Chris and Mason were very hands-on throughout. I trust the quality of the repairs and feel confident working with them again in the future.

It was not easy, hit a couple of snags and unexpected issues, but worked through it and are very happy with the results. Not only was there the lift, there was the cause, plumbing issues, that the guys got fixed right so we do not have to worry about it again. Definitely glad we went with them.

I contacted done right repairs to Inquire about pier and beam foundation repairs. Chris informed me they no longer handle pier and beam but emailed me personally to let me know of the importance of getting an independent 3rd party engineer to consult with prior to getting a bid because of the number of foundation companies that are not licensed. Chris took the time to inform me and help me make good decisions even though he himself could not do the work. It was greatly appreciated!

I was approaching this foundation repair issue with great anxiety. I knew nothing about the process. I had several contractors come by and give me bids. But Done Right took the time to explain all the steps to me. They made me feel I could ask anything at all of them and they would explain it as many times as it took. They returned my calls promptly, their crew was very courteous to me. The yard was cleaned up, plumber they suggested for a drain pipe repair came out hours after I reached out to him. It was a little before Christmas when we did the inspection. Mason told me about a 10 % holiday discount, which I promptly forgot about. When he emailed the contract he had forgotten about it too. He immediately called me and told me to disregard the first contract as he wanted to give me the discount. How honest was that?? He had a signed contract in his hand without the discount and he send me a corrected amount. That spoke volumns to me about their company.

Done Right Foundation Repair was absolutely awesome! I scheduled numerous companies for quotes on my property. Of all the companies that came out, Mr. Felsing was the only one who spent time with me during the inspection to explain to me what he was doing and what he was looking for. I felt included in my own project from the very beginning and he was always patient with me to explain any questions I had. He could not have been nicer and his team always showed up on time and worked hard to make good progress every day. I can't recommend this company enough for your foundation repairs as they did excellent work!

Done Right was quick to get out and give me an estimate, they followed up to answer any questions I had, they started the work promptly, and they did a great job. I was particularly impressed with the clean-up. I had resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to completely redo the flower beds after they were done, but they put everything back together remarkably well. The whole job took two days, one day of excavating and another of leveling and clean-up. We got bids from two other highly-reviewed companies for this job, but we went with Done Right because they communicated so well, they seemed very competent, and they were competitively priced.

Mason and Chris came out and gave estimate. Performed work as per the estimate in a timely manner. Chris was helpful in explaining the processes to getting the job completed. Job site was kept clean and cleaned up when they were done.

I was having issues with my washer/dryer unit shaking in a house I had just purchased. Chris and Done Right Foundation Repair were recommended to help stop the shaking by adding additional foundation support. This is my first time owning a pier and beam house. Chris and team inspected the foundation and gave me some feedback on things not done well by previous owners. Chris was honest, upfront and trust worthy. His crew was professional and very friendly. I’ve noticed a difference in the foundation support and my washer/dryer no longer shakes/moves when in cycle! I will continue to use Chris and Done Right Foundation for all my future foundation needs and highly recommend them!

We requested an inspection when we noticed the walls of our home shifting after a spell of dry weather. Everyone we dealt with at Done Right was professional and honest -- when we received a follow-up call from them, they recommended that we didn't need any foundation work done at all, and recommended some preventative measures to avoid future problems!

We bought a home that ended up having some issues including foundation problems. We called several companies to come take a look. Done Right wasn't the cheapest, but they seemed to really know what they were doing and were responsive and professional. They were able to shore up the foundation on a poorly done addition to the home and time will ultimately tell but the cracks have largely closed up and the area seems a lot more stable/level. The crew was polite and professional - worked quickly and efficiently on what turned out to be a bigger job than I think any of us anticipated! Mason was our main point of contact and was just wonderful - answered all our questions and addresses any issues/concerns as soon as they came up. It's never fun when you have a major issue with your house like this but having a reliable team like Done Right in your corner certainly makes it better.

