Google
I was familiar with Don Quixote from a recent stay in Tokyo so I was looking forward to checking out a Singapore location while there for work. It didn't disappoint! It has all the normal goods on the upper level but the grocery store on the lower level was fantastic! The "deli" section had all kinds of bentos and sushi! I spent an hour just deciding what to take to the hotel to eat! If I return I will definitely be visiting this store every night for take home dinner!

Google
This Don Don is a massive two floors, and it combines all the breadth and wildness of selection that you love from Don Don with all the organization and efficiency of Singapore. I always go hear as my last spot because I can find great treats and souvenirs to fill up every available inch in my luggage before going home. I’d especially recommend the Japanese beauty section of this one, some real gems!!!

The best donki is singapore. More fresh food & more alcohol. 24 hrs with ample parking. Like a maze thou.

The biggest Don Don Donki in Singapore for sure…yes bigger than the Westgate and Harbourfront branches. Someone said that this is the Disneyland of DDK and I agree. Fans of DDK and shoppers who need a break from the hot and muggy orchard road & endless malls should check it out. I’ve been to many DDK here and in Japan including the flagships at Shibuya and Asakusa and this one is just as big as the biggest there. It has many variety of items not found in the smaller branches in Singapore. I could literally spend hours just browsing the items! Basement 2? Or lower level is food stuff, cooked food, alcohol or drinks bar and snacks. Basement 1 or upper level is cosmetics, toiletries, anime/manga merchandise, gracha. The video captures only a small part of the lower level. The bentos, sushi and sashimi at the food counters looked absolutely delicious. You can also buy uncooked Japanese rice and have them prepare and polish to your specifications. The standouts are the bento corner, beer and drinks counter, seats for customers and the anime merchandise (upper level). I was really tempted to buy a bento, some ice cold drinks or beer, sit down at the counter and rest my legs…away from the hustle bustle above ground. The anime merchandise, while not comparable to meccas in Akihabara, are not found in the smaller DDKs. This is a good place to chill with Japanese food and drinks after you’ve walked endlessly in the malls around it. Open for 24 hours I believe. It was relatively quiet when I was there I suspect because not many people are aware of it. They should really publicise it a bit more maybe get some vlogger to explore it. Its location is quite secluded as it’s hidden along one of the many underground streets in the area. Reachable from Somerset MRT station - just keep heading towards Orchard gateway and Centrepoint. It’s just two escalators from the basement food hall of Centrepoint. A real gem of a place in the heart of Orchard!

Google
A nice place to shop for food, desert, chocolate and other items as well. The best part is it's open 24 hours. But bear in mind that the cooked food is not 24 hours though.

Google
Convenient and opens 24hrs. Cooked food is available from about 10am onwards in B2. They have over 100+ Bandai Gashapon machines on B1. Don't need to fly to Japan to get your latest Bandai fix!!

Google
this branch has got 2 levels. greatly resembles the don quijotes of japan perfectly. altho the big space can make one lost as there are various entrances/exits. they also serve great-tasting matcha / hojicha at only $3.20 which is a steal in this economy. it’s worth a try!

Google
Amazing experience at Don Don Donki. We were a group of 6 and had dinner and drinks! Experience is really fun if you want to have a few drinks while eating from their to go section. Prices are fair and quality is really good. Try to go before 8 as the to go aisle gets quite empty after that so your options are limited. Would definitely recommend as a place to go either for Japanese groceries or as a quick and good meal and drinks at a fair price.

Yelp
I found out about Don Don Donki on Instagram and saw they were selling wagyu beef skewers. Upon doing some more research, I found out that it's under the same Japanese brand as Don Quijote so I definitely had to make it a stop. First order of business was definitely the skewers. Hubby and I ordered a pair of wagyu ($8.90 SGD) and a pair of premium wagyu ($15.80 SGD). We actually preferred the regular wagyu. It was very tender and flavorful. The premium was flavorful too but it seemed more like bits and shavings of wagyu bunched together, whereas the regular was a chunk. So long story short - premium was not as good and was double the price. Next, we wanted to buy some snacks to bring home for ourselves and as souvenirs but everything was so expensive and over priced. It was probably double the price of what it is at the DQ in Japan. Even the DQ in Honolulu was cheaper than the Singapore one. I would think the prices would be more reasonable since it's closer to Japan. We didn't end up buying snacks but we did buy the expensive Japanese grapes to try, which were pretty good but not worth $19 SGD for a bunch. The only thing I would say is really worth checking out is their cooked foods and sushi, which looked really good and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we didn't try it because we had upcoming dinner ressos but I saw a lot of people buying it, so it must be fresh. Bottom line - if you're looking for the same or even similar experience as a Japan DQ, you won't find it here. But it's still worth checking out only if you're in the area. I wouldn't go out of the way for it.

Yelp
This doesn't compare to the Donki stores in Japan but it was still very fun to browse through their inventory. Curiously enough this one actually had a decent amount of hot food and produce (which I didn't really see in the other Donki stores in Japan). I did however waste $10.90 SGD for like 6 strawberries. I was wondering what the hype was for this imported Japanese strawberry. I mean they were good but they weren't super to die for, so I don't know what's up with that. If you're a tourist and spend over $100 SGD you can get it tax free, have to do some stuff at the airport though.

