An amazing stay and minutes away from The Old Town. The room was very clean and we were given clean towels on our second day despite not asking for them. Water and beverages were replenished every day as well. |Breakfast was outstanding and a far ranging choice. |The Hotel recommended a particular restaurant in the Old Town called Scarlotta with a 15% discount. Honestly the menu was so good and delicious that we highly recommend it.|Most of all, the staff were outstanding particularly Josie S2 (Margaret older) and Michael who facilitated us enormously.... thank you!

Clean and comfortable room, and personal care products were great. Amazing breakfast and great location, I found it quiet even though it is in the center of the city. We appreciate they let us store our bags for the afternoon after checkout. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great central location. The room was everything that we needed for a small family and weekend visit. Room is a bit tired in places and could do with a renovation in places. Breakfast is great and parking is a good bonus except you have to pay extras for this. Staff were great.

Nice central location with big spacious rooms. Breakfast was ok but nothing brilliant or special. Check in was easy and it was easy to park the car. Only downside was that the males on reception were rude and don't want to communicate or help.

On arrival I had to wait 15 minutes to check in as there was only one receptionist working. I had a single room which reminded me of a hostel/University halls - scruffy wooden floor, tv high up on the wall, old clumpy desk, mismatched chair and wardrobe. The bed was pushed up against the desk with no bedside light and only one pillow. The nearest plug socket was at the foot of the bed. Not great. ||There was a really strange buzzing/vibration all night which got very loud and noisy – I couldn’t work out if it was from the Aircon/heating or a ventilation pipe somewhere but I didn’t sleep well. ||However, hotel is in a good location and next door to the Hampton Hilton. Very close to walk to old town and the square where the Christmas market is. Good value for money at <£40 per night.

Very close to the centre, so great location. Delicious breakfast with lots of varieties ( sweet, vegetarian) and very helpful staff. Definately will recommend that place and come back in the future. Ameties like shop, pharmacy just round a corner.

Rooms are old-fashioned not in a good way. Breakfast was very very poor (meat, chees and eggs). NO COFFEE MACHINE.
