Absolutely unable to even place an order by phone. I called, was asked for my name (a simple 1 syllable 4 letter name), which I pronounced then spelled, the Domino's person spelled it back incorrectly. I pronounced & spelled it again -- again it was returned incorrectly. After the 3rd time of not being able to get 4 letters correct, I said "Forget it." and hung up. Within 30 seconds Domino's called me back - I explained that if they could not even get a simple 4 letter name correct, I was not going to order a pizza from them, they probably would not get the order right. I hung up again. Within a couple minutes Domino's called back twice more -- I did not answer the phone.
I should comment that a few years back I tried phone ordering from Domino's -- and the phone was answered: "Hello, Domino's, please hold..." and I was place on hold -- after a minute on hold someone who did not speak English picked up the phone and apparently wanted to take my order (but not in English) -- after that happened 3 times, I gave up.
A few years before that I actually ordered a pizza from them by phone; but, just a few weeks before they had moved (perhaps 1/4 mile away to their current Chenango Rd location) and neglected to say anything when I placed my order ... when I went to pick up my pizza, I went to the last known location (the only location listed in the phone book) and they weren't there! I had neglected to bring my cell phone with me and there was no sign at their old location identifying where they had moved ... when I got back home (with no pizza) I called -- and they said, "Oh, yeah, we should have said something about the move, I guess ..."
THREE STRIKES and YOU'RE OUT as far as I'm concerned.
