Domino’s Pizza

I usually love this domino's the kids that run it are always friendly but Nicolas needs to learn his job better. I ordered a buffalo pizza with ranch sauce and recieved a Alfredo chicken pizza missing almost the entire order and my other pizza was a Philly style one and he put mushrooms that my husband is alergic too.i watched from the window as he looked at the pizzas then the reciept and repeated this probably 10 times before throwing it in the box. he knew he did it wrong and didnt care. I usually dont care mistakes happen but damn my preggo self just wanted a good pizza

I’ve ordered from here on multiple occasions and it just so happened to be the first time I’ve had my order wrong. However, I wanted to give a huge shout out the their driver, Issac, who ensured that I would receive my correct order and even throwing in a treat for the extra wait. I really appreciated him going above and beyond with his customer service while in between his delivery runs, he is an exceptional employee and deserves to be recognized!

After reading reviews for this location I tried to order from the Mesa Ridge Pkwy location but it wouldn't allow me, kept defaulting to this Royalty Place one. Ordered 2 pizzas, each with 3 toppings. Each pizza was missing 1 of the toppings. It's so frustrating because it's not difficult to get it right! You pay for a specific order and just hope for the best. So disappointing.

Will never order from here again. We ordered online at 1145. We set pickup for 1230. We go to pick up and they had not even started making it yet. When asked about it they said they were making it in now in a smart and rude way. What’s the point of setting a time if they won’t adhere to that time.

To the guy that delivered our pizza tonight, I apologize for my husband lol. He didn't mean to scare you. He just happened to be behind you on his way home from work. 😅. Food is great thank you guys.

We usually go to the Mesa ridge location but decided to check this one out since it was closer. My husband comes home from picking it up & half of our pizza was missing cheese…

Do yourself and family the favor and go to a different domino's! First I show up text the little app and turn on my hazards after about 10 minutes I start unbuckling my kiddos to go inside they finally start walking out saying they didn't see me. Then I get home only to find hair literally baked into my pizza 🤦‍♀️ (I have photos!) I called to try and talk about my experience only to be told "she not dealing withthis because she's not a manager" an apology would have been a great place to start. 10 outta 10 DO NOT recommend!

Just moved to Fountain from the Springs, second time ordering and it's 10 time's better. Keep up the good work
