I am very disappointed in the service at this store. I previously purchased a bag from a different store and unfortunately it had lost a pearl and some of the stitching had come apart so I brought it to them to be repaired, brand new, with tags and certification. 2months later, I was obligated to call them as I had heard no news. They informed that the workshop in Italy would not except it as it wasn't purchased at this specific shop? Never had an issue like this at any other luxury shop. Both Chanel and Christian Louboutin have not had to confirm my purchase before sending it to their workshops. At the end of the day, why do I pay for a luxury item if you are not willing to give me the same standard of service? Why was it obligated for ME to call and ask where said bag was? I don't expect them to fix it for free but I do expect the standard of luxury service... The staff was very nice. Just disappointed in the standard of care for such a big purchase.... Also would expect the door to be opened for me by security staff. Didn't see anyone from security and it was ME who said "bonjour" first each time I passed by. Given that it's such a high traffic street I would expect someone (specifically security) to open the heavy door for me and not the beautiful staff member that is half my size....

Attention to the management and owners please. Ok, so we are at Dolce & Gabbana, in Monaco ... beautiful lady serving that smells ... And I mean smells like not just one of those "hot summer days"... Although it was in September already .... but as if no washing was in place for few days....Anyway ... I really don't know why neither managers at the store or collègues could tell her or isnt that obvious to look afte the hygiene .... I mean seriously .... Dolce and Gabbana and in Monaco and from a lady ...I still can't believe ...I mean service was good and very helpful and kind from her and one star for that, but no more as I think it's a very very big mistake to ignore such things from your staff - simple hygiene I think must be a priority too same as a good customer service, I just didnt want to spend much more time smelling this bad smell around me ... Please managers of D&G and other brands, look after the appearance of your staff, grooming and hygiene!!!

Worst experience EVER! I will never buy from DG Monaco again! I had an issue with a dress I bought there.. and the super arrogant manager didn't even bother to listen to me he turned his back and told his collegue to deal with it. I was shocked..

Très déçu du magasin à fuir totalement, la basket a un défaut de fabrication flagrant le cuit coule sur ta toile après les avoir lavé à la main je précise, aucun échange aucun geste commercial de leurs part, contrairement à grande marque comme Dior LV eux prenne le soins de vous satisfaire. Je vais me plaindre à la Protection des consommateurs!!

Je suis surpris en lisant certains avis. Je voulais voir une paire de chaussures ; le magasin pour adultes est accessible en fauteuil roulant, mais ils n'avaient pas ma pointure. Ils m'ont dit que, à côté, chez les enfants, il y avait un accès pour fauteuil roulant, mais finalement non. Du coup, je vais au magasin pour enfants. Deux adorables vendeuses ont sorti pratiquement tous les modèles de chaussures pour voir si une paire me plaisait. N'ayant pas d'accès PMR, elles ont sorti les chaussures afin que je puisse les essayer dans la rue. J'avais une ancienne paire de chaussures Dolce & Gabbana que je ne mets pas à cause d'un problème d'ouverture. La dame me dit de lui emmener, elle va me remplacer les lacets.

Un manque flagrant de professionnalisme du service après vente. Deux ans d’attentes pour un retour du produit (sac) et toujours pas remis en état, ni échangé. De plus l’état du sac a été aggravé par leur service de réparation. Je suis repartie déçue avec un sac inutilisable !!! Je n’y retournerais plus jamais !!!
