arthur B.

Yelp
If I could do half stars, I might have done 4 1/2. The taste of the french roll was more pleasant to me than the Hawaiian rolls, but it was almost to much bread for a hot dog in my opinion. Maybe if that massive dog was butterflied and grilled, it would have filled the bread a little better. Cheeseburger slider was tasty, but for price, I felt let down. Fries were perfect and enjoyed cleaning up the chili leftovers with them. I'll be back to keep experimenting with this menu
google avatar

Lorri D.

Yelp
Second time here and will be back for thirds! Best hot dog/brat place in SLC. Heard the breakfast burritos are to die for, so maybe next time will be for breakfast?
google avatar

James J.

Yelp
So I'm craving a breakfast burrito and I hear this place started serving them. As I walk in I hear someone suffering from a coughing spasm. I see behind the counter the cook cough. He's not even attempting to cover his mouth. I actually figure I'll give him a pass, maybe he had something in his hands that prevented it and nobody is perfect. However, while I wait for my burrito, I watch as he loudly coughs, open mouthed, tongue out, multiple times, on the grill, prep area, while wrapping food. Not even one attempt to cover his mouth or turn away. And we are talking about coughing fits, not some light coughing. He was coughing as I walked out the door. I don't get this. Two other workers in the store, just ignored it. With the whole pandemic thing, maybe he can't afford a day off, but you would think this would prompt a reaction for the other staff. They just looked bored.

Kamrin J.

Yelp
I will never go back here! I got me and my coworker a burger and we ended up with food poisoning. Not sure if the meat was bad or just not cooked properly but wouldn't recommend.
google avatar

Josh J.

Yelp
Came in for a late lunch on a Saturday. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall parking around it. The atmosphere is a little divey but overall not bad. We got the reservoir hog and the holy aioli and both were great. The tots and soft serve were pretty standard. I liked that they have lettuce wrap as an option. I will probably be back.
google avatar

Eric M.

Yelp
They have quite the selection of dogs and brats here. We got the old Town and the Cali along with a corn dog to try. Corn dog was probably my favorite thing we tried. The old Town had an interesting flavor and the dog in the Cali tasted interesting as well. The corn dog was delicious. Fries were pretty standard same with the tater tots. The ranch dressing was not my favorite. The burger looked delicious and would try that if I come back.
google avatar

Brad R.

Yelp
Best burgers and dogs in Sandy UT. Hands down. Hoping they open another location in SLC!
google avatar

Todd E.

Yelp
I found this place on Yelp and was excited about the vegetarian options. And while I did make a mental note about their low food safety score - told myself what are the odds.... well the food was great and a good value but I came here to say I may have received food poisoning from this place. After thanksgiving I went here on Friday and got a breakfast burrito and a slider to go. This was only only food I ate on Friday. I didn't eat anywhere else and shared food with family for other meals. Saturday afternoon I came down with intense stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and a high fever that lasted for hours. Anyone else get sick from this place recently?
google avatar

Nycole R.

Yelp
A hot dog is just a hot dog....unless you are at the Dog Haus. I stopped by for something quick with my mom and her friend and we were thrilled with out lunch. I ordered a turkey dog (sometimes I try to be healthy) and it was delicious. Service was friendly and quick. If you're looking for a super healthy salad or veggies, this might not be your jam. But if you want a dog on a bun, come and get it!
