This time Dominos failed to meet my expectations, on the occasion of my daughter 2nd birthday I decided to go Dominos to have good delicious pizzas.
There are many points where I felt that Domino is losing in fulfilling customer satisfaction like-
1. Long waiting time and taking too long to respond.
2. limited stock to select as said by manager.
3. Credit card payment not allow.
4. Dirty and disturbed sitting space.
5. Same staff for cleaning, for taking order, preparing pizzas and order serving.
6. For some item they asked us to do online selection from Domino's portal.
I literally feel like I am sitting on a roadside outlet that serve unhealthy and unheigenic food items where vendor doesn't have any liability to their customer.
I saw my pizzas boxes are not properly sealed and the staff who is cooking it come outside and gave me my order with uncleaned hands.
Note: Timing was near 8pm to 8:30pm
Suggestion for foodies, visit other and better outlets in place of this..
