Great time at Dollywood’s Splash Country! While it’s not as massive as some of the big-name parks in Florida, it offers plenty of fun and a great rides to keep everyone entertained. The wave pool is a blast, and the lazy river was one of our favorites, relaxing and beautifully maintained. One of the things that really sets this park apart is the setting. Surrounded by trees and mountain landscape, it has a charming country forest vibe that makes it feel special and less commercialized. The atmosphere is calm and family-friendly. The service throughout the park was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the free cups of water available all day, such a thoughtful touch, especially in the summer heat. Food options were ok, but definitely better priced than what you’d find in larger parks. We had a cabana by the lazy river and it was great! Shaded and with a TV and comfortable chairs and sofas, you can order food and drinks and have it delivered to you, they made a mistake in our food order and solved it right away, they were great! Excellent costumer service. There’s also a souvenir shop with all the basics you might need for a water park day, plus cute swimwear and gifts to take home. All in all, Dollywood’s Splash Country is a great option for families looking for a fun day in the water without the overwhelm of massive crowds or long lines. Highly recommend if you’re in the Pigeon Forge area!

This place was amazing, It was a hot day with lots of people, but this place is designed so well! They made good use of nature to provide shade while you waited in line, or added shade umbrellas to select areas as you go up the steps. The staff was very friendly and I was surprised the food was so good as well. I recommend the souvenir mugs with free refills.

We visited on a weekday and were surprised by the heavy crowd — most rides had long wait times throughout the day. There was also about a one-hour delay due to lightning within a 10-mile radius, which is understandable for safety but did cut into our time. We entered around 1 PM, but the park is open from 10 AM to 7 PM. If you’re planning a visit, it’s best to arrive right at opening (10 AM) to make the most of your day and beat the lines. The park itself is clean and fun with great water attractions, but definitely plan ahead and expect some delays during peak summer days.

I took my two granddaughters that flew in from California into Kentucky where I live. We planned to spend a couple days in Pigeon Forge and visit Dollywood. Grandchildren had a spectacular time. They were really impressed at how beautiful the park was as they have gone to Disney world and great America. They said Dolly really takes care of her visitors. The way that lines were in the shade, misting water and plenty of fans going. All the workers were really accommodating and nice. I didn't see a full garbage while I was there. The bus service from the parking lot to the two different parks was a nice free service. One more thing, I like that we all had purchased an initial cup for drinking all day and we didn't have to stand in line to get refills. We had access to get refills ourselves. Excellent excellent Park. We had a blast. Thanks Dolly we love you.

The kids and I had a blast!!! Beautiful and very clean. All rides and activities are super fun. It was very helpful purchasing the fast pass as some rides the line was very long and waiting in the heat with kids was a NO!! One comment is the life guards were very young and some didn’t have a clue what they were doing.

Google
Birthday trip for my daughter. Got her and sister unlimited fast passes. Couldnt use them as both the lines were long with some fast lines longer. Diamond seating is a free for all as no one was checking passes. Lazy river had an hour wait most of the day. Wave pool was packed all day. Yes it was a very hot day, but it seemed like the park should of not let that many people in. Now i know, they are going to max it out for money and not care about anything else. If Dolly saw the amount of people here, I imagine she would not be happy. Food was better than the Dollywood side which was a nice surprise but the service was just as horrible with most places acting annoyed taking orders. There was one older lady who was the only nice person at one of the food locations. I was also told to pay for premiere parking as it was closer than handicapped spaces. Well, that was a lie. Another waste of money. Will not renew Diamond passes for my family.

