Clean , location, helpful smiling staff,good breakfast , large room. The superior room on the 5th floor was exactly what we needed for a long stay. The reception supported our requests, including city activities, shopping.etc|Definitely a good value/ money rate

Had a lovely stay , for a long weekend . The room was nice and big , we had a small balcony aswell . The bathroom had everything you needed. The noise at night , trams and cars , was bearable , didn't bother us at all . The TV in the room was all in polish , maybe have a few English channels , just for background noise . The breakfast was beautiful aswell and the staff were very friendly . |The location was 10 out of 10 , so near everything. |Would definitely stay again|We had lovely weather during our stay , maybe have proper air con for the warmer days

4 night city break booked through Ryanair.|Arrived early at 10.45 & Michael on reception gave us the good news the room was ready. |We had asked for a high floor & got a room with a balcony. |Room was ok but fridge not working. Gave us another & that didn’t work either. Reported again & then the original fridge did burst into a bit of life. We were told the fridge was just to keep things fresh. Finding hotels are coming out with this. In my view a fridge should cool things down & keep them cool.|Anyway we found out breakfast on weekend starts at 8am. We needed to leave at 7.30 to get flight back. Booked a take out bag we could eat in the room before leaving . Checked the morning before that the bag was booked & told yes it was for 7am. Great.|7am bags not ready … they had forgot. Brought out 1 bag. I said ordered 2. Had to wait again. The sandwich in the bag looked terrible. Decided to leave it as no time to eat & other contents not great either. Reception lady said sorry but didn’t seem bothered.|We paid for but missed a breakfast. |The breakfast itself previously had been nice with lots of different meat cheeses & salads as well as hot stuff & nice bread.|Shame couldn’t make a simple sandwich out of these.|Left a bit of a bitter taste & was avoidable.

Central hotel 100m from old town. |Superior room was spacious, clean, and a comfy bed.|Complimentary daiky tea/coffee and water.|Mini fridge (empty).|Large bathroom, lovely white towels but a bit small. |Take care in the bath it can be slippery if standing having a shower, no mat and quite high to climb into.|Heating can be controlled on the wall.|Breakfast was a typical Polish food, fish, cheese, pasta, pate, salad, rolls, bread, fruit, yogurt and hot items, scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes ( no bacon or fried eggs).|Must mention Gosha ( the older receptionist) very friendly and helpful, we had problems with the safe, reception staff was very apologetic and sorted the problem.|

Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Location perfect. Good breakfast Parking payment. Gym can be improved.

An amazing stay and minutes away from The Old Town. The room was very clean and we were given clean towels on our second day despite not asking for them. Water and beverages were replenished every day as well. |Breakfast was outstanding and a far ranging choice. |The Hotel recommended a particular restaurant in the Old Town called Scarlotta with a 15% discount. Honestly the menu was so good and delicious that we highly recommend it.|Most of all, the staff were outstanding particularly Josie S2 (Margaret older) and Michael who facilitated us enormously.... thank you!

Nice central location with big spacious rooms. Breakfast was ok but nothing brilliant or special. Check in was easy and it was easy to park the car. Only downside was that the males on reception were rude and don't want to communicate or help.

Great central location. The room was everything that we needed for a small family and weekend visit. Room is a bit tired in places and could do with a renovation in places. Breakfast is great and parking is a good bonus except you have to pay extras for this. Staff were great.
