Thank you for Richard that give us a nice tour even that we late about a hour. It was a lot of fun and really interesting to see the Maple trees and the processe of making this nice suger syrup.
The tastes was the highlight!!!!
we never taste maple syrup as good as his.

Very nice place with small wine too!!! The birch sirup is also amazing as a replacement for balsamic vinegar. The location is very nice with an amazing front door. Would go back!!

Richard very graciously opened up on his vacation just for a private tasting for two of us. His products are amazing and unique. Never imagined that maple syrup could be fermented to taste like a fine single-malt scotch. We purchased several different products, as many as we could tote back to Texas. Thank you again, Richard!
