This place is incredible. Overall condition of the property was excellent (cleanliness, resources, comfort, etc). The place is very well located and it was easy to get in. The host was very responsive and supportive, I would definetely recommend it.

It's a small family run hotel, only 6 double bed rooms, one is a suite. All rooms en suite bathrooms, spotless & very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent; Good choice of fresh fruit, cheese continental & choice of cooked breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent position on the edge of the old town, peaceful. Barbara is the proprietor a charming & very helpful host, nothing is too much trouble for her. We are a group of 3 couples and loved our stay in Krakow, the polish people are the best.

The hotel is perfect for big groups, especially in the pandemic or the winter when you can't stay out late. It has a basement were you can all stay together. The rooms were nice and quite spacious and the bed was comfy. We didn't have breakfast included but there were a lot of bakeries nearby as the hotel is very close to the city center. The only complain I have is that the rooms were a little cold and the wi-fi was not that great and id did not have signal in room number 6.

At our first visit to Krakow we found this hotel at the internett and booked. We didn't regret that. This was a very friendly hotel with great staff. We got the two rooms at the top floor and enjoyed our 5 days stay. Just outside the hotel there is a terrace restaurant - Il Calzone - and the served excellent food. The hotel has no restaurant, but an excellent breakfast. Pugetow is situated very close to the old city so it is just a couple of minutes walk to the big square. We will use this hotell at our next visit if there are any rooms available. They have only 6!

Really recommend this hotel. Very quiet, small hotel with great classic interior. Located near to both: the old town and the Jewish corner. Fantastic service for a reasonable price.

Great. Prime location between old town and Jewish quarter. Quiet despite being close to main street. Friendly, attentive management.
