I stayed in a superior room, but the air conditioning didn’t work and the room was unbearably hot. I called reception the first night, and they said someone would come fix it. I waited over 2 hours, but no one showed up.
The next morning, I informed the reception again, and they promised it would be fixed. When I returned that evening, nothing had been done. I called again, and only then did they admit no technician ever comes at night—so clearly, I was lied to the night before.
I asked to change rooms, even to a lower category, but was told no. The receptionist said she would check with her supervisor and call me back—I waited 1.5 hours and got no response. I called 10 times, but no one picked up. Eventually, someone else answered and told me nothing could be done.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Unresponsive staff, poor communication, and absolutely no accountability. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
