My niece asked me to find her a place to celebrate her 21st birthday. She loved it. She said I did good. The drinks are amazing. The food is okay. The music was awesome. The staff is attentive. We danced the night away.

I love like this restaurant. My hubby and i came on a Thursday night just to hangout. First thing, I love a good drink and food. The portion sizes were great and the drinks were strong how i like it. The presentation are as seem in the photos. Very beautiful and tasty. Eddie was very friendly and respectful to us. I enjoy the variety of music that was played. I would come back and recommend. I would give 10 stars I'd I could. My girls and I will be back

Get the bowl drinks, the pin3apple is cute but not worth it. I had the avocado ceasar salad and the steak meal it was SOO good and full of flavor. Don't waste your time with the crab cakes. Island vibes, great music. Can't wait to go back. All the fees and gratuity already added to the bill overall it felt kinda pricey.

Doha Lounge IS the place to be. The vybes are amazinggg along with the ambience. Not to mention we had the most bomb server ever, Johnathan. The welcome into this place from him was superb. He took GOOD care of us thoroughly and efficiently. Me and my girls came in feeling like blah and left feeling like YAH! I highly recommend for a night out of endless amazing music from the DJ, smokin hookah, tasty food, amazing service and litt drinks. Oh and there’s plenty space to either sit by the double bar, a table, or dance floor.

Music is decent. Food is okay. Drinks make you really queasy and nauseous. Cheap liquor. Service is sub par, I was told that I wasn’t allowed to order drinks from the bar because my party had a table but then everyone around us was going to the bar to get drinks for their tables. There’s a max time frame on tables, we were asked to get up after our time was up which was fine. We were trying to get our party together to leave and the female bouncer or whatever she is was being nice at first then got really pushy and rude because the birthday girl was sitting outside, drunk. My friend explained that we’re trying to leave we just need to account for everyone. He then said we spent a lot of money in there which was true because we were the largest party they had for the night and she said it didn’t matter how much we spent we had to go. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers only the money. First and last time here.

MY AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!! This place made me and my friends feel like we did not belong here. We were getting stares from the staff as if we were not suppose to be here. If you are black, spend your money where you are appreciated. The hookah guy was the only one that made us feel welcomed.

My experience at Doha Bar and Lounge was a great one. Jonathan and the staff were very accomodating and welcoming to me and my family. We celebrated my nieces birthday and they helped to make it a special one. The food came fast and the service was exceptional. Thank you to the entire wait staff.

So on a Sunday night.. me and my sisters came out super last minute and had a blast!!! The pineapple drinks are a must-try and you can make them whatever drink you like!!! Food is okay!!! The wings, fries and salad was good… we didn’t care for the chicken tacos.. the meat was a little suspicious lol (real chicken just too shredded)…. JONATHAN IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Super attentive, very kind, and professional!!! None to say less WE ENJOYED OUR SUNDAY NIGHT!!! After a $500 tab!!!!

I got the chance to stop into this restaurant and lounge for lunch. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a dimly lit place where music was popping. I was served by Eddie and he was nice. I ordered: Smokey old fashioned Lemon Pepper Wings Steak Tacos Doha's Burger Grilled Chicken I enjoyed the wings the most! That old fashioned was great also! All in all I had a good experience!

My visit to doha was definitely THE worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I was invited to have dinner at this restaurant on a Friday evening. We made reservations in advance and once we arrived we were seated. Then we were given a QR code to scan for the menu. The restaurant was empty except for the staff members present. After about 20 minutes we were still left waiting at the table with no water, napkins or even a place setting. At this point a white couple arrives and is seated but unlike us their order is immediately taken. Our response was simply to leave because the restaurant staff was clearly not interested in serving us or anyone who was not white obviously. This was THE worst level of customer service that I have experienced in my life. I now fully understand why they were so empty on a Friday evening because I was disgusted with what I experienced.

