It may not offer luxury lounges or high-end shopping like Suvarnabhumi, but for budget-conscious travelers, it’s a reliable and convenient choice with a proud legacy.

Don Mueang Airport is surprisingly well-equipped! There are plenty of charging stations, vending machines, drinking water fountains, and clean restrooms throughout the terminals. From souvenirs to snacks, high-end brand food to traditional Thai street eats—you’ll find almost everything here. It’s honestly one of the most complete airports I’ve been to in terms of amenities. The only downside? Transportation. It’s still mainly reliant on traditional GrabCar or taxis—public transport options aren’t very convenient yet. But if you’re already here, everything else is impressively smooth and comprehensive.

A little bit aged but efficient to get through. I love how fast Air Asia is able to process transfers through this airport Highly recommended to use this airport for transfers. Retail zone is paved with carpet which although some might say is high maintenance does help to keep airport quiet and within comfort zone even when busy. Absolutely charming and enjoyable experience of transferring here especially comparing to my 3.5h of standing in various queues when recently transferring via Saigon (avoid avoid avoid HcM airport. It's just horrible) On the downside I see it's a little bit overpriced with small local beer being priced 6$ McDonald fries starting from 3.5$

Though it’s not very large, everything is conveniently within walking distance, making the process easy and hassle-free. There are plenty of shopping options, including duty-free stores, and a good selection of restaurants to enjoy. The staff are courteous and helpful, contributing to a smooth travel experience. The location is excellent and easily accessible. One of the highlights was the beautiful aerial view of Bangkok during the flight – truly stunning. Overall, a well-maintained and efficient airport that offers a pleasant travel experience.

Wow, I've been here like 20 times and I always forget to review. Anyway, for a city airport, this is very convenient. It's located in the city area and the facilities are simple and easy. Nothing fancy, la d, passport, take bags and your off to the city. Super easy.

One of the best International Airport at Bangkok, Thailand. Well maintained, cleanliness and hygiene are maintained greatly. Immigration great. Staff are well mannered and behave well. Its a very big rather huge Airport in the city. Eneumerous shops for food and shopping. Highly recommended.