Do not due business with them!!!!! Their business "DONE RIGHT FOUNDATION" The owner called my husband the liar. When we were ready to sell the home the perspective buyer called the owner of thee Done Right Foundation The the owner of the Foundation Co.made negative comments we were not able to make a sale. Chris and his son are real professionals. I called them to diagnose issues caused by another foundation repair company, and they were incredibly helpful. This is a family run business, run by folks who are doing things the right way. Since working with Chris, I've spoken to a handful of other professionals in the field who all have nothing but great things to say about him and his company. Call Done Right first so you don't end up in my situation, calling them to fix someone else's shoddy work.

So this is the second review left for the work done on my home. I am not the owner just the tenant. My wife wrote a review and immediately my landlord was contacted by Chris the owner and my wife was threatened with a lawsuit if she did not remove the review "within 12 hours". Looks like Chris must've paid to have the review removed since that's the only way it can be removed from Yelp. The work was very sloppy and left looking like shit. My brick on my back patio was not laid back correctly and they lied to my landlord about the work done. They had to come back out due to not leveling my master bedroom. My landlord was told it was leveled a bit but needed more. I was told verbatim by the workers " I'll be honest with you. We didn't do anything to the back room. They didn't tell us too." They left my gate unable to close knowing I have small children and a dog. The pipes cracked in multiple places when they were done with the second round. Instead of telling me, the person who resides in the home and the person who was home the entire time trying to do schooling with my 3 children. They packed their shit up and left. I found out from my landlord the next day. Thought because I am a smoker myself that it was ok to come high to the jobsite. I heard one of the guys tell the other outside my bedroom window. "Don't worry he's cool. I came high as fuck last time but it was all good." Very sloppy work and very unprofessional company. They seemed to be in a hurry the first time they came. Stayed later than usual so they could go home for the weekend. Still unable to finish i was left with holes everywhere all weekend. The second round they were supposed to come on Thursday and Friday and just didn't show up on Thursday. Didnt have the time to call and let us know they wouldn't be coming either. Took my landlord calling them late afternoon to find out they weren't going to come. I guess thats what you get when you deal with a company who's office is in an old mall/college dorm. I'm almost positive Chris will deny this as well. I'm perfectly fine with providing my service location. House on Newport Avenue. I've never seen a foundation company leave this kind of mess. Trust me use any company but this one. Please don't call my landlord or I will file a lawsuit for harassment against your company. UPDATE: I love your response and lack of ability to accept responsibility. Not sure where you get any indication of anger issues from. The plumber from ABC told you that huh?? LOL. I challenge you to bring anyone you want in front of me. I will put anything in writing and sign it. And yes by all means yelp will take down review for a fee. Not my first rodeo bud. I had a child care issue come up just before the inspector was scheduled to look at my foundation, and wasn't able to make it to meet at the appointed time. The inspector showed up at my house, and I wasn't there. I felt terrible and explained the situation and apologized profusely. Nevertheless, Chris, the owner of the business refuses to reschedule the appointment. If the business can be that vindictive before they even start work, I'd be very concerned about hiring them for anything at all. UPDATE: After posting this review, Chris called me up and chewed me out for leaving a negative review and said that all the other yelp users are going to see right through my lies (?!). He also asked that I update my post to indicate that the inspector showed up but that I wasn't here (which I've now done), as though that would be sufficient justification for refusing to reschedule. LOL. Steer clear folks.

I had a great experience having my foundation repaired with Done Right. Everything was timely and smooth. My new landscaped had to be dug up but they put everything back together like it was new! Super competitive price and overall great experience!

Showed up for an estimate on time and was super helpful and explained everything. After a 30 minute inspection, he had an initial evaluation that the foundation was in good condition, but he'd send to their engineer for final evaluation. Their recommendation was... to do nothing. And any issues were most likely minor and corrected by better drainage. It's refreshing to have a business NOT try to sell you something you don't need. A+ If we ever do need foundation work, these will be the people I call.

