Really lovely seaside place. It was built in 1968 so the bathrooms, for example, are not equipped with the modern, large shower stall one associates with 4 and 5 star hotels. But it has an overall charm to it and the bed was large and comfortable. The only other thing was that the scrambled eggs were lukewarm and the coffee, served in individual pitchers, was truly awful (a shock considering how good Portuguese coffee is!) They need to invest in a large coffee machine. Again, one that aligns with the rating of 5 stars.
