Had a bad expirience with staff. They were rude and disrespectful. They were trying to charge me for a water steel pipe from under the sink they said that we broke it. Even thought their employee told the supervisor Joaquin that it broke cause of rust and it was very old. I did my reservation thru booking.com and the price on the app was the reason i made the reservation in the first place and then they were charging me different price from the app. Even thought i asked them if if was alright if i made another reservation so my family could spend Chrismas with me they said i vould so i made, and then Henry the receptionist change the date cause he said that i made it by mistake but he never took the time to call and ask. The cleaning lady whenever she went to clean the room she would just sweep everything underneat the bed she would never clean the toilet or shower. They wouldnt give any toilet paper unless you went to ask for it. The only thing that i enjoyed from my stay was the pool but they also never had any clean towels for the pool. My kid hot in the pool and whenever he went to get a towel to dry up they didnt had any available do he went to the room to get a towel and they got mad because of that, saying that he is supposed to be paying attention and not getting in the pool if they dont have pool towels available. To me thats something their staff should be paying more attention to.

First of all the staff was very rude, at first we had rented 2 rooms but we wanted had a good time on Chrismas day so we actually booked 2 more rooms, but they cancrled them saying that they thought that i had booked them by mistake.. our room was missing the mini fridge i requested with henry and they told that they were going to bring me 1 that never happened. Whenever the cleaning lady would go to clean our room they would just sweep everything underneat the beds, they never cleaned pur toilet or shower. We had no soap or shampoo on the bottles. There was no mini bar. I left my airpods on the table and when i came back they were missing. The only good thing that they had i thought it was the pool, but at the same time they never had any towels available to use. So once my kid got in the pool and when he went to get a towel they didnt had any available he wentto the room to get one and they got mad cause he went inside without a blue towel, i explained to them that they didnt had any available so he went to get one white one from the room, they said we were werent supposed to used them towels for the pool. They had some rusty metal water pipes under the sink that broke because of age and all the rust they had thats what the hotel worker said and they were trying to make pay for all that as well. The price i had to pay was different from the price that i agreed on when i made the reservation they told me cause they canceled the reservation by mistake and they had to re do it at the location.

I can't believe this hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, it is old and tired and needs to be refreshed. In our room one of the chairs was broken, the faucet in the vanity was leaking, the bidet was not working and the door that led to the bathroom was so noisy that would wake up anyone if used at night. The TV was super old and difficult to use. The staff is very friendly (only plus). Downstairs there is a lot of space but no used wisely. We paid $15 for a very basic breakfast and they charged us $ 4 for each Bottle of water! Very overrated!!!!

Very convenient location to the port, museums, central marketing. Attentive and helpful bilingüal staff, and free parking. Great value for the price-the welcome glass of wine was a nice surprise!

What looked to be a very good hotel at first due to location. This hotel is right in the old town area. Unfortunately a lot of the bars and restaurants close around 4pm. After finding somewhere near by to eat, we then went back to sleep for the night. Well at around 1am I was awoken by having an allergic reaction to the amount of bed bug bites that I had received all over my top half of my body. The receptionist was very helpful in getting a police vehicle to transport me to a local hospital (which was a waste of time, struggling to breath and wasn’t seen in over an hour) When we returned to the hotel at gone 3am there was no chance of sleeping due to the noise from across the street. The following morning we were told that the room would be fumigated whilst we were out. We then came back to the room that afternoon for a lay down and noticed the sheets hadn’t even been changed. I then got bitten again and we finally got moved to another room.

Hands down the worst hotel I've stayed at in years. Even if the room was a one-off anomaly, the staff was mostly awful and the property was not good. The list of things that were broken, damaged, and dirty about the room is too long to list. The room was not at all like what was described in the booking site. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk staff (Miguel?) he was staunchly committed to telling me that I was wrong, even after being showed the site description. He also told me that there were no other rooms available. This was clearly a lie as I saw the housekeepers duty roster and only 8 of the 21 rooms were occupied. The hotel is attached to a parking garage and the staff there were exceptionally loud at all hours. The pool and solarium were mothballed. There were no chairs, tables, lights. The breakfast staff were the highlight and were very nice and polite. The neighborhood is great from 9am - 4pm and then 90% of the businesses and restaurants close and the area becomes a sketchy ghost town. Definitely skip this place and just visit the area during the day.

The room was awful and, at least some of the staff were awful. There was no mini fridge in the room, no coffee maker, kettle, cups/glasses, nothing. When I went to the front desk the guy (Miguel I think) at first pretended to be confused. I showed where on their web site it said "gourmet minifridge" he told me no that was not for standard rooms. I showed him that it said standard room. He then said that was for a queen standard and I had a twin. I showed him it said queen and twin. He said "Hmm nothing I can do." He seemed really committed to being right. The hotel has 21 rooms and most were vacant (I saw the house keepers list). Several other rooms had the doors open so I looked inside of 2 of them (higher end than my standard room) and neither had Gourmet minibars, although 1 of 2 had a minifridge and both did not look so in disrepair as mine. The experience went downhill from there. TV had only one channel, lots of broken and damaged fixtures, swing feature of A/C inoperable, both dimmer switches for lights over the bed were non functional, The Place is also next to a parking garage and the staff was incredibly loud. The solarium pool area was barren, not a chair or table in sight, no lights in the evening. The room was awful, the list of problems lengthy. I've attached some pics below. I guess you could claim that it is a one-off room, but if that's the case, why keep selling it? The morning staff and the breakfast was decent, but I'd avoid this place at all costs.

Room dark and dirty, had to change as missing light and broken chair. Dangerous pool area with broken decking over large drop. No smoke detector, blood or poo mark on back of bathroom door. Litter around entrance and in surrounding streets. Had to wait 30 mins for breakfast service, then not given complete order. Definitely nowhere near a 4 star hotel, advise do not use
