Donde El Toro

Went here with some friend for some drinks and a bite to eat. Great place. Service is pretty good and the Angus burger was great! Cheap beers too!

I was skeptical because I had read some mixed reviews, but I asked a few people coming out, and they said it was excellent so I decided to give it a try. They were very accommodating and I found the menu to be reasonable and ample. I tried the San jacobos, which are a ham and cheese croquette, a ribeye with french fries and some garlic bread. Everything exceeded my expectations and was completely delicious. With tip and two beers my bill was $33, which is amazing for Panama. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! We had some excellent burgers, but some mediocre steaks, undercooked and full of fat, so we got hold of our lovely servitrice and complained, using rough translation. They gave us new ones without a hint of bad attitude, asked if they were alright before (we were shown the steaks in packaging) and after they had grilled it. We then bought lots of beer from tap, 2 for 1 apparently, and was even asked later what kind of music we enjoy, so they put that on. After we had payed, and tipped well for their over the top service, we got a surprise drink on the house. Can thoroughly recommend a visit here! This is a great location within walking distance of several hotels. The Robalo (bass) was fried, but the batter was sooooo light and flavorful that it was the best fried fish I have eaten. Bottled beer specials come four to a bucket. The food was fresh and light. We selected an outside table. This is a busy street. If you do not enjoy all that comes with that, I would recommend an inside table. They accept CC and Gringoes with a smile! I would definitely eat here again.

Excellent staff and attention. However the spaniard cuisine is not so good for the price they have. The facilities are comfy and cozy. I visit this place 3 times a month at least

My girlfriend and I went in for a few drinks ended up eating and we were definitely impressed, she speaks little Spanish and I don't at all but the waitress was very helpful and wee loved it

excellent. The food was wonderful. Service was excellent. And the cost was exceptionally reasonable. And even the music was fabulous. I hope we get the opportunity to return.

The staff were very nice. My chicken was nice but my husband didn't like his burger and only eat half of it which really wasn't a good sign!
