I stayed at this hotel from 24th to 26th September, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Casablanca. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and when I approached the reception for assistance, they kept making excuses such as “it’s working” or “please close the window.” Despite repeatedly complaining because the room was extremely hot, the receptionist ended up laughing at my complaint instead of helping. This level of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and despite repeatedly raising the issue, the staff failed to resolve it for two full days. Instead of offering a room change or any real solution, they kept sending technicians who were clearly unable to fix the problem. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional attitude of the staff. I had to chase them multiple times just to get basic attention to the issue. There was no sense of urgency or responsibility, and absolutely no regard for guest comfort. Staying in a hot, uncomfortable room ruined my entire trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I stayed in a superior room, but the air conditioning didn’t work and the room was unbearably hot. I called reception the first night, and they said someone would come fix it. I waited over 2 hours, but no one showed up. The next morning, I informed the reception again, and they promised it would be fixed. When I returned that evening, nothing had been done. I called again, and only then did they admit no technician ever comes at night—so clearly, I was lied to the night before. I asked to change rooms, even to a lower category, but was told no. The receptionist said she would check with her supervisor and call me back—I waited 1.5 hours and got no response. I called 10 times, but no one picked up. Eventually, someone else answered and told me nothing could be done. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Unresponsive staff, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good position for business. Large rooms, quiet. House keeping to be improved. Zero interest from the staff on your requests: the first day I told them that there is no sanitary gel at the gym, and also that the empty tray for napkins in my room was empty... for three days they did nothing about! The pool is nicely located on the terrace, but it is shallow (maybe 110 cm), difficult to swim. Breakfast ok, but no more.

A lot of promise but I can't recommend the hotel. The room was more of an apartment. On walking in I was impressed by its size Microwave, stove, kitchen sink etc. the bathrooms were clean on initial inspection. But when I went to shower I saw that someone had left open and used bottles of shampoo and body soap (the ones provided by the hotel) in the soap tray. The towel in the shower also felt damp and it was not white but discolored - like someone has used it and hung it to dry. Thankfully the small towel was nice and dry - but not clean white. They had an apple, a pear, and a plum on a plate on the coffee table covered nicely with seran wrap. I washed the plum in the sink and saw brown water in the sink. Grosssssss! Certainly the fruit was not that dirty. Was it from the previous occupant? Turns out it was from the faucet. I had to let the water run a bit for clean water to come through. It was the same with the bathroom sink and probably the shower. And that might explain the brownish towels that were supposed to be white. My taxi guy told me that Casablanca has a water scarcity problem. The plum was good. The room could use some TLC. The wallpaper was peeling in a couple of places. The couch was comfortable as was the mattress. But the bed was made badly - i.e. they used a full size sheet on a queen mattress. I hate that! So naturally when I untucked the blankets the sheet popped off the end of the mattress. And I could not get it back on. Obviously the wrong size sheet. So why did that room service person insist on using the wrong size sheet? They must have struggled too. I slept diagonally to avoid the exposed part of the mattress. The A/C - no idea if it was working. There was a mosquito that got me several times Did not get their restaurant, fitness center, or pool. Stayed here one night in the Superior room. I'm not the complaining type so I didn't complain. I dealt with it. I was tired so sleep caught up with me eventually. When I checked in around 11pm there was a tray of dirty teacups outside the elevator by my room door. The tray was there when I left the hotel the next morning around 8:30am. Housekeeping and room service were not doing a good job. Lots of room for improvement. Therefore can't recommend.

Please don’t go there. We booked to be close to the airport but it was a terrible experience Check in took about 40 minutes We were 6 people so had 2 rooms The rooms and hotel had no air conditioning The person at the lobby kept telling us the air conditioning was being repaired and was going to start in 10 min Needless to say it ever started. I read other reviews that had similar problems. I think they just don’t have air conditioning and really don’t have any It was 35 degrees outside. We barely slept. We preordered a Taxi to go to the airport for 6 am for our flight that was at 9am. Taxi was not there. They had to call another one and came 20 min later The taxi charge is ridiculous much cheaper to find your own taxi We asked for extra towels as there were only 2 total in both rooms. And we were 6 people Our window covering were Moldy That was our honest experience We asked for a refund and no one even considered

Worst hotel ive stayed at so far. We just checked in to two superior rooms and found out that AC isn’t working. Called the front desk and they acknowledged saying that AC is not working in all rooms. To put a cherry on top, they dont even have fans for the rooms. They could have informed us at the time of check in but they didn’t and rooms are paid in full. Secondly, the washroom door doesn’t open completely and gets blocked by the toilet seat, you have to squeeze yourself in through a small gap. Also a known issue for the hotel staff. Highly disappointed.
