The chef was making the pizza in a real fire oven, with such aplomb! He served the pizza personally explaining the pizza, which was perfect by the way. The texture of the base was slight chewy yet thin. Excellent pizza!

I have already posted this review on Catchtable but EVERYONE should now how good this place is, so I am posting it here as well 🤭 I have been 3 times to Italy, and thought that I have already eaten very good Italian pizza! But I was sooo wrong! The pizza here was the best pizza l ever had! The chef welcomes you, takes your order while giving you information about pizza and the pizza you choose, he prepares the pizza, and finally explains how to enjoy it and the art behind it. Pizza is a craft for him and you can feel the passion he has for it and the hard work he puts into it! A dedicated chef and craftsman! 100/10!!! If I ever go back to Jeju, I am going to enjoy his art again! Thank you for this amazing experience!

My wife and I found this restaurant by chance actually while strolling around Geumneung beach area. We were greeted by the chef and he carefully explained to us that he could customize any of the dishes based on our dietary or religious preference. We ended up getting the quatro fromaggi pizza with the fresh mozarella salad as a side dish (in which the chef replaced wine vinegar with normal salad dressing, since we are both Muslims). The chef also took time to describe the different types of cheese used in the pizza and overall the dishes were delicious. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jeju Island, especially if you have a special dietary preference. The chef and crew were very warm and quite accommodating.

Very epic pizza place on Jeju! Extremely friendly Owner of the restaurant, explained everything in detail. Take also a Caesar salad to the pizza here, it was the best we ever had!

The pizzas at Donotos were absolutely amazing. Great vegetarian options! The food here is made with so much love. Also, the chef is very knowledgable and passionate. We overall had an awesome experience and would totally recommend this place. Pls make sure to have a reservation before hand.

Amazing experience. Upon arriving, we were told that the place requires reservations. We were disappointed but the nice lady told us she will check with the owner and we were then let in. Was super happy about it. We were the only customers then. Had their Donato’s pizza and it can be seen that the pizza was prepared with so much love and dedication. The way the owner described the pizza and how we should experience it is one of it’s kind and I feel like I was in a private dining experience. Really thankful to have this experience in Jeju!🙇🏻‍♀️

Fast, efficient service, delicious food and the perfect portion sizes. There was space, but best to make a reservation before arrival. We had the Donatos pizza and chicken salad. Would highly recommend both.

Donato is a must go if you are in Jeje! Food: One of the best pizzas I have eaten! The ingredients used were fresh and of good quality. Owners put in so much effort to deliver such high standard pizza! Atmosphere: Love how the owners deco the place, full of vibe! Parking: Lots of parking lots available around the vicinity of the place, just avoid parking directly outside the restaurant as it may cause inconvenience to the residents nearby. Service: Friendly, sincere and kind owners! The couple ran the entire restaurant themselves, so that they can maintain the good quality of their food and services. If you want quick meal, go for MacDonald. If you want good quality and delicious meal, be patient! Thank you for the memorable experiences and food! ❤️