My family recently went to Splash County!!!!! And, loved it! We are Deluxe Cabin for the day since we had grandchildren including a 4 month old. It was perfect! The water rides were fantastic along with the staff! At the end of the day, we even got a sweet little goodie bag with a visor! Thank you for the great memories 😊

Dollywood’s splash country in Pigeo Forge is just an OK waterpark. It generally looks nice and has a nice feel, but it’s showing its age. It’s a mix of some nice areas like the lazy river and the wave pool and some other kid areas but the water slides/rides are generally old and not particularly thrilling. And there’s not enough of those slides/rides so when the park is busy, the wait times for those can get pretty long. This is one water park where getting the time saver pass would actually make a lot of sense to fully enjoy the experience. It would save you a LOT of wait time on some of these waterslides. And that’s the problem with this park by the time you get through the wait for some of these rides, you’re kind of underwhelmed afterwards. Another downside is the app for the park doesn’t show wait times for the various slides/rides so you have no idea how long you’re going to wait. For context, we got there right when the park opened at 10 AM and stayed till close and we still missed at least three of the water slides. On the plus side, the ease of getting drink refills at the various fountain dispensers across the park is really a nice perk. Definitely buy one of the refillable drink cups as you can get a lot of value out of that. But overall, this is probably the third best waterpark in the pigeon Forge area after Soaky Mountain (#1) and Dolly’s Wilderness Resort (#2). This waterpark is probably best specifically if you’re bringing young kids, but otherwise I would pass on it.

Yelp
Dolly Parton is a woman worthy of admiration. She started out singing to her chickens with a tin can microphone, and was married to one man all of her life. The exhibits on her history were nice. I love steam trains, the sound and smell of them, and Lady Klondike did not disappoint. I can't comment on the coasters as I do not ride them any more. I appreciate that chilled waterbis available everywhere. Once you buy a bottle of H2O, you can refill it at any soda station. The food prices we encountered were fair. The orange creamsicle milk shake was only 9 bucks, took some effort to make, and were eye candy with cup swirls, whipped cream, and a cherry. It was a nice crowd, completely free of city types running around cutting lines, , knocking people over, and causing uneasiness on purpose.

Yelp
We had such a wonderful visit at Splash Country! We purchased tickets in advance and utilized their military discount. I also purchased our parking pass in advance. I was able to show a QR code for both tickets. We arrived at 9:45 and found parking to be very easy and close. Right by the preferred parking lot. We were in the park very quickly! We brought towels, sunscreen, our son's Eli pen and four unopened water bottles with no issues. We stood in a large crowd waiting for the "park" portion to open so we could find seats in the shade. We had no issues securing chairs for our group. We only "saved" two to ensure others had shaded seats as well. The longest line we stood in for a ride was about 20 minutes. I found everything was run very smoothly! The food ranged from 8-17 bucks for the items our crew wanted. We did rent a small locker to hold our keys, phones and wallets. I would definitely return!

Yelp
We had the best time at Dollywood and can't stop talking about it! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly service that made us feel so welcome. The entire park is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully blended into the forest and mountains, with colorful flowers, peaceful wooded paths, and lush landscaping everywhere you look. It truly feels like a park set in nature, not just built on top of it. There's something for everyone, thrilling coasters, gentle family rides, charming shows, and so many little surprises throughout the day, and We loved how short the ride lines were, Everyone in our group had an amazing time from start to finish. The food options were great! We loved the warm, soft butterfly shaped pretzels (so cute and so good!), the savory andouille sausage, and the crispy, flavorful pork rinds among others unique treats that really make Dollywood stand out. Of course, the famous cinnamon bread was a must have too! Everything tasted homemade and full of Southern flavor. The shops were full of beautiful, high-quality Southern merchandise, from crafts to home décor and clothing, they felt like little boutiques instead of typical theme park stores. We found some really special souvenirs to take home. Compared to the big Florida parks, Dollywood was not only more relaxed even though crowded, but also much more fairly priced. It felt like such a great value for the experience we had, very clean, friendly, beautiful, and packed with fun. And to top it all off, the fireworks and drone show at the end of the day was spectacular, a heartwarming way to end a perfect visit. We're already planning about going back. Dollywood is a park with soul, beautiful, exciting, and full of joy. Highly, highly recommended! 5 Stars for this awesome park!!

