From the moment we arrived, this hotel made our girl’s trip feel extra special. We were welcomed with champagne on arrival, which set the tone for the impeccable service we received throughout our stay. As returning guests, we were also given access to the complimentary lounge, such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly valued. Getting out of the sun for complimentary Prosecco and snacks was lovely. ||Every detail was perfect: the restaurant team remembered our morning coffee orders, the cocktails were freshly made and delicious, and the wine list was excellent. The service throughout was warm, professional, and personal, making us feel right at home while still completely indulged.||The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings right on the beach that created the perfect backdrop for our celebrations. We were there for a special birthday, and the memories we’ve made together will last a lifetime. Plenty of subbed with such a chilled zen vibe, really was perfect for us and every morning we woke up just so happy to be there. ||We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious, memorable stay! We were a group of friends but I do think the hotel is def more suited to couples.||If you have booked this hotel you will not be disappointed in the slightest. The food was absolutely phenomenal and 10/10 catering for allergies and intolerances.||Thank you for such a wonderful few days!

Absolutely outstanding experience at Domes Noruz Chania! The hotel’s design is stunning, combining luxury with attention to detail. The staff were always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel special throughout our stay. The food was exceptional, offering creative flavors of the highest quality. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the location is perfect to enjoy the magical Chania sunsets. A highlight of our stay was the spa, where we enjoyed a unique Cretan-inspired treatment that left us feeling completely rejuvenated. Truly an unforgettable experience that we would love to repeat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff at this hotel are unlike any we have ever experienced. They honestly could not do enough for us. They offer a WhatsApp service where you can ask them any questions order taxis etc.|The location is stunning and directly on the most beautiful beach with crystal clear water. Extremely clean. House keeping staff are meticulous and the room was always kept topped up with water and chocolates !|Cannot fault and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in a Wellness Loft, though the stairs did take some getting used to and would not be appropriate for anyone with difficulty.|Twice daily housekeeping was terrific!|The breakfast selection was good and the staff helpful.|We dined at Topos for dinner, lunches and for desserts. We preferred our dinner menus and cocktails off the resort but live music after returning was nice.|It took approximately 20 minutes to drive into Old Town for dinners.|The ocean water most days was calm and warm. And the beach is nice for walking.|We tried the two pools but found the lack of shade from the fixed umbrellas to be a problem. A nice hot tub would have been nice to enjoy.

We had an incredible time here, our only regret is not staying longer. The staff was attentive and exceptional. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. The spa was relaxing, and the gym was great. The location was right on the water, and spectacular. The breakfast was plentiful with various option, and everything was delicious. The sunsets are priceless. We did not want to leave; we will come back to this location again. 5 stars is definitely warranted and deserved here. Just to emphasize, the staff is friendly, attentive, wonderful!!!

Domes Noruz Hotel is well positioned on the beach. The Quite Zone pool is a haven for anyone wanting a tranquil space; the spa a lovely escape from the heat outside. The staff are professional, yet friendly, the food quality and presentation is excellent. There is a very extensive choice for breakfast. However, the evening menu is limited if you are a pescatarian, like me, on the hotel’s half board plan. Some room categories include half board. It would have been good if this was optional. A disappointing thing about the evening meal plan was that all drinks are excluded. This meant that water, which was copious at Breakfast, and in one’s room, had to be paid for at 7.50 euro a bottle. |Of issue was the lack of privacy in a number of the rooms. If you want to enjoy your sea view in your ground floor room, perhaps sit on your terrace or use your plunge pool, this cannot be achieve without one being seen by the people walking past or sitting around the pool. In addition, people could be on sun loungers immediately outside your door/window. This is also the case for the ground floor rooms around the Quite Zone pool and the ground floor Haven Beach Front Rooms. Some of the first floor rooms would the Quite Zone could also overlook the ground floor rooms opposite. There was also loud, techno-style music, being played from around 11am to very late (8pm ish). One manager did say I could ask for the music to be turned down, but I would have had to have done this most days.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an exemplary experience. The staff did everything they could to make our honeymoon special from welcome flowers, sparkling wine, 2 cakes (One for our honeymoon and one for my husband’s birthday), the list goes on and on! ||The rooms were beautiful, the food was great, the beach and pools were excellent and not crowded. We could not complain about anything. ||Thank you so much to Zoi and the Domes Noruz team!! At every point they went above and beyond. I also highly recommend booking a private dinner on the beach for a special occasion. It’s a delicious 5 course meal with unbeatable views and the best risotto I’ve had in my life.

We had a wonderful stay at Domes Noruz Chania, Autograph Collection – Adults Only. The property itself is stunning – we especially loved the beach, the excellent breakfast, and the overall atmosphere. What truly stood out, though, was the level of hospitality and service. We booked through the Amex program, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we received an upgrade as soon as one became available, personally seeking us out after check-in. The arrival experience was also a highlight – from the refreshing welcome towel to the chic welcome drink, it set the tone for the entire stay. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our visit – special thanks to Sergio, who made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. We’ll absolutely return and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete.
