Domes Noruz Chania, Autograph Collection

This is one of the best resorts in which we have ever stayed in all our years of travel. The setting and design of the resort are beyond spectacular. Our room, the Sublime Retreat, was absolutely breathtaking. It was a two level suite, with an outdoor plunge pool and outdoor tub. The views of the ocean were amazing. All of the staff with which we interacted were warm, caring, and truly helpful. While we intended to tour Crete, we cut our sighteeing short so that we could spend more time at the resort. Our dinners at Topos were amazing as well, sitting outdoors with views of the sea and the most beautiful sunsets. I truly recommend this resort for a wonderful and idyllic stay.

This place is STUNNING. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a beautiful lounge with a drink in my hand. We mentioned to the staff that we were here for our honeymoon and we were stunned with a beautiful cake, flowers, sparkling wine AND flower petals on our bed was waiting for us. The breakfast was the best I've ever had and the menu changed daily. The dinner was fantastic and the sushi was amazing. The beach was beautiful and clean. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. I can't wait to go back.

The staff at this lovely hotel epitomise the meaning of exceptional customer service! They are just amazing- sincerely helpful, supportive, empowered, friendly and efficient. It is so difficult to get this right and they are spot on! We loved our stay because we felt so welcome and cares for! The hotel itself has beautiful rooms, excellent food and it is located right on the beach. We loved our stay there!

This place just gets better and better. This our second visit, and definitely won't be the last. On arrival we was told we'd been given an upgrade to 6101 with an amazing beach view. ||This hotel 5 star status should be upgrade to another never.. honestly you won't be disappointed. |The rooms are spotless and cleaned to amazing standard everyday. Both communal pools are kept so clean.||The beach is literally a few steps from our room.|I can go on and on about this food and its special.| The thing that sticks out about this hotel between many other is the Staff. These guys are just incredible. Nothing is to much. They're always happy to help. From the staff in the spa areas to the ones at breakfast. I can't mention everyone's name in this review but I need to mention Nikos Stefanidis and his team. This guy has the bar/Restaurant running like clockwork. He has a gift of working the room, giving time to each guest with a personable touch. |The staff make this place such a nice place to stay.

A wonderfully relaxing hotel with great attention to detail throughout. The staff are one of the highlights, very friendly and completely on top of their game preempting every need. The rooms are lovely and have been well thought out, beautifully designed and with stunning views of the sea and a great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious with an ever changing rotation of specials and bottomless, hot coffee! We didn’t want to leave the 2 pools and beach with its crystal clear water. This is a great place to stay and just a 10 min taxi ride from the Old Town

A truly fantastic resort in a stunning beachside location outside the town of Chania but world’s away from the hustle of everyday life.||Having stayed in some great beach locations around the world, there is no doubt this is up there with the best with golden sands, gentle warm sea waters, smooth walks in either direction and a general ambience that balances 5-star with chilled atmosphere.||The sublime loft room is excellent - note bed options either upstairs or downstairs to request if available at time of booking, plunge pool with ocean or pool view. Quiet pool is for those that want to avoid the slightly more busy main pool with bar. We spent all our time on the beach is simply fantastic and more than enough sun loungers.||The restaurants are equally exceptional. Breakfast with fresh meats, cheeses, honey, fantastic selection of fruits as well as egg station and generous daily changing buffet. Diner at Topos again amazing on half board basis or special evenings. More than enough alternative options in walking distance if you want some variety.||Special mention for the stunning Raw with sunset cocktails and the delicious Asian/ Peruvian fusion food….simply stunning and Efi and her team are superb.||In fact qll the team- including Elena and all the restaurant team are a credit to the resort. Also great evening entertainment but particularly the guitarist plus Margarita and her colleague as Thursday’s band. ||We loved it….have already recommended it too many others and we will be back. Just left this beautiful hotel this morning after spend a week there. Such a|Luxurious place with some of the nicest people I have ever met! The breakfast is outstanding, especially the homemade omelettes! The rooms are large and beautiful with a huge patio, including a plunge pool. Special hello and thank you to Nikos at the bar! So nice and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for luxury, food, and beautiful beach!

Their hospitality made all the difference.||The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stylish design, stunning views, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Both restaurants — Topos and Raw — served very delicious food, and the cocktails were equally impressive.
