My experience at Domes Resort Vilamoura was excellent from start to finish. The staff are outstanding, particularly the Guest Relations and Reception teams, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a significant difference to our stay. Their dedication and warm approach truly elevate the overall guest experience and deserve special recognition. The food was exceptional—high quality, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every detail reflected a strong commitment to excellence. Ultimately, it is the people who work here who make this resort truly special. Their passion and professionalism create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, and I sincerely hope to return again in the near future

My partner and I had an amazing stay here a few months ago. The resort is lovely, rooms were comfortable and the pool was good fun. One of the highlights definitely was the breakfast as the spread was varied and delicious. Bonus points for the fresh fruit juices! The relaxation area was really nice too- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Just remember to book in advance as they have limited slots. Plus, the surrounding area of the resort itself was calming and lovely for a walk after a big meal. Lastly - the resort is quite close to the beach and several restaurants so this was a great bonus.

I had an amazing experience here. My children and my wife were so happy with the hotel. Me, my wife and my children enjoyed the amazing buffet Gustatio. The pool and spa were excellent and the indoor pool was a nice place for the children to stay and play. The food was amazing and the bar had amazing drinks. It was a nice place for walking outside and at the beach. It had amazing service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had wonderful live music on a few days. They had amazing things for the kids to do outside including the maze, the playground and the sports area. The staff were extremely kind and made us feel comfortable here. I would definitely come back and would enjoy this wonderful experience again.

Excellent hotel and wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Special thank you to Fredriki and Rita in guest relations for making our trip memorable, Ana and Pedro in the restaurant and everyone at the Topos restaurant and also David at the bar for fantastic service! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were great, and the location was ideal. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return in the future.Mr and Mrs James.

We visited this month to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was nothing short of fabulous. From arrival to departure staff very friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking the gardens. The bathroom was fantastic and the shower was soo nice and powerful. |Food was delicious. There was an amazing array of food choice for breakfast including Prosecco if you fancy some breakfast bubbles, an omelette station where you can select all the ingredients you would like.|We stayed half board which was a set menu of two choices for each course, each meal was lovely.|Robert who was on front of house at the restaurant was lovely and chatty and very personable and remembered each night what we wanted to drink.|The bar was lovely. We treated ourselves to a cocktail every night which came with a selection of nuts, olives and feta cheese to nibble on which was a nice touch.|We used the gym whilst we were there. It’s an excellent gym with a good selection of equipment and spacious.|The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed a few walks around the lake enjoying the views,|Francisca from guest relations met us after we had checked in and kindly arranged for a bottle of fizz, chocolate covered strawberries and balloons in our room and room credit which we spent on drinks throughout the week,|We felt spoilt and throughly enjoyed our stay

We have just returned after an exceptional few days in this Top Class Hotel. This was our 6th visit in three years and the standard continually rises.|What sets this hotel apart from any other in my travels is the Staff. They are truly outstanding. |Nadia and Rita in particular stand out.|Nadia is a wonderful leader and sets the standard for all the team. Professional and welcoming.|Rita is a cut above the rest. Exceptional Team member in our view. Her friendliness, helpfulness and general Demeanour is outstanding.|We couldnt recommend this hotel enough. My Husband and I stayed at this wonderful property after it had been recommended by our Son (whose standards are as exacting as ours). We have been coming to Vilamoura for 21 years and this was our most beautiful stay thanks to the amazing hospitality and warmth of Nadia and her team. From check in with Carolina to check out everything was beyond excellent. A warm and friendly check in with an exclusive lounge allocated with views of this gorgeous oasis. We had a lovely surprise being upgraded to a suite with Prosecco, macaroons and a warm note from Nadia. Breakfast was delicious and possibly the best smoked salmon we’ve ever had again with lashings of Prosecco and very courteous and friendly service from Noor , Akash and the team. The spa with complementary access to the hydra pools, sauna and steam was exactly what we needed in the stormy weather. Access to the marina was brilliant just a short walk. We have stayed at so many 5 star hotels across the globe and this by far was the best thanks to the hospitality of the team led by Nadia who is just a super star. Can’t wait to return Obrigada

Just returned from an amazing 6 day family holiday at the Domes Lake Algarve. Everything was first class starting with the welcome check in lounge to the haute living experience , the pools and spa are fab too. The food was incredible. The buffet is lovely for both breakfast and in the evening , we also broke the week up with the complimentary Topos restaurant and finished with a fantastic meal at Blend the sushi and steak restaurant. Special mention to the brilliant guest relations team for all the special personal touches , particularly Carolina and Sonia the fab golf concierge. Will definitely be going back and also trying out their other fabulous properties around Europe. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