Yelp
My first time at Dollywood (and definitely not my last) was amazing!!! Dolly is a national treasure for SO many reasons and these parks are certainly a few of those reasons. I'm unsure whether I'd be able to stay a full day at Dollywood due to not caring for the food far offered (Aiken to fair food IMO) but I could certainly spend more than half a day. The lines were short, the rides were exciting, and the world they've created is fully immersive. Worth the ticket price but avoid Doggywood if you don't necessarily need to utilize it.

Yelp
It's always such a great experience at the beautiful Dollywood! I visited this past Friday on the last day of their 2025 Spring Flower and Food Festival, and had a great experience as always! Dollywood has some of my favorite roller coasters I've ever ridden, my favorites being the Lighting Rod & Wild Eagle. I definitely recommend spending the extra $99 on the Unlimited TimeSaver pass if you can! It's soooooo worth it! They also have super high quality Broadway-caliber entertainment here. I enjoyed From The Heart: The Life and Music of Dolly Parton so much! The food at Dollywood is also excellent, especially for a theme park. I really enjoyed my Kale Street Corn Salad from one of the restaurants in the Wildwood Grove area of the park. I'll definitely be back and can't recommend this park enough!

Yelp
We just love visiting Dollywood! Everyone is so friendly, the park is immaculate and the rides are so much fun! We had a fantastic lunch and then sampled the world famous cinnamon bread-which was incredible! We are excited to visit again soon!

Yelp
A beautiful park. Clean, laid back. Everyone is friendly. Lots of rides. Compared to Disney the lines are much much shorter!

Yelp
We arrived at 10:30 a.....Not too crowded..... $20.00 to park in general parking.... $93.00 to get in the gate.... Only one roller coaster was operating??? Park is in need of updating and possibly adding more rides and exhibits.... I can't really see the attraction...
google avatar

Bill B.

Yelp
Honestly I was expecting more but it was refreshing to not be inundated with the typical amusement park atmosphere. The roller coasters were great but there was not a lot else to do if you don't like coasters Food was good
google avatar

Lauren H.

Yelp
The best theme park I've been to! Dollywood is clean, the coasters and rides are so much fun! The food is amazing and real! The atmosphere of just being in Dollywood is so much fun! Prices are fairly cheap in my opinion for regular day tickets, but they also have upgrades! We ordered the timesaver pass which is lifesaving if you only have 1 day at the park. It allows you to skip to the front of the line for certain rides with this pass.
google avatar

Rebecca H.

Yelp
Such a good time! The friends I went with are not ride people so we mostly wandered, ate and saw shows. It's a very low key park, less staff than other big theme parks but all so nice. We got there early to sign up our group for glass blowing but it's very limited. Despite all of us being there only two of us could do it to allow other groups to participate. There are maybe twenty spots? If you aren't there first thing on a busy day, you may not get a spot. The food is meh, but cheap by California standards.

Lee M.

Yelp
Crowded bad. Do not go in the summertime. Dollywood is run like a chain restraunt. Employees hate themselves and you. Sevierville hates you as well. Food is basic everywhere. Traffic is a nightmare. In dollywood as well. Go experience this nightmare yourself.
google avatar

Yelp
Hands down, this is the best overall amusement park that I've been to. It's clean, well planned out, fun for people of all ages and SO much more. The cost to get in, the food prices and even the gift store items were all reasonable (considering the prices at most other amusement parks). Several of the roller coasters are fantastic (although a few of the rides are a little shorter than I would expect). All of the park employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. One of my favorite aspects of the park is the views around the park. The mountains, the trees and all the surroundings were beautiful. I would drive a long distance to return. I hope you will give it a try.

