Domina Hotel St. Petersburg

Super clean, nice-looking modern rooms, excellent service, very quiet. Prime location, close to most tourist attractions. The restaurant has good quality food, offering breakfast at a reasonable price and a big selection of dishes. Heated bathroom floors! Highly recommended. Will stay at this hotel again.

A nice 5 star hotel in the center of St Petersburg, Russia. No USP sockets, no sound proofing and the thermostat doesn't keep the fixed temperature. Weak WiFi , electricity was off more than 20 times during our 5 day stay for a minute or more at a time . Very limited TV channels, mostly if not all are Russian. BF was excellent, they even served caviar for an extra charge The best receptionist in the world.

The hotel was excellent. The location is perfect for walking anywhere in the city and to all the main attractions, with a 15 to 20 min walk. The service of the staff was wonderful, they were very helpful and informative. The room was clean and everything you could need was provided, slippers, robes, toothbrush, shoeshine and a pillow menu if you need something other than what was provided. We took a room with breakfast, and it was very convenient to have breakfast at the hotel, though the buffet was small it had everything you would expect.

I had multiple incidents one with rude reception, two with unhelpful staff, three mediocre at best with service, fourth unprofessional organization. All and all was one of the worst nights I spent in hotels. Felt unsafe from the word of strangers. Would not recommend

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to st. Petersburg. To be honest I did not like the colour of the rooms

- Staff at the counter raised the invoice again at the time of check out which was paid previously when I said it's already paid they removed it further they also tried to bill for the mini bar which I didn't consumed overall not a good experience as far as billing is concerned

We always book this hotel for our business partners. They always happy to stay. Short proximity to main attractions and good restaurants is great deal if you want to safe your time for logistics. Breakfasts still has room for improvements. 

We have visited the hotel for the long-weekend of International Women's Day with my husband and absolutely loved it! Location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, the hotel itself is boutique with emphasis on design (Italian brand). What I loved the most is the atmosphere - I was welcomed with glass of sparlking wine and tulips in honour of the holiday. Staff was very lovely, rooms are clean and comfy. In the evening we were invited for the aperitivo hour in the hotel bar, which was a nice beginning of the night on the town. Definitely recommending the hotel if you are looking for nice place to stay in the city center.
