I’ve been to many concerts in my life, but I have never experienced General Admission management like this before.
The way GA was handled at Dolby Live at MGM Park Las Vegas was honestly unreal (in the best way possible). Everything was so organized it almost felt too good to be true.
We were taken into a room, given access to power outlets, water, and space to rest. The staff made sure everyone’s place in line was respected, no cutting, no chaos, no stress. Security stayed with us the entire time: before entering the room, inside the room, and all the way until entry, making sure everything ran as smoothly and safely as possible.
A huge shoutout to Paola, who was in charge of the overall queue. Every few hours she came by to remind us to drink water, eat, use the restroom, and take care of ourselves, genuinely making sure no one felt unwell or overwhelmed.
The entire security and staff team were incredibly caring, kind, smiling, and friendly throughout the whole process. Even the walk from the waiting room into Dolby Live was done calmly, one by one, with full supervision to ensure no one cut or got pushed.
Usually, General Admission means standing outside for hours in the cold, heat, rain, or sun, with no water, no organization, and no one really caring about your well-being. This experience was the complete opposite.
I truly can’t remember ever being treated with this level of care at a GA show. It was exceptional, thoughtful, and unforgettable. Thank you to Paola and the entire team for setting a standard that honestly feels unheard of.