Yelp
I had been joking recently with my friends that I was going to go to Dollywood. Just a flat out joke, then I find myself nearby and made it a point to follow through on the joke. I just never expected it to be a spur of the moment decision. The night before, after settling into the hotel, I went online to see how much it would all cost me. I will say, if you want to have a decent day, it is not going to be cheap, but it is cheaper than other amusement parks. Or maybe it isn't, I don't know. I did purchase my ticket online the night before, I also purchased parking online as well. It came out to a hefty amount, but I kind of expected it. Getting through the entry gates for parking can be a bit cumbersome, so prepare yourself some time to wait, your first line of the day. If you picked the VIP parking, which I did, you are away from the crowds and a closer to an entrance. One where you won't need to use a tram to get to the entrance. Once inside, make your way however you see fit. I downloaded the park app so that I had a map already. I also used it to check the wait times for the rides that I wanted to go on. I will be honest here, all I rode while here was the rollercoasters and the app really helped out on that. I must have walked miles this day because I zig zagged through the park to jump from line to line. Do be careful on the walkways, with the misters they can be a bit slippery, I slipped once and kept that in mind for the rest of the day. As an overall experience, this was a great park. Rides, shows, exhibits, shops, and restaurants. All doable in one day. Pricing for food, drink, and souvenirs are what you would expect for an amusement park. Bathrooms throughout. Themed areas. Designated smoking areas in the park so you don't have to exit. Gift shops a chalk full of items. Staff in the park are pleasant and courteous.

Yelp
We took our 5-yr-old granddaughter today for the first time and we all had so much fun. We were impressed by the kindness of the employees, the cleanliness of the park, and the amount of rides that were age-appropriate for one that isn't into thrill or high adventure rides. Getting her picture taken with Flutter the Fairy was extra special. I loved the walkway with all the umbrellas. We got our pictures taken there but sadly we forgot to pick them up. My husband enjoyed one of the roller coasters. We enjoyed tasting some of the special foods that were part of the Flower and Food Festival. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Many of you may have read, or seen on the news, the flooding that occurred in Dollywood about a week ago. Well they are open and in fine shape with no indication, at least not to visitors, that any storm rolled through the park. We went yesterday on a warm summer day and the park was beautiful. We wandered around enjoying the shows, the train, the smells and the food. We ate at The Front Porch Cafe (Dollywood) and the meal was delicious. I got the fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Both were superb, with unique flavor, and the mashed potatoes were the best I have ever eaten. The service was excellent and it gave us a respite from the heat of the day. Enjoy the rides, walk through and talk with the people, take in the smells of food, flowers, and the mountain air; Dollywood has something for everyone. Follow me on Yelp for more places to see and things to do in East Tennessee.

Gavin B.

Yelp
The roller coasters are super intense with the lightning rod being super good. I love the Tennessee tornado and wild eagle as well because they have lots of loops and dips. Park is very nice and beautiful and cinnamon bread is to die for :D

Yelp
It was EXTREMELY fun. Rode a bunch of rollercoasters and rides. When eating, some ducks arrived . It even had a wife ‍ We fed them some food and it was so cute! Food was amazingly delicious. You NEED to ride the Mystery Mine. It is so much fun! Best ride for sure. I really recommend this park. BETTER THAN DISNEY

Yelp
Truly a 5 star experience! This is our second time at a Dollywood park and we loved it! We spent two days at the water park and had a blast! The whole place is family and kid friendly! The only issue we had was there are no accessible rides for anyone. My son is really too small for the rides anyway, but it won't be something we can do in the future. I took my daughter on the rides and she loved it! We stayed busy the full two days. I highly recommend renting a cabana and wearing good water shoes! You will walk a lot!
google avatar

Gabriel T.

Yelp
I love this amusement park! The park grounds are beautiful and there is so much to see and do there. My favorite rides were Mystery Mine and Tennessee Tornado. As a season pass holder I will return several times a year to enjoy the park and attractions. Thank you Dolly!

