Dom Muzyka w Gdańsku

Lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful location. Close enough to the city centre that it's only a 5-minute walk yet still feels relaxing and a departure from the crowds. Mixes atmosphere and history with modernity and comfort excellently. Free breakfast and a good range of Polish beers at the bar is an extra bonus. We stayed at the Dom Muzyka for four nights in July. ||It is attached to the Music Academy, about 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. The building was originally a military barracks that has been adapted and modernised. Buses and trams stop close by.||Our room was on the garden side. It was very large and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities.||At breakfast there was a reasonable choice to eat but the restaurant is small and was busy so we had to wait for some things to be replenished.||One night we had dinner in the restaurant. Our meals were very good and excellent value.||We would recommend the Dom Muzyka for anyone visiting Gdansk.

Hotel and room is nice, good value for money. Very clean. Plenty of parking places. The breakfast was not that good. You will find something to eat but is not that great. You can ask for an omelette to be made but is made exactly in the dining room and the smell of omelette is everywhere in the dining room. Maybe a recommendation is to make the omelette in the kitchen.

Lovely and friendly small hotel. It’s 10 minute walk from the edge of the old town. Very convenient too as it has parking. The breakfast was interesting. Timings for breakfast and check in / check out were relatively relaxed.

Wow... an unexpected gem! Lovely staff - helpful and smiley even though I checked at 2 am! And the food... lush! As a frequent business traveller, I really appreciate when someone decides to put an extra mile. Four types of fish salad. Freshly made omlets. Little garden to have your morning coffee. Will be returning

One night stay prior to an early morning flight. Pleasant location as noted by other users. Room was comfortable, bonus of a fridge in the room.. Slept well. There was strong smell of cigarettes but that could’ve been from outside. Room was adjacent to busy road but I wasn’t disturbed. Left before breakfast so can’t comment on that

Not first and last time! Lovely location, of course old fashion but has a vibe. Løve it, er gonna come back again if we gonna stay in Gdansk
