I’ve been a regular customer of this Domino’s outlet for years, and it’s honestly heartbreaking to see how far it has fallen. What used to be one of the best stores in Agra has now become one of the worst.
The service is painfully slow, there’s no proper order management, and the food quality has dropped drastically—often tasting bland, or undercooked. But the worst part? The Regular pizza is noticeably smaller compared to what you get at other Domino’s outlets in Agra or Delhi. It’s not a one-time issue—it’s been happening consistently, which makes it feel like a deliberate scam. Customers are being shortchanged, and it’s unacceptable.
On top of that, the seating area has been reduced, making it uncomfortable to dine in. The washroom is disgustingly unhygienic, and shockingly, there’s no water cooler anymore—something they used to have and which should be basic in any food outlet.
To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly rude and unresponsive. Any complaints are brushed off casually with “we’ve never received such complaints,” without even trying to acknowledge or resolve the issue. There's a complete lack of customer care and accountability.
This outlet no longer represents the Domino’s brand I once trusted. I genuinely hope the management steps in and addresses these issues, because the current state is nothing short of disappointing.
