Great to be back here! Had a quarter chicken with French fries and a salad. A glass of chicha morada to accompany my dish. What a delicious combination! You have to try our roasted chicken. It's like no other. The name in Spanish is "pollo a la brasa." You will find in tons of restaurants in Perú. The one at Don Tito has its French fries somewhat crunchy, which makes them more delicious. The sauces that come with it are a lite homemade mayonnaise and a spicy chile sauce. Dip your French fries in these sauces and make your food much more enjoyable. You can pair your pollo a la brasa with a pisco sour. It's a refreshing alcoholic beverage that can only be found in Perú. Nowadays it comes in more flavorful versions, like the chicha morada sour, lúcuma sour, and the traditional one with lime juice. Yum, yum, yum!
