Domino's Pizza | Heritage Villa, Agra

Standard pizza as in any Dominos world wide. I tried very hot option and it was great. Margerita and pizza bred is also perfect. If you are in Agra and would like to eat something else then tali, theas should be good choice.

This outlet is filthy. The washroom was overflowing with nonfunctional flush. Only men could use because females would definitely get an infection. The staff is not sure about the menu. There were flies freely roaming about the food. Please avoid. Attaching picture of tomatoes to give you an idea of how badly the toppings were chopped and tasted raw.

That girl standing over the bill counter she doesn't have any courtesy and hospitality. I am standing over there before 15 mins for my order but she didn't take my order , she talk with her colleagues and one man came she took his order first' before me ..... I suggest Neve go there but there is no another staff for taking order....i speak loud can u take my order she didn't reply.....such a bad service provider She don't know how to great the guest and how to take a order Girl named Priyanka she is very arrogant , I left the place without any order because she isn't responding........this is not the right way to treat your guest or customer. Kindly teach her how to take an order in a good manner.

Nice place for Pizza and refreshments. This place has relaxed sitting arrangements and quiet spacious. One have a lot of varities to choose from Pizza, Garlic bread, lava cakes and cold drinks etc. Order gets served quickly and the taste is also good. Overall descent place for groups and family and friends.

The experience was not so good here. Even, this Domino's has disappointed me the most. It has taken more time to prepare my order. When, finally I'd received it - it was semi burnt. The amount of cheese was also very less. The quality and quantity of toppings was also below par. The toilet as well as hand wash basin was not available for customers. Overall it was a very disappointing experience for me.

*Review Update* : After 3 days received a call at 6:30PM ,I was in the middle of something so I politely asked to call in the morning but the executive kept on insisting to close the ticket whether resolved or not. Now @10:30 store manager called requesting the same to close the ticket. Domino's executives are only concerned about marking the tickets resolved. What the hell 🤯 I can vouch that this is the worst Domino's outlet servicing here in Agra. Their store staff is rude and impolite. Seasonings are always out of stock at this outlet for takeaway orders. And they never have the change . Then why do you accept Cash order ? On my recent home delivery order, the delivery boy was so aggressive, abusive and rude , that day the way he spoke and acted was totally unacceptable.Shameful. And to spoil the evening more , they delivered the wrong pizza . Upon complaining I was assured to be compensated with same on next order. But the manager denies later on. So directly report it with the Domino's Customer support.

I visited dominos this evening, I order meal for 2 veg (includes one Margherita pizza, one peppy paneer pizza & garlic bread ) & unlimited pepsi. The service here needs to be better as the waiting time was long enough close to 30 minutes.

Service is really good and we all know about taste of dominos it is always awesome. Sitting place is hygienic and furniture is beautiful. It is near the petrol pump and many hotels are near by.
