A unique, classic hotel with a lot of personality and warmth set in the epicentre of old town Prague, a few steps away from the Astronomical Clock and square. The hotel boasts of unique well decorated bedrooms. Extremely clean with great breakfasts. However being at the top floor i found the rooms extremely warm. Even though i complained and the technician came; the aircon remained without cooling down bedroom. I slept the remainder of the trip with a fan in front of window. Apparently central aircon is set to warm for cooler season - it was 26 celsius today so not cooler at all. Overall - beautiful well centralised hotel with warm deco but very hot to stay in summer period.

This architecture of this beautiful hotel was fascinating to me. It was converted from a old monestory which created a unique and beautiful atmosphere. The rooms were fully furnished with classic wood furniture and we're very clean. Service was great and you couldn't ask for a better location in Old Town Prague.

We loved this small hotel in a quaint very old but well maintained building. Wonderful and friendly staff, great breakfast, and even better location. It was so easy to get around the old, new and lesser towns. We would stay here again if returning to Prague. And if you tire of Czech food, the hotel restaurant, Kung Fu Ramen was very good and a nice change of pace.

Great location in old Prague. Very helpful at check-in and check-out. At the front desk, Kai was particularly helpful especially in arranging transportation for us. The included breakfast each morning was excellent. Although there was some street noise on certain nights, this was not unexpected given the location and did not interfere with sleep on the the very comfortable bed.

What a great hotel to stay at! I recently stayed here for 3 nights as a female solo traveller around Prague and I really loved this hotel. The staff were super friendly and nice and the location was great, as I felt completely safe walking around by myself at night between my various activities. This has a great central location in Old Town to see all the major tourist spots without it being too loud from night life at night. My bed was very firm, but that is personal preference, and the overall ambience of the hotel was very charming. The key cards were easy to use to access the elevator and rooms and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and plenty of space. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely book here in the future. You even get complimentary champagne when you check in!

The hotel is set is a unique historical building. That said, we were housed in a nice large accommodation effectively in the attic of the building that required us to walk two flights of stairs above the last elevator stop. Although all of the staff was pleasant and accommodating (particularly the front desk) , housekeeping of the room was routinely late and poor!

The hotel was the gem of Prague. The location is perfect, walkable to the clock, bridge, food and shopping. But the staff and the rooms are amazing, huge, and comfortable. The staff was super helpful - finding places to eat, borrowing a charging cable as mine broke in the middle of the night. I would definitely stay here again.

Aron from the reception was incredibly helpful and sweet, if I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! He went out of his way to show us multiple rooms so we could choose the one we liked best, and he was extremely polite and professional throughout.
The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. Highly recommend!