We always enjoy Doha... especially the service of Eddie... thank u for accommodating our dinner.

felt like i was in roosevelt ave hitting the bars , last time i went was 2019 and i can see why is not popular like before, also music was beyond loud couldnt even talk with my friends had to text the whole time ringing noise in my ear for a couple of hours after we left

Straight tresh. Wrong food. Power went out. Nobody knows what they doing. It's ded in here. Food nothing like the pictures.

So went here for a brunch deal we got online. We arrived here a little early and the place was empty. For me and my friend it was a good thing because we thought fast service..... nope We ordered appetizers which took 30 min to arrive and the waiter wasn't paying attention. The brunch took 45 min to arrive. The grilled chicken and truffle fries were good. The burger was a burger you could get anywhere (felt like I paid more for a frozen patty). The best part of the brunch was the sangria. The sangria was yummy and unlimited so that was a plus. The music was nice but too loud and the room was dark (resembled a club). We got the check and they forgot to exclude that we paid ahead of time.... (178 had I not had a coupon). Without the coupon it was excessive for what we had but beyond that they tacked on a 25% service charge. I won't be coming back to get the same food I could've gotten for 30.

A group of 5 went here Friday night at 8pm. We were able to get same day reservations 2 hours prior. My gf and I arrived first and went in as our other friends were parking. They won't seat you without your complete party. They also check ID as it's strictly 21+. It's definitely a loud environment so don't go trying to have intimate convos lol. Gratuity is automatic and they charge a 3% fee for cards (we found this out once we paid the bill). Ambiance: it's a fairly big space with a good amount of tables and seats at the bar. The vibe and energy as soon as we walked in was amazing! They had a live DJ who was playing a great mix of all different genres. He had almost the entire lounge up on the dance floor. The entire night was good music and vibes. The place is nice and cozy and it was well kept. Also, their bathrooms were really clean! Drinks: the drinks we had were pretty good. They have 3 different sizes S $15/M $30/ L $40 (Pineapple is medium, fish bowl is large). I personally had the tropical (fish bowl) which I liked. It taste good and is a creeper. I also ordered a frozen doharita later which was even better! My friends ordered the heaven, demon time, lychee martini, henny and ginger, and a pineapple margarita. The only complaint was the lychee martini, my friend said it wasn't great. Food: we ordered a bunch of different appetizers to share. Everything was good, typical bar quality food except the calamari. You can tell it was frozen. It was soo hard and completely inedible, we returned it and got an order of buffalo wings instead. The truffle fries were not really truffled but they were good. Something that REALLY threw us off though, the waiter brought out a stack of paper plates (the very thin ones) for us to use!! Huh?!? How are you serving food on glassware with silverware, then turn around and bring us PAPER PLATES?! They definitely lost a star for that! Service: service was good, not great but good, no complaints. When you walk in, the guy at the door told us there is a 1.5 hour table limit in case it gets busy. But he said they won't ask you to leave, you would just have to move to the bar if you want to continue. We also ordered hookah $40, $20 refills. Expensive place?? I guess it depends what you're comfortable with. The bill was over $400. 1 person said that was a lot for drinks and appetizers. All in all it was a good time and I would visit again.

Happy Hour (2 for 1) On A Saturday From 5-7 was enough to bring me here! Drinks were too sweet. Everyone at my table ordered a different drink and we all said the same thing. My food was good! I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and string beans. On the down side the mashed potatoes and string beans weren't that hot for some reason. FINE PRINT- if your bill is more than $90 gratuity is automatically included 18% They add a 3% credit card fee onto the bill as well. Would I go back? Only if I was somehow in the area and there was nothing else better open nearby. One & Done

Food was OK. we had the chips and guac and beef empanadas. And for dinner (I forgot to take a photo) we had shrimp tacos that came with french fries that was pretty good. Service was OK. We had hookah as well which was pretty mid. Bill was pretty pricey I didn't think it was worth it. But on the positive side ambience is really cute and they play great music.