Yelp
Dollywood was a great place to visit. This was the first time for us. We visit Pigeon Forge often and never been to Dollywood. I'm glad we decided to visit the park it was beautiful and entertaining. The employees were so nice and friendly. The food was delicious. All of the shows were amazing. Dollywood had some great rides and the rollercoasters were fabulous. Looking forward to returning this fall for Halloween and Christmas.

Yelp
Every Thing was So great LIKE the pizza and popcorn and the rides were a blast and maybe the splash mountain was great and funny

Yelp
My husband and I came here yesterday ! The park was not as busy as it was a few years ago when we went ! We went into every store and every employee was so kind and welcoming ! We also tried so many different places to eat snacking and snacking and snacking some more - again , great service from all the employees and all the different foods we tasted were super delicious! We also picked up a loaf of the famous home made cinnamon bread from the old grist mill to bring home for the next day - super fresh and so delicious! The gospel and county music throughout the park was absolutely beautiful and so fun to watch - We even rode a few rides which were super fun ! The park was decorated with so many pumpkins and Halloween themed items and at dark it was all lit up ---- it was super cool !!!!!! Then of course to see Dolly Parton items everywhere - the dolly experience was amazing and so informative as well ! I highly recommend this amazing place - my husband and I are in our sixty's and we both had a blast - can't wait to come back for another visit !

Yelp
Chaperoned a youth event on a Tuesday. Got there early. early 90s music DJed all day which was a pleasant surprise if you happen to be Gen-X like me, probably less so if you are any other age and hoping for some country, Rides were pretty tame compared to Dollywood, lines were very long. The water coaster was the only ride maybe worth the line to me. I think paying the extra money for fast pass would have been substantially different experience. Think when I go back to Dolly world I'll buy the package which includes fast pass , I think it was $15 more per ticket and we waited an hour at some rides while watching several groups of people hop on three times on and write off Food was over priced and underwhelming as would be expected. Mediterranean restaurant gyros with steak um meat for 16 bucks, frozen chicken fingers, space ice cream, and a frozen pretzel All in all, this isn't Typhoon Lagoon and it definitely is not action park which I was lucky enough to go to in the 90s

Yelp
Unless you are a Waterpark fan I would pass on splash country. When it's busy it's packed and my experience was frustrating. Long lines to eat, ride slides, and even rent lockers. We were disappointed after having an awesome visit at the theme park, thinking this park would be more of the same. Unfortunately,we were wrong. In 3 hours we managed to ride 2 slides and do the lazy river. After it looked like we would be waiting in line 30 minutes for a hot dog we left to get food off the park and opted to return to the theme park for the rest of the day. Something to note: the set up at the water park allows you to watch those with fast passes bypass the line. So after sitting for 45 minutes in line you'll continue to see people jumping to the front. At the theme park fast pass holders bypass the line-but you don't see them generally because of how the rides are set up (seperate stairwell, side entrance, etc) This may not sound like a big deal but add in heat, hunger, and kiddos griping about waiting and it becomes fairly aggravating. Reviews online suggested only buying fast passes on weekends or holidays. We took our chances and went without because we went on a Tuesday. Maybe my review and experience would have been more positive if we had done this? If you've got an extra 50 per person to drop and love water parks I'd say go for it. 3 stars for cleanliness, friendly staff, cool rides and cold water.

Theresa H.

Yelp
Splash Country - overall park was ok and had a good day. Went on a few rides. Fast passes are a problem when people need to wait 2 hours for a ride and you see same group with a fast pass go through multiple times. This needs to be limited. Fast passes are getting more value for their money than those without. Need to put a limitation or time constraints on going on the same rides.

Xamuel W.

Yelp
Terrible service tried to walk in and got yelled at for nothing. Terrible customer service you should fire Rick., just saw people do the same thing and didn't get yelled at (it's because we're darker than they were). fire Rick!!!