I found Done Right right here on Yelp. I'd had foundation work done years ago and learned from experience how important it is to hire a reputable company. The day after I first contacted Chris, he'd already done a ton of research on the house, copying documents from the City to better understand what he was dealing with. I knew the work we needed was extensive. The price he quoted was fair. Done Right started promptly and the work crew was consistently polite and professional. The site was tidied up daily and fully cleaned at job completion. The entire job was fully documented with photos and the work was guaranteed. I trust and highly recommend this company. Best foundation repair in the business! Mason was prompt, polite, thorough and offered great help and knowledge! Done Right has done repair on both my home and my parents home and we would not recommend anyone else but them! Extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable.

We have had a great experience working with Chris, Rick and the rest of the team at Done Right. They were very knowledgeable about their work and took the time to explain to us what is going on. Even though there were some challenges with the weather they persisted and got the job done. Even after the job was finished, when we needed some extra help with things Chris was quick to respond and stood behind his work. We felt well taken care of before, during and after the repair. would definitely use again in the future. this maybe a duplicate review since my phone may have posted the review twice using a old login. But I guess 10 stars for Done Right is alright.

Chris and his team were extremely professional to work with. They have a high caliber team, and we highly recommend them. The work was done on time, it was explained thoroughly and patiently to us, and we felt a lot of confidence in the outcome. They managed everything (permits, engineers) and came in at the price they indicated.

Mason was a stand out with our experience with Done Right. My parents had some foundation work done a few years back but were dealing with a lot at the time (my father has Parkinson's) and they did not sign the paper work for the warranty to be in effect. When selling their home they noticed this mistake and Mason came up with some solutions to have the foundation adjusted and warranty reinstated. They were very easy to work with.

I have been putting off my carport sinking for some time now. With the spring rain and me being at home quarantined literally watching it sink daily, I called Chris. He is a very kind, knowledgeable, straightforward person. Refreshing to say the least. The men that came over were so kind, quick and masters of their craft. To whomever is reading this string of reviews, with the owner trying to discredit my reviews from 4 years ago by accusing me of writing numerous bad reviews of his contractor friends... please note that I have not lived or owned property in texas for a few years now. I have not done any business in Texas since I've been gone. As you can see from the reviews I have written, most of them are positive. I do not publicly call out a business unless the experience was so bad, it warrants a bad review. I have only written 3, 2 of which was for this business.... well now 3, since the owner isn't convinced this horse is dead yet

We had piers and leveling done on our house by Done Right Foundation Repair. We chose Done Right because of the companies that inspected our house, Done Right provided in its proposal a more comprehensive detail of the extensive work that needed to be done as we were fully aware that the job would also require replacement of beams. We met with Chris to further discuss in more detail how the work would be done, pier detail, scope and budget. The crew's work ethic is remarkable; they showed up when they said they would, and worked with great urgency and skill. Overall, Chris and his crew are knowledgeable and professional and the job was done in a timely manner.

We noticed some cracking on the exterior brick of our house and were worried it was a foundation issue. It's an older house and we know foundation problems are common in Central Texas. After Joe came out and took measurements, Chris called us the next day with the good news. No foundation problems! He could have tried to sell us services we didn't need, but he was up front and honest from the get go. The brick issues are just aesthetic and what we need is masonry work. We are so grateful for Chris's honest report.

I saw a perfect 20 five-star Done Right review on Yelp which made me suspicious (they were a "sponsored" result...) but my experience with them was absolutely consistent with a five-star business. The friendly lady who first took my call quickly set me up for my foundation evaluation appointment and the estimator/evaluator guy Joe wore a mask and just plain embodied the patient, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly guy you hope shows up at your house to see what's going on. The next morning Chris called me and spent a good thirty minutes explaining what Joe found and why they were not my best option for what I need done under my house. I generally dislike calling contractors of any color as my experience with them has been painful and frustrating with few exceptions. Done Right is one of these exceptions, they rock.

