Domino's Pizza | Heritage Villa, Agra

This time Dominos failed to meet my expectations, on the occasion of my daughter 2nd birthday I decided to go Dominos to have good delicious pizzas. There are many points where I felt that Domino is losing in fulfilling customer satisfaction like- 1. Long waiting time and taking too long to respond. 2. limited stock to select as said by manager. 3. Credit card payment not allow. 4. Dirty and disturbed sitting space. 5. Same staff for cleaning, for taking order, preparing pizzas and order serving. 6. For some item they asked us to do online selection from Domino's portal. I literally feel like I am sitting on a roadside outlet that serve unhealthy and unheigenic food items where vendor doesn't have any liability to their customer. I saw my pizzas boxes are not properly sealed and the staff who is cooking it come outside and gave me my order with uncleaned hands. Note: Timing was near 8pm to 8:30pm Suggestion for foodies, visit other and better outlets in place of this..

Standard pizza as in any Dominos world wide. I tried very hot option and it was great. Margerita and pizza bred is also perfect. If you are in Agra and would like to eat something else then tali, theas should be good choice.

We all the people from Germany had lunch in Dominos and we are highly delighted and satisfied with the hospitality and service given by your staff especially Ikra . We highly recommend that such type of employees are great assets for any organizations. Kindly take care of them.

I traveled from Uk to visit Taj Mahal and after long day we decided to end the day with domino’s pizza. We came to this place as it was close to our hotel. The place was very dirty, flies were flying around and sitting on pretty much every table. I personally wasn’t prepared to eat but kids were hungry so I ordered something quick. I looked into the kitchen and the pizza chef was not even wearing his gloves to prep for pizza. I don’t know how people could eat in this place and why domino’s has not shut this place down is beyond me. Hygiene is absolutely essential at every food outlet. I would not recommend anyone to visit here. Thank you

I visited this branch of dominos for a quick brunch and recieved excellent service by this person called Ikra. She was very efficient in giving me many options and ended up giving me the best bang for my buck. Kudos to her. All the best.

Nice place for Pizza and refreshments. This place has relaxed sitting arrangements and quiet spacious. One have a lot of varities to choose from Pizza, Garlic bread, lava cakes and cold drinks etc. Order gets served quickly and the taste is also good. Overall descent place for groups and family and friends.

The experience was not so good here. Even, this Domino's has disappointed me the most. It has taken more time to prepare my order. When, finally I'd received it - it was semi burnt. The amount of cheese was also very less. The quality and quantity of toppings was also below par. The toilet as well as hand wash basin was not available for customers. Overall it was a very disappointing experience for me.

Ordered 6 in 1 big pizza but today i had the soggiest pizza of my life..have so many pizzas at dominos but today i was having a chapati instead of pizza..when i submitted my feedback at the counter,the person at counter said it is prepared like this only.I ask for the refund,he denied and said please file a complaint online.Big disgrace Dominos pizza