Yelp
Splash Country Waterpark ~ We traveled from West Texas to visit this waterpark so my fiancé's 13 year old daughter could have a fun, memorable experience. I grew up in Boone, NC and had been here a couple times before. First off, there is ONE tram going to and from the entrance. Not so bad for us, but a difficult time for his daughter, who has special needs (tip-toe walking), especially walking back to the truck after an all day experience. I would have given this one star, but the food here is amazing. Service at food stands...not so much. Highly unprofessional at every one we stopped by. Lifeguards at the end of each ride just literally sat in their covered chair with no offer to help if we struggled at the end of the slides. At the top of the Big Bear Plunge, the three of us had to take it upon ourselves to figure out the ride was ready. The two teenage girls working there, were WAY too busy telling every guy there that "I'm 17!" and "I'm 19!" and flirting with every young male that came through the line, asking their age. The 17 year old kept announcing and clapping that some guy from yesterday actually asked her for her gmail and not her Snapchat! Definitely a not-so-fun memorable experience - not once acknowledging our presence as a family, telling us where to sit on the raft, to hold on (common sense, I know)...but come on! It's a family park, not a dating scene! Then, when we came to the end, the tube hit so hard in the water that our necks jammed into our backs (actually popping loud), our lower backs got jammed up so badly and we had a hard time getting out! The Mountain Twist tore us up!! The three of us each took a lane to see who could get to the bottom first. My fiance came out of there with a bloody knee, bloody toes, and nearly came off the mat. I came out with a busted elbow, bloody toes, a lung full of water and bruised shoulder. Which we covered up our wounds accordingly. Not sure why we weren't allowed to wear our water shoes on these slides as we purchased them inside the park. What's the point of having water shoes if we can't wear them?! But thank God we bought them. There were fresh blood "puddles" (big ones) all over the concrete in various places. Overall, this park could use some pretty major updates/improvements. Instead of building more resorts for the property, updates to the parks should be a requirement...as well as hiring employees who aren't out there looking for a "good time" ... but ensuring families have a great experience! The wave pool was a joke. There were so many people all you could do was stand in place, or be floated into other kids and other adults. The "lazy river" was more of an "anxiety river!" Way too many people fighting over tubes at the entrance, kids swimming underneath people, racing and screaming on-foot, floating into other kids and adults and was just plain out stressful! There is nearly ZERO covered/shaded areas, and the SMALL bungalows must be rented days prior to your visit. Who knew?! The entire park rides still looked like they did when I was there in 2000. I love giving great reviews, and hardly EVER give any bad ones. But I feel families should be treated a bit better. This visit was just not at all what we had hoped for. Here's to the 17 hour drive home! Then to New Braunfels, Texas' Schlitterbahn waterpark. Much better waterpark, overall, with great employees. *rant over*

Yelp
Edited: ON THE WAY OUT WE FOUND A SNAKE. (Kids walking by unaware!) The water slides are large but take hour(s) to get on. The food and drinks are overpriced, as expected, but the worst part was the restrooms. I was in Boy Scouts and went to summer camps in the boonies, but these restrooms were beneath even those. Human feces covered the floor and stalls were full of trash. I can't believe Dolly put her name on this.

Yelp
Just to went to this place a few days ago and loved it! I was expecting to go on more rides but just like any water park there are lines. I did go on a Friday afternoon though and for that time the lines were actually pretty short! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going on the ride "river rush" sometime while you are at this park! It does have the longest line, as it is one of the fastest rides in the park. But there are fans in this line with mist that sprays out to keep you cool! You are also high up in the trees and if you look down there's even a river below when you get closer to the ride! This ride is green and large on the far side of the wave pool and you'll be able to see it hidden in the trees. If you are more of a thrill seeker I recommend the "Fire tower falls". They won't be hard to miss as you enter the park. They are two extremely tall beige slides that you shoot down pretty fast! It's cool to say you've been there and done it! Overall, this park wasn't too crowded when I went and it was overall pretty clean! Definitely recommend this water park!
google avatar

Paige S.