Done Right just finished working on my pier and beam house. I don't know long it's been since the last time it was leveled ( house was built in 1948). Chris's crew came in and did an amazing job getting my everything even and level. I would highly recommend them for any foundation repair you may need. Their lead Omar went out of his way to ensure we new what was going during the entire process.

I was during an option period to purchase a home and left a message for Chris. He was prompt in returning my call, and even though he was booked out for two weeks and knew he wouldn't get the job for an inspection, he was kind enough to take the time to talk things over on the phone, and to even look at an inspection report to give me his best opinion without having seen it in person. Done Rite Foundation repair has done a great job repairing my foundation. Now given that I have no experience whatsoever with foundation repairs, I think time will tell how the foundation is going to be in let's say 5 years from now, but I guess that goes for all foundations. You never know what the earth is holding in store next. That said, my experience with the owner Chris Felsing and crew was a very good one. Given my skepticism and slight paranoia towards anything that I need to outsource to a company due to bad experiences that stick with one much more than the good ones unfortunately, and therefore my slight hypervigilance about this whole process, I was pleasantly surprised that Chris and his crew made this as much of a pleasant experience as possible. The price seemed to be right compared to the large companies, his conditions seem to be right (like warranties etc.), so far, I have not found anything that would let me object to his service at all, although I have tried to find things. I am very happy about the work this company did. I had a big crack in my living room, extending all the way to the other side of the house. Chris came out the same day I called, told me what happened to my foundation and gave me a quote. The quote was reasonable. They also finished the job within one day as soon as weather allowed. Chris even drove a long distance to pick up the house key that was misplaced. This man is friendly, professional and responsive. I would trust this company to do any of my foundation work!

Chris (and his crew) at Done Rite foundation were fantastic! Everything was done in a timely and professional manner (took about 2.5 days to add new concrete piers and level a 1940's house that hadn't been repaired in years). Chris was always responsive to any communication, usually instantly or within minutes and answered all of my questions along the way. Highly recommend.

We called Chris at Done Rite after getting an alarmingly high quote from another company. He came out to the house, reviewed the other quote and took some measurements. He discovered that not only was the price higher then he could do the job for, he found out that the measurements the other company took were wrong in multiple places. He started the next day, and he and his team were professional and very courteous. They even came back the next week to fix a spot that had dried a little funny, no questions asked! I will be recommending Done Right to everyone that needs foundation work!

Great Company. I had them come out and look at my foundation and rather than take me, they said I didn't need a repair. Who does that? In any event, it made me trust Chris.

We had a good overall experience with Done Rite. It is a family owned business and both he and his team were available and attentive to our needs. We had him out on a weekend and he answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to process and understand what needed to happen. We shopped around other companies and went with Chris because he was honest with us. The work was completed very quickly and included an engineers report. When our plumbing broke from the foundation repair, Chris notified us right away, called multiple plumbers and even followed up with us on his vacation to make sure everything got taken care of. We would recommend this team. Only negative to this business is their communication style - I like online and they are all in person/ over the phone. Almost over communicated! But would recommend them!

I live in California and own rental property in Texas. I wanted a second opinion on a rental property foundation. After multiple bids/opinions, I decided on Done Rite. The owner, Chris, explained the recommendations/fixes clearly in writing. The work was backed with a life-time transferable warranty. They used an independent engineer that was on the job site. The engineer sent a report that supported the work for repairs being preformed. Chris was professional, always answered my calls when I had a concern or was just checking on the progress. Trying to oversee a job while living in another state was terrifying. Chris emailed a ton of pictures and always keep me in the loop. Done Rite was also very accommodating to my tenants. One BIG plus was Chris was true to his word, NO UP SALE. The engineer recommended a few things that were not in the contract and Chris performed them at no extra charge. After the job was finished and final payment sent, Chris called and said I would be getting a refund because the job went smoother than estimated and labor/material was less than expected. I had my property manager check the progress daily and do a final walk through. They were impressed. If you need a second opinion or foundation repair, I would trust Chris. Thank you Done Rite!