Yelp
The music! It kept going "don don donki" non-stop. It made my head spin and nauseated. It didn't help the place was kinda packed to the rafters with barely any room for two persons to walk along the aisle (too narrow to even be called an aisle). There were tons of stuff to browse and reminded me of the messiest Daiso. I didn't stay long in it, just enough to walk around the B1 level. I escaped to Tokyu Hands and could still hear the faint refrain of "don don donki". I pity the shop staff. So I went to B2 and discovered It was there too! The same music playing relentlessly. I didn't bother checking it out and just saw the fresh fruits and vegetables at the entrance. I just wish they will tone down the music or stop playing it. I don't know which is worse - don don donki or CNY music.

Yelp
fell in love with them the very first time i stumbled upon them in osaka! they go by a different name in japan(most likely a trademark thing) but unmistakably the same, be it the mascot or their offerings. the jingle(think ala barbie girl in terms of catchiness) that some will just hate and the whiff of freshly baked sweet potatoes(that singaporeans will queue to get their hands on) fill your senses long before you get hit with the sight of all things japanese! "when I'm free, I take myself to don don donki all my dreams come true, they do, whenever I go there." i believe in the mantra that you get what you pay for and the quality you get here justifies the premium that you might have to pay. and of course with this outlet being opened 24/7, i will pay the premium to come browse at weird but uncrowded times just to capitalize on some bargains that do occur at those specific timings(you have to be a regular to know when those are) of the day! "if you go there at midnight, you can find a lot of fun let's head on down there tonight for a good time" yes, yelp just informed me that i have hit yelposphere purely by the length of my review thus far!;) but lets keep going....... "i can go there on a treasure hunt to find whatever i want whatever i want, anything i need, i can find it for sure." yes, i have bought a deep frying pan here too! meat and seafood items can be at discounts of up to 50% off and that's when you need to just load up! i'll normally bring my own cooler bags and they will supply mini ice packs to help keep your purchase chilled for the journey home. whenever you spend a $100(like i did), you get a token that gives you a chance to net a mascot soft toy in their dedicated catcher machine. managed to pick one up but it fell just before the dispensing drop box!:( "don, don, don, donki, don, don donki..... i'm in paradise, it's a wonderful place for me......" as you can tell, i actually do like the jingle!:) they even have a bar where you can drink, drunk, donki..... where happy hour is at opening till 7.30pm. the jim beam highball dice game is also a sure win imo, so see you at the bar counter! "where're you going now? (to don don donki) i knew it!"

Yelp
I'm a fan! I am a fan of the brand, I am a fan of all things Japanese, I am a fan of the expansive variety of items, I am even a fan of their stupid jingle that remains in my brain for about three hours after I depart the store (great marketing Don Don Donki marketing team!). The three particular highlights for me and my husband are as follows: 1) THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY: On that note, my husband and I miss the crowds (tourists and locals alike) that can always be choking and closterphobic. By going first thing in the AM (like somewhere around 9AM), it is really a treat to browse and explore unencumbered by the masses. At this hour, you have the aisles to yourself. You have the fist pick of the salmon coming out of the seafood shop. You have the first hot items coming out of the kitchen selling noodles, rice and fried meats. You do not have to squeeze through aisles that are tiny or miss them all together because they are jammed with people. 24/7....LOVE IT!...AND I CAN LOVE IT ANY TIME OF DAY! 2) SKINCARE: Don Don Donki stocks all those entry level and inexpensive Japanese brands that are worth the money and time to find them. Don Don Donki is like a Japanese drugstore when it comes to skincare. For example, Suisai brand, the small individual tiny tubs of their cleansing powder can be found here along with all Suisai products. 3) SAKE: My husband and I are sake drinkers and always bring a bottle with us to a sushi bar or Japanese restaurant. We have found that not only does Don Don Donki stock our preferred Dassai brand of sake, but stocks quite a good selection of sakes in general compared to what we can find at Meidi-Ya or other Japanese places. So for us, Don Don Donki gets our sake business. My only complaint, which clearly I do not care about because I still give Don Don Donki the coveted 5 star on Yelp, is that we have never been able to get their mobile app and thus rewards program properly downloaded to our phones. We have tried a dozen ways and a dozen times, but their is an IT glitch we cannot overcome when it comes to their rewards card. But with that being said, I love Don Don Donki and happily show patronage to this location frequently.

Yelp
Came here to chill and to check out Japanese items. I was surprised to see many type of daily life items used by Japanese. I was very impressed and it was an eye opening life event. Overall, there will be multiple type of items that you can purchase in this place...

Yelp
Big Bargain Japanese Outlet. Stuffs sold here are cheaper than some stalls selling Japanese stuffs out there. The Japanese outlet is situated in Orchard Central and has two levels, B1 and B2. B2 sells wet food stuffs like live Hotate, sushi, Hokkaido milk stuffs, etc. There are also good collection of Wagyu beef, shabu shabu items for you to choose from! All at a good price too! Apart from the music singing "Don Don Donki" above your head and continuously blasting, the outlet is a must visit! Don Don Donki!!!

Yelp
Came here at night and was greeted by the lovely aroma of hot sweet potatoes! Just like in Japan. Found out about this location in Sg after watching clicknetwork's video on it. Stuff here is avg price (Daiso is definitely cheaper) but the place is huge so a lot more to see and buy! Love how it's opened 24 hours. The only downside is that annoying Don Don Donki song they play on repeat!
