Worst Tomahawk Steak Ever
The restaurant is selling what they call a tomahawk, but it's not a real tomahawk cut. It's actually a regular rib end. As a result, half of the entire steak was just fat. The bone was short and strangely cut. When I asked about it, they claimed they cut it that way to give more meat, but the reality is that the bone was cut at an angle because it wasn't a true tomahawk cut. A proper tomahawk steak should obviously have the rib bone cut straight. I complained to the manager, but they insisted this was their standard, which leads me to believe all their other "tomahawks" are the same. It was an extremely disappointing meal.
On top of the poor meat quality, the cooking was also a huge letdown. The outside was burned and tough, while the inside was completely raw.
