Review of wine tasting. Two wine tasting locales highlighted on tourist map, both had knowledgeable staff but this one is the better of the two. The pourer brings you each wine individually in a cute courtyard and slows down your pace. Lilou was really patient and friendly. The 🍇 are brought in from the countryside and the wine is made right here. I love the leaning 🧙‍♀️ structure.

Very good experience in the heart of Colmar. Everything was explained well and the hospitality was unmatched. Highly recommend the wine tasting.

Tried to do 4 wine tasting. Was there for 45min and only got 2 while other tables were served multiple times. I didn't care for the 2 wines I tried, sour and smokey

Fantastic wines and very authentic, cosy rooms in the heart of the city. We took the duplex. Absolutely would recommend!

Spent a lovely afternoon doing a cheese and wine tasting, and had a couple glasses of wine afterwards as well. We are super grateful they fit us in even without a reservation, as we had a fantastic time and ended up taking home a couple bottles of their very good wines. The young woman leading the tasting was very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. I can’t believe highly recommend the tasting though it’s obviously best to reserve your spot in advance. We were lucky because we got there early enough, several people had to be turned away later in the day.

We really enjoyed staying at this historic property. We stayed in the balcony room and it had lots of character. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. Tons of space! Breakfast was great and it was served out in the delightful courtyard since the weather was nice. The owners made us feel like family - would definitely stay again!

We came to this winery spontaneously, and, unfortunately, we were not able to see the wine cellar. We also didn’t get to attend the full tasting. But we were offered wines to try (I only asked for sweet ones). As a result, we bought a bottle of wonderful, very tasty sweet wine for 30 euros.

This review is specific to the gîte (vacation rental) “Le Duplex”. They have other gîtes, which are not similar. They also offer several chambre d’hôtes (B&B’s), which are run differently. Common to all of them is a convenient location at the edge of the tourist district and along a free bus line that connects the train station with the tourist district. “Le Duplex” is a comfortable, well-equipped modern apartment in an 17th century building which is part of a working family winery. There are short but steep and narrow staircases to negotiate. The family is friendly and helpful. If you like to see local culture close-up, it is a ***** experience. However, if you want amenities outside the unit like swimming pools, exercise rooms, etc., there are none; their main business is producing wine.