Doha bar and lounge has always had really good energy. This place is nestled on a quiet street and inside is super fun. The lighting is more nightlife themed but the staff here has always gone above and beyond. Everyone from the bouncers, servers, bartenders and entertainers are friendly and courteous people treating others with respect. I love coming here and grabbing food and drinks w my friends. The wings here are wonderful. My favorite are the lemon pepper. Truffle fries are also delicious, crispy but soft and they are generous with the parmesan cheese. DJ playing here on the weekend was amazing and drinks are always good. Definitely a spot to keep coming back to!

Really dope spot and I love they have tvs and a Dancefloor however they really argued with me over the free shot and 10% off check in offer. Makes no sense why something so small has to be disputed but whatever it was cute to visit for the one time. For it to be so empty they should be willing to accommodate or maybe that's my privilege talking...... Anyways, the yuca fries are trash, get the regular seasoned fries for sure. Shrimp tempura was a little mushy in the middle but the tacos and skirt steak was delicious!! Drinks are good but come in plastic cups. Do with that info what you will.

The food overall will get a 3 from me. look at the picture on the right hand side was Thai chili wings, and that was good thumbs up for that one in the middle calamari it was burnt on the left-hand side was supposed to be honey wings, it seems like they just threw sauce on it and that's it The drinks were like juice I had three shots of gin, two house, margaritas, and two more drinks. It was like juice I feel like they water down the liquor before serving it. Service was good. The hookah blueberry that was nice ambience nice music was on point kept you moving.

Hailey is an amazing waiter. This spot is LIT I ordered the Chorizo burger and tostones when I say flavorful. A must try!! I also had the margarita passion fruit and pineapple called Demon time and when I say it is AMAZING. I will be coming back again. I would also like to add this place is clean and staff serves you with a smile

If I could give this place a 0 star I would, customer service is absolute garbage. We were seated the moment we got into the bar/restaurant, but we were given no water no service. place is seriously understaffed only one runner. super slow. took about 20 minutes before we had to personally go up to the waiter and ask for them to take our order. Mind you we were hungry took 20-25 minutes for the wings to come out and when the food came out it was utterly trash. We ordered wings since they have a happy hour deal for them and when they came out the buffalo and lemon pepper wings were cold and dry. Very disappointed because whatever they displayed in the images looked amazing but when we had a taste it was the opposite of what we expected. How could you mess wings up?? Their blue cheese smelled like paint and left a terrible taste in my mouth, idk if that's what people like but it was terrible. Music was way too loud, couldn't even communicate with the people I came with. This was our second time coming and first time the tacos were crazy dry from the tortillas to the meat TERRIBLE. We decided to give this place a second chance but experience was the same as the first. Seriously disappointed and would not come back.

I visited this establishment with a group on Valentine's Day night. We were surprised that it was not busy; there were only three other tables occupied. This stuck out even more because it took us so long to be serviced. It took about twenty minutes for our server to take our order. Fortunately, the drinks were satisfactory although they made their way to our table after some more waiting. I personally ordered a round of Don Julio reposado tequila shots but we did not receive that. Our server gave us regular Don Julio. I pointed this out to the server and although I said my group and I would drink them, I made sure she acknowledged she would make the change on the bill. Our hookah really hit the spot so kudos for that. We also ordered an appetizer. When it never arrived, we asked the server about it and we were told that it was delivered to the wrong table. Our time in the restaurant passed the hour mark (approaching the two hour mark) and the restaurant was beginning to transition to a lounge. The security asked us nicely to move and sit in the bar area & mentioned that we would receive a round of drinks and shots for our troubles. When we were already sitting at the bar, we asked for our round of drinks and shots but we received pushback from the server. She had to verify from the security. Even after the verification, there was a back and forth that was embarrassing when the courtesy was something that we didn't ask for, it was promised to us. When the bill came, we were charged for the Don Julio reposado shots even though that's not what we received. Although I had pointed it out to the server then, I still received pushback from the server. Also, there was a mandatory 20% gratuity added. I know most restaurants nowadays automatically add it to your bill and it's no issue when you feel that you had a wonderful experience at the place of business. When your experience was subpar and you're charged a mandatory 20%, it almost adds insult to injury and you feel robbed. Ultimately my group and I were not happy overall with our service. After visiting an establishment, you can conclude if a restaurant or bar is "good" after answering the question: "would I revisit this place again?" When it comes to Doha, the answer is no.

