Dollar Tree

I came to this location yesterday to get some household items and when I got to the line to check out it got very interesting. The young man who was the manager on shift (Tyrone) was called to the register 4x by the cashier and the cashier thought it was very humerus. I saw the young man help his cashier every time and conduct himself very well until a customer got mad because she was in a rush and got a very nasty attitude with the manager. The manager asked her to leave nicely and she still proceeded to mouth off to him and told him she wasn't leaving. The manager then went outside to call his store manager while the rude customer stayed inside and the cashier rung her up after the manager told him not to. The manager came back inside after the rude customer left with a smile on his and praying out loud still a little mad at the cashier but I say the manager (Tyrone) handled it very well and even made the rest of us customer laugh a little with his humor. Tyrone will definitely be the reason I come back.

I came to leave my review about the Bull S I just saw and to say how I couldn’t shop because of the Bull S BUT in reading previous reviews, EVERYBODY already know. I was about to leave pics but there are pics on here from a year ago and it’s worse today. It’s not because of the holidays, this is every time I come here. We definitely can’t blame customer service because no one is happy when working around chaos not to mention, they are not allowed to converse with customers(on a friendly level). Pay attention, most dollar tree customer service is not friendly. This here is crazy. Very good location but this owner needs to be closed down.

Good service but they never have stuff stocked love shopping there

A bad incident happened at this store, we have send an email to Dollar Tree about incident on 25th of September 2025 but until now no appropriate action has been taken by Dollar Tree or no email response from store. Never knew Dollar Tree has employee and manager who doesn't know the local tax?🤔. On the contrary responsible person insult the customer. 😮😮😮

Love it. Lots of good products cheap although at this point the name should be changed to $1.25 tree due to their prices rising due to inflation.

Was told at 8:46pm to drop my merchandise and leave the store because they are closed. Store closes at 9. Watches 2 ppl check out after me. Wosre dollar tree in Florence. Ima always take the extra drive to go to the 1 by hair depot

This was the junkiest Dollar store I've ever been too. Never going back to this one. Lots of employees there but they need to declutter and clean up.
