Dombås Hotel

Stayed here a single night in one of the motel rooms. They have dinner for a discount for guests so we did that in. Dinner was pretty good since it was a buffet. A good variety of dishes. Room was pretty standard but the bathroom shower wall didn't really do anything so we had to put towels down to keep water from flooding the bathroom. Room also didn't have towels so we had to get them. It was also really windy in the area and you could hear it from inside the room.

A nice hotel with a great view of the valley. The rooms are standard, and the hotel offers both breakfast and dinner. It also features a bar and a sauna. The Presidental Suite has two floors and an amazing balcony, but lacks a refrigerator. There are often large groups of tourists here, but they are usually of the mature kind.

The receptionist was amazing, I would like to thank her for picking up my call at 23:30 and getting us a room so last minute, as it was an emergency. The buffet breakfast was also wonderful. Unfortunately the only room they had was not the usual hotel room, but a weird old room that was a bit farther away than the hotel with a shared bathroom. The furniture was very old and not nice at all, but the room was clean and so was the toilet. The lovely receptionist asked us of course if we wanted to see the room before we took it, which was so nice of her. Regardless, I believe that the room we had was not worth its money, and I would never pay that if it wasnt an emergency. Im sure the rest of the hotel is more updated and nice. And thanks for the last minute room.

Everything was excellent, but if you are staying at their pet friendly motel (just behind the hotel) check in is still In The Hotel (at least during the low season, like summer) Also you can eat dinner in the hotel's buffet, which is very rich in food choices.

We stay in the Motel part of the hotel, it was easy and it was clean. There was cheap and buffet in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning.

Dombas is on the main junction of the E7 and E136. It has ski slopes. Needed an overnight stop off on the way to the coast. Friendly service. Nice open spaces, lift was being repaired while we were there. They do an evening buffet which is excellent value. Breakfast was good. Our room was clean, warm and comfortable, nice hot shower. Plentiful parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was quiet and clean and big enough for two people. View was beautiful. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.