We stopped in for drinks. Nice place and the music was great. They have security as well. The place is small, so you may have to wait for seats.

The vibes were more Club than I thought. But when I say this was the best salmon I ever had as basic as that sounds? I mean, it's worth the trip. Great time for groups or a dinner party. Good service.

Don't believe the hype the food was not good it taste off, the drink was just ok and the music was crazy loud with only a few people inside. They say don't knock it till you try it well I tried it and I'm knocking it

The shrimp tacos are amazing and the music is great. Love the service they were quick and the food did not take long to come out. A cute spot for a quick bite to eat or a little cute date between you and your boo.

Doha is a cute spot for happy hour cocktails and to dance the night away. I went on a Friday night around 7pm and the crowd was nice and the DJ played really good music. This is the perfect place to party-- they also serve lite bites as well. I did not try the food yet so I can't comment on the quality. If you're in Astoria or LIC, I would definitely stop by. They primarily play hip hop, Afrobeats and Latin music, unless there is a themed night.

I went to this place last Saturday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Pros; staff very nice. Hostess bartenders waiters security all pleasant. You can find parking. Great music Hookahs was good! Cons; cocktails were bad I ordered a margarita on the rocks no salt and terrible. My friend ordered some other drink was also just as bad. I stuck to beer from then on. Place is not spacious as I had read it is small. Foods was ok. Very loud. If you're into that then great. no dress code. Disappointing You can go in sweats... pjs etc...

Friends wanted to go to brunch in Brooklyn but it's January in New York so you know that means it's freezing outside. So we decided to go to queens which still is far from the Bronx, but not as far as Brooklyn. When we got there it's literally right across the street from the N train which we took to get there. The front of the restaurant is to cute the ambiance everything from the inside was very cute and pleasing. When got in we sat down there was happy hour from 5-7 so we wanted to make sure we got those good ole happy hour drinks. so the special was buy 2 drinks for the price of one, but I will say the drinks aren't worth it very sweet. I had to ask the waiter to take back one and make it a little stronger and even when he brought it back it was still very sweet, But the food on the other hand was delicious I had the Sweet Thai chili wings and fried dumplings very much on point. My friends had the salmon and mash potatoes and string beans the chicken breast and mash potatoes and string beans and my last friend had tacos and yuca fries. Everyone said their food was delicious the atmosphere was very cute and the music was very much on point I would definitely recommend people coming here but to watch out for the sweet drinks

The food was trasssh! False advertising at its finest. We had our dinner from 6:30 - 9pm & paid our $600 bill. Mind you 8+ people have 2.5hr limit, which we met. They told us bottle service didn't start till 11pm, so we was just chilling, let one of our tables go with 20 people now (explain that) so they can seat others. At 11:00 we ordered bottle service over $500, and they came to our table at 12:20 trying to say we already been at our table for 2.5 hours and that we had to go. They said the kitchen closes at 11pm but at 12:20 they're saying we need to leave because they need to sit people to eat, basically they're more important than us and the $1,200 we spent on hookah, refills, food, and bottles. Unprofessional & they claim this is the best in queens but they hand out dollar tree silverware.

