"Run by Talloulah Dubourg and Hugo Mathurin since 2020 on about 12 acres in Maranges, this small domaine combines biodynamic practice (they even work with the moon) and low-intervention winemaking from a tiny basement cellar. Their black Labrador, Ratapoil, famously answers the village church bell with an operatic ululation, a charming if slightly eerie signature of visits here.