Yelp
Not very (small) child friendly aside from the lazy River so make sure you have an extra set of hands if you're the parent who plans on going down BIG slides and such. Was clean however, and lifeguards were very attentive to the rides. They do have a few areas that are kid friendly but children bust teach a certain height, parents are not permitted on the slide with their child so making sure kid knows water safety prior to going is a MUST.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this park! It is so clean and the employees are fantastic. There are lots of slide and pool options for all abilities and preferences. Make sure to check out the "racer" slides at the front. They are my favorite and vecause they are so close to the entrance, there is rarely a line. I gave 4 stars because there are not enough food stations in the park. If you plant to eat after about 11:30, plan to stand in line for an hour. Even the Beaver Tail dessert line is usually 15-20 minimum. It would also be nice to see more fresh options. Otherwise, this place is great and I highly recommend getting the season pass!

Yelp
Go! Go! Go! Really great park. Clean and the staff is wonderful. If your budget allow splurge and get a Deluxe Retreat. It allows for personal space with big screen tv, refrigerator, complimentary water and wait staff. Perfect place for families. We enjoyed such a lovely day there. Please make sure to go and relax in the wave pool. Btw the warmest water in the park.

Yelp
No time saver pass for paying the ridiculous rates to stay at the resort, no benefits at all for being a season pass holder, if you think flying out of Atlanta is bad, it has nothing on the cattle hearding going on here, maybe because it was 90 degrees it was way overcrowded, but it was nowhere near as enjoyable as the theme park but with twice the wait times for the slides.

Yelp
We always enjoyed Dollywood splash Country, this weekend was good but some of the rides was closed and although we purchased the soft drink refill all the time there was not enough xarope but what bothered us the most was people smoking in non designed area close to the pool and family and no employees to pay attention and take care of it.

Yelp
Loved this place! We rented a retreat (cabana) which was accidentally double booked but the staff handled it well. Very clean park with lots of fun for everyone. I was expecting a little more pizazz in the food but overall very edible and reasonably priced. This has by far been the best thing we have done in pigeon forge.

Yelp
Do not come - Do not come. Almost all food is shut down a d most rides are closed. Full price tickets and the worst experience. I completely understand staffing issues but sell less tickets.

Yelp
We visited on a Monday, and the lines and crowds were not too bad at all. Longest wait was maybe 25-30 minutes for the big raft ride! There is so much for the family to do here! Slides, raft rides, a couple of kids areas, wave pool, lazy river, and a pool. There were life vests available for my 1 year old, and it was definitely family friendly! There was plenty of seating at each area! The price was definitely worth it! We stayed from open until close, and I definitely feel the $40 price tag per person was worth it! The food lines were very long. Like, 45-60 minutes. The food seems pricy, but it's really no more than what it would take to bring my kids to a regular restaurant, so I think it's worth it! There are lockers available, it's stroller friendly. Definitely a good time!

Yelp
Just wanted to write a special thank you to the kids running the River Rush ride! We had waited in line, but when we got to the ride, my 7 year old niece became really scared and started to cry. These folks stopped the ride, and "babysat" her when we all rode the ride! They talked her down, and tried to get her to be brave enough to ride it! In the end, they let my other niece take her place, so I think they got to ride it twice! Here's a shout out to Mikayla and Austin, who were so kind to all of us, even though they didn't need to be! You two made your moms proud today! Well done! I hope my kids grow up to be as empathetic and as caring as you both were last weekend!

Yelp
I had a great time at splash's country! My family had a wonderful time riding the rides and enjoying the pools especially the lazy river. The food was good, and I appreciate the free refills with the Dollywood cup purchase. So family friendly and affordable! Best water park I've been too. The lines we not that long the day we went but it's worth the extra money for the fast pass.