**Parking is terrible , but the lounge is so much fun ** Disclaimer- the parking has nothing to do with the lounge but if you're looking to visit the lounge, I'd recommend not driving. ParkIng is always a mess in LIC. Nonetheless, the lounge was fun. The music was predominantly latin music when we went. We came on an early Saturday afternoon around 2pm. They were playing pop smoke and other drill rappers for a split second. I assume at night, its more of a variety. The inside is nice and lively. We were the only ones there for 45 minutes. The food was good and the drinks were decent too. Keep in mind, fries didn't come with my wings, that was my only turn off. I'm a foodie, so i need all the food I can get when I'm out, lol. We ordered calm stuff, so again i'm sure there drinks go crazy! Definitely worth revisiting in the evening time. If you're in the area, check it out.

I came here on Halloween, I had just came from school with my friends so they checked my bags which I respected & also made me give them my water bottle which I also respected. We ordered our drinks, in a size medium which we did not know would be $30 because there are no prices for the medium & large sizes on the menu. My drink was okay, nothing to complain about. But, we wanted to order food, and I was informed that there was no food for the night. I only wanted a personal cheese pizza so I was heartbroken! Hopefully, all the chefs don't call out ever again! The music & atmosphere was good though as everyone was in their costume and dancing - I just wish that there was food, you guys missed out on making much more money that night as we had to go else where for food in efforts to not get sloppy drunk. Thank you guys for the good night.

This is my first review so you know this was tragic. No because why did the price say $15 and then it ended up being $30 for a fresh pineapple that I was not told would be an up charge. The hookah was $50 which is absurd and when we tried to cancel it our waiter interrogated us why we didn't want to smoke... because nobody wants to pay that shit?? After that it really went down hill... the waiter was over us. The drinks took forever to come and when they did the pineapple really hid how much of a drink they gave you. The music was so fucking loud. I couldn't hear what my friend was saying and she was 2 inches away. This place was a shit show and I didn't appreciate being groped before going in.

My friend made a reservation for 16 people a week ago for Sunday brunch at 1. The day of the actual retirement brunch, we come to find out that the reservation was not made and it actually opens at 3pm. So as some of us are standing outside of your venue trying to rearrange our plans and we traveled a far distance, this is unacceptable for a business. You already have a few tiktok videos that show an empty venue, we were hoping to promote your location but decided to give it a chance. You all need to do better.

I was invited to Doha bar for a birthday celebration & I'm not going to lie when I arrived I was kind of thrown off a little because it didn't look like a place I would go. I arrived a little earlier than the rest of the guest so the bouncer allowed me to sit in a heated area. When I finally went inside I was seated Immediately & was treated very nicely by the waiters. I was pleasantly surprised at how good everything we ordered was. If you know me then you know I love a good pina colada. They serve one of the best! It's a must you try it if you're at Doha! Their blue Hawaiian was also good and honestly I'm not a fan of blue Hawaiian so it had to be good if I'm suggesting it. Their menu isn't big it's basically finger foods. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, steak tacos and crab cakes. I'm very picky so I was a little skeptical on ordering the crab cakes but I'm glad I did because babyyyyy they were delicious!! Now let's talk about the music! It's a mix of hip hop, r&b and Spanish all of which had people out of their seats dancing and enjoying the night. Definitely a cool place to hangout for a bit.

If I could leave 0 stars definitely would. Service was terrible. The waiter took 2/6 people in our groups order and walked away. The drinks tasted like juice, not worth almost $20. Only two hookah flavors available. They solely played Latin music no variety I wouldn't recommend.

I was drawn in here due to Instagram advertisement and the place was absolutely empty! The food wasn't up to my liking neither. I had the tacos , in which the presentation came out quite sketchy. Also tried the wings, which were mediocre and could've had a lot more flavor. I can wya that the customer service want too bad. The music playlist that was on was pretty decent as well. Not sure if I'd be down to give it another shot.. The parking is quite difficult and might not be worth the hassle.

Doha is a dope spot hidden in lic . It's not really hidden , but since its under the train station and nothing else is around i call it hidden. Very strong drinks, and now they got HAPPY HOUR ALL DAY and NIGHT until 10pm . they offer a variety of food. Every time I go it's never to crowded. Plenty of dance floor space .

