I
had a very unpleasant experience at the Dolce & Gabbana store in the Miami Design District, specifically due to the behavior of the security guard. On my first visit, he checked his watch and rudely suggested I leave because there were “only 15 minutes left” before closing — even though the store was still open and I was simply browsing. Today, we walked past the store and he actually told us we weren’t allowed to stand in front of it. His attitude was unnecessarily aggressive and completely inappropriate, especially for a high-end brand. Dolce & Gabbana should seriously reconsider who they hire to represent them at the front door. This guard’s conduct reflects poorly on the entire customer experience.
