I visited this branch of dominos for a quick brunch and recieved excellent service by this person called Ikra. She was very efficient in giving me many options and ended up giving me the best bang for my buck. Kudos to her. All the best.

I traveled from Uk to visit Taj Mahal and after long day we decided to end the day with domino’s pizza. We came to this place as it was close to our hotel. The place was very dirty, flies were flying around and sitting on pretty much every table. I personally wasn’t prepared to eat but kids were hungry so I ordered something quick. I looked into the kitchen and the pizza chef was not even wearing his gloves to prep for pizza. I don’t know how people could eat in this place and why domino’s has not shut this place down is beyond me. Hygiene is absolutely essential at every food outlet. I would not recommend anyone to visit here. Thank you

Standard pizza as in any Dominos world wide. I tried very hot option and it was great. Margerita and pizza bred is also perfect. If you are in Agra and would like to eat something else then tali, theas should be good choice.

The pizza quality was good. I didn't remember properly but the name of the lady who is preparing pizza for us. But I think she is new to dominos(around 1-2 months) and she was very sweet beautiful and cute also . I wanna talk to her but she was busy with the work so I didn't find any opportunity to talk to her. But still she is very hardworking.

I’ve been a regular customer of this Domino’s outlet for years, and it’s honestly heartbreaking to see how far it has fallen. What used to be one of the best stores in Agra has now become one of the worst. The service is painfully slow, there’s no proper order management, and the food quality has dropped drastically—often tasting bland, or undercooked. But the worst part? The Regular pizza is noticeably smaller compared to what you get at other Domino’s outlets in Agra or Delhi. It’s not a one-time issue—it’s been happening consistently, which makes it feel like a deliberate scam. Customers are being shortchanged, and it’s unacceptable. On top of that, the seating area has been reduced, making it uncomfortable to dine in. The washroom is disgustingly unhygienic, and shockingly, there’s no water cooler anymore—something they used to have and which should be basic in any food outlet. To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly rude and unresponsive. Any complaints are brushed off casually with “we’ve never received such complaints,” without even trying to acknowledge or resolve the issue. There's a complete lack of customer care and accountability. This outlet no longer represents the Domino’s brand I once trusted. I genuinely hope the management steps in and addresses these issues, because the current state is nothing short of disappointing.

Worst dominos I ever had . We ordered paneer Tikka garlic bread and there was no paneer in it . Toppings on the pizza were also burnt . Overall worst experience in terms of food . And they don't even have proper menu .

This outlet is filthy. The washroom was overflowing with nonfunctional flush. Only men could use because females would definitely get an infection. The staff is not sure about the menu. There were flies freely roaming about the food. Please avoid. Attaching picture of tomatoes to give you an idea of how badly the toppings were chopped and tasted raw.