It was not as they advertised, place is honestly ugly inside. They did not have all the food advertised on the menu. Only highlight was the strong bottomless mimosas and the great DJ. Our server was also nice.

Don't believe the HYPE! Lots of marketing via Tik Tok/Instagram.. One of the biggest SCAMS of Queens, NY. The place was EXPENSIVE! $20 for a margarita that was in a cup that was smaller than usual. Shots filled in Mini plastic shot glasses. I have more to say.. but ima leave at that.

Food was delicious love the inside and the music was just perfect the customer service was hookah was great I would definitely recommend.

The worst service ever. It was bad enough that they took too long to provide service but when their busboy knocked the drinks on me, they took no accountability and tried to mitigate the situation by offering me a drink. I was soaked in champagne and they didn't even apologize. Embarrassed the was the least I was feeling, it left me irate on my birthday. They still expected payment for their crappy service despite not taking accountability. I don't not recommend this venue.

We were in the area & wanted some drinks so we decided to come here since the drinks looked good. Once seated we order drinks, I had the Tiburon seems to be the drink that is the strongest according to our waiter, it was very good nice taste & good amount of alcohol. We also tried Demon time not bad, good amount of alcohol as well & the Tropical. My friend had an issue with her Tropical drink in that it had a hair in it, she pointed this out to our waiter, his reply was "no one had that hair color" really? As if that is the right to address that ! Any how the waiter did change the drink she had the Tiburon since it was the better drink taste wise. Bill time came & the drink was not taken off the bill that was annoying , no reason we should have to point this after what happened, we did & of course it was then removed from our bill. The place itself is a decent looking lounge , decent music playing & good amount of TV's to put on any games, over all not terrible aside from our issue.

Be careful with your server. I'm not dumb, when I have a few drinks I'm still aware of my actions. Our server added extra tip when the section came up and when I wanted a receipt he told me he couldn't print one out. This was all a lie. I'm never coming back here again and I'm going to make sure everyone is aware of this. When it was time to pay he took my card and then filled in everything himself. I already knew tip was included and didn't understand why I paid more and that's why I asked for a receipt. It was a lot of back and forth and he kept denying. Train your people well, don't be scammers. This is someone's hard earned money

Came for my birthday and the serve was amazing Jonathan was our server. Cute and fast. He was very attentive to all our needs. He made sure we had everything we wanted and our cup was never empty. This is a great spot for a chill vibe with great music.

We went for my friend's birthday and it was the first time we ever went. The music was great, and the food was also great. When we told the staff that today is her birthday, they gave us 2 options and we wanted to go all out for her. They are also very understanding because I had 3 extra people coming in and they said that they will allow them. Hookah was on point and the drink service was amazing. I am looking forward to going here again one day.

This place was pretty empty on a Sunday and they asked if we had reservations lol .... The drinks were pretty good and strong but umm $40 for the fishbowl. We both order wings and they were not good. I had the Hennessy bbq wings and let's just say it was just bbq. I didn't even finish them. The food menu is very limited. They are pricey as the bill came up to $135 for just the 1 drink and wings each, but it did include a $19 gratuity smh which wasn't stated prior to us ordering but you live and you learn. We left and went down the block to Dive which was so much Better and they had hookah.

I came here for my birthday and I was highly disappointed. The service was very slow and the waiter was not paying attention at all. The drinks were mediocre to say the least but the wings and fries made up for the terrible service. Safe to say I won't be coming here again.

Staff was great the guy who worked as Santa Claus gave great service and very please bar tender was a little rude but will certainly go back Dj was great

I must say I was very hesitant on going being that all the reviews were bad. However we gave it chance and I am so glad we did!!! I did not stop dancing since I got there, ladies drank for free until 12am which was perfect! It was so much fun the music was perfect the place has nice decor and the bottle girls, bartenders and including the bouncers were all very friendly and nice! I had an awesome time!!! Highly recommend it!!!
