Dom Aktora is located just about 2 minutes to the river/city centre and about 5-10 minutes to the train/bus station. The receptionist was really nice and helpfull person. She could speak English, German and some Czech as well. It was just bit strange, that she couldn't help me with bus number going to Westerplatte as she didn't know. I've met two other ladies during my stay there and they all were helpfull. Rooms are CLEAN with own shower, toilet and TV. Mineral water and tea seems to be for free. They also offer a free WI-FI, however during my stay, it didn't work. Buffet breakfast were just generous, so we were bit surprised. Location is very nice and quiet, so you don't have to worry about noisy tourists. Stayed August 2012, traveled solo

Very cosy and warm place. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very good localisation for city center. Plenty artist events at this place! Very recommended if you look for good prices and climate. Staff is very nice!!!

Well, if you're looking for posh accommodation it's not the place. But what they offer are good, spacious with basic equipment, great location and friendly service
