I've ordered the Ringer (as a double), the Holy Aioli burger, The Hot Chick, Bad Mutha Clucka, and the Cowboy Haus Dog. The Ringer is fantastic, and there is no need to make it a double. It's plenty to handle on its own, but the blend of ingredients is fantastic. The Holy Aioli was also excellent. It did start to lose its appeal near the end, but that may speak to the heartiness of the burger. The Hot Chick is a worthy entree. The seasoning is great, and it's got the perfect amount of heat (mild but present). The Bad Mutha Clucka isn't as exciting as the Hot Chick, and I'd get the burger ovsf the chicken options. The Cowboy dog was good, but honestly, the chicken and burgers are significantly better. I've also had the Tater Tots, Cheese Tots, French Fries, Onion Rings, and Sweet Potato Fries. The fries are crispy and tasty. Not necessarily a must-order, but really good. I enjoyed the plain tots the most, and Dog Haus does them right. I normally don't order tots for fear of soggy taters, but they make 'em crispy and well-fried. The onion rings are decent, and they provide a good amount, but really just doesn't compare to the tots.
The main host/chef/server was super helpful and knowledgeable. It strikes me that he might even be the owner. The rest of the service staff were also helpful. The restaurant has a cool industrial feel. This place is pretty pricey, which hampers how often I dine here, but I'll definitely be back again.