Yelp
Our family of four enjoyed our Friday at Splash Country. Our day was refreshing after visiting Six Flags White Water earlier in our trip. The staff members were attentive and friendly. The park was clean. The rides were awesome and offered something for everyone in our party. There were multiple food options. On the day of our visit, the water coaster was closed. We were told they're waiting on a part. This was a bummer but the good highly outweighed they bad. It was crowded but we expected that traveling the week of July 4th. Our only complaint was the weather delay seemed excessive. I understand rules and liability but what we were seeing on the radar didn't match the continued delays.

Yelp
Reasonable prices on certain days. We really enjoyed all the slides and rides, though several were closed. Definitely a one day visit will suffice. Kid friendly. We did wait over an hour to order our lunch, however, which was a bummer. Otherwise no issues other than understaffing.

Yelp
Almost equal in terms of fun and value to Universal Volcano Bay- it's smaller than Volcano Bay but makes up for with less crowds and wait time. Park is clean, rides are fun, staff is friendly and food options were good -and another bonus- one meal was included with each ticket so we didn't even pay for any food!

Yelp
This place was pretty nice for a water park. It was a bit pricey for a one day ticket, $59.99 per person, especially when you add $25 parking, then $17 for locker rental, but we went cuz my autistic son really wanted to go. We mainly did the Lazy River and the Wave Pool. My son absolutely loved the wave pool, and didn't want to get out. They had a fairly good selection of food too, and we liked the Pizzas! And reasonable prices on the food, for a water park. The only real complaint I had was that the bathrooms could of been a bit cleaner, and there were no dedicated changing areas... just bathroom stalls or shower stalls. I did really like the music they played on the loud speakers. We had fun, got sunburnt, even with reapplying sunscreen, so make sure you have a high SPF and apply often. Oh, make sure you bring water shoes or flip flops here, because the walkways are very hot on a hot day, and they don't hose them down or have a lot of shady areas to walk.

Yelp
Super sad that we do not get a rain check like everyone else just because we used employee passes. This is our first time of the year we have got to go to splash and we had been saving these tickets that my friend was so kind to give us. We are a family of four and for us to come is super expensive. Just really disappointed! Love the place tho!

Yelp
This water park is a great one to visit. While it isn't the largest park that I've been to, it had many water slides and several kid parks with pools. It may have been a special day, but there was a DJ playing music by the wave pool which made it more enjoyable (went on a Tuesday). The lazy river had some cool inter tubes that resembled chairs (never seen these before). Something that I did find frustrating was that due to Covid, they weren't letting small groups ride the big raft rides. You had to have 3 or 4 people in your group. There were at least two like this and I was disappointed since these are my favorite rides.

Yelp
Definitely a Dolly property as the employees were as kind as could be, things were clean, and my kids had a wonderful tome. It is on the smaller side, but there is something for everyone from thrilling slides (no thanks) to the lazy river (my speed). I was very pleased with the canopy we rented. It was very reasonable at $50 (I've seen other parks charge 4 times that) and included a shade and locked box for items you may worry cohoe be stolen. You do need to reserve in advance and they do sell out. For the lazy river hold out for one of the clear tubes with a seat. My only disappointment was the food. The choices were slim and on the day we went they were sold out of "healthier" choices like the grilled chicken wrap I would have preferred. The rest of the food choices are nothing special and were nowhere near the quality you find next door at Dollywood. When we visit Pigeon Forge again in the future, I would come if it was free with my package again... but wouldn't pay extra.

Yelp
It was a great family memory, that's for sure! However, it's super overpriced. Parking $15, tickets $39-$49 for admission, food $8-$16, drinks $5-$25. Also, there was a weather delay but zero communication about when things would reopen and the kids were getting restless. Would I come back? Probably not.

Yelp
Great for people with small children. Not great for anyone with mobility issues or allergies. No disability accommodations to speak of and not helpful when asked. I used to be a season pass holder but it is just not worth it anymore. The "timesaver" makes normal lines long, lines are typically on or next to stairs.
