Very nice, spotless clean. Good location and great staff. We were on the back but we were informed before arrival that we had no balcony or view, so it was not a problem. On the beach at the furthest most point south. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little hotel, with very modern decoration. And in a great location for access to everything. Only downside was that you aren't allowed a guest up to your room, which was a problem when we met a friend and wanted to get changed before dinner. They had to wait outside.

😊: The room was great, the Reception staff were so helpful and we had a fab time. 😢: No swimming pool but hotel not big enough, but still fab!! Also we saw that you could have been dropped off outside hotel and not have a 10 minute walk with all of your luggage. We saw transport bigger than ours passing.

Great sea front hotel, clean and modern with friendly staff.|We had a 3rd floor sea view apartment and it had a great view. The room was large with everything you need and it was very clean and tidy. The balcony was nice and the room was lovely and cool with aircon and soundproof rooms.|You can use their beach towels and parasols which is also great for a day on the beach.|Would recommend.

Perfect location right on sea front edge of old town, tapas alley a minutes walk away.|Sea view room had an amazing view. Apartment really clean, change of towels daily if you want them, bed was changed half way through the week. Fully equipped kitchenette fridge freezer, the only thing missing is a pot drainer for dishes but improvised with wire rack from microwave.|Towels for beach provided and a beach umbrella which was really useful ||The ONLY negative is that building work going on for rest of year at Bilbao hotel 2 buildings away is quite noisy at moment Monday-Saturday they start around 8:30am but bedrooms are further back into the room so not too bad with noise. Plus if you’re out on beach during day it won’t really affect your holiday. ||Richard and staff really nice friendly and helpful. There a security guard on the reception desk during the night. Felt very safe ||Our room on 4th floor perfect view

Great experience, Polite friendly staff upon our arrival, Apartment very clean ,soundproof doors on balcony ( not that you need them sounds of the ocean) Beach view Amazing restaurants right underneath.Highly recommend planning a return trip next year wouldn't hesitate to book here again (infact we're planning too)

This is my 5th time staying at the DC. The reception staff are always welcoming and are keen to help out if you have any issues. I like the security of knowing that there is someone on at reception 24/7. The sea view rooms are located right on levante beach with great views. They are spacious with an ample kitchen and all the cutlery/pans that you would need for cooking. The bedrooms have comfy beds. All the livingrooms have sofa beds within them. We have also stayed in the city view rooms which are mostly the same without a balcony but equally as good. There is very little noise which is surprising given the busy area. I love this particular spot in the old town as the backdrop is just beautiful. I wouldn't stay in any other apartments when we come to Benidorm. They feel like a home away from home which can be hard to find.
