i ordered a romper from this company and didn't realize i had ordered the wrong size. I immediately reached out to the shop via email and by phone.Vanessa at the store was super helpful. She answered all my questions and sent out another dress so i can receive in a timely fashion for an event that was only days away. I sent back the romper they had initially sent me and it was a fast and seamless process. The romper was a small but super cute and super classy. I highly recommend this company. They have quality products and efficient and wonderful service. Thank You Vanessa !

got the hottest stuff for my girl for Christmas the order was free priority delivered within a day in the US. happy wife happy life :) definitely recommend them if you’re looking to stay up with fashion. Their prices are very affordable! customer service out of this world. Their very prompt and alert on their replies. Definitely coming back to order more and spreading the word. Even though my girl said let’s keep it a secret about the brand so she’s the only one wearing it in her surrounding lol

The only reason I’m giving two stars it’s because the clothes are cute but definitely this location is one of the WORST retail stores I’ve ever been. The employees are rude no one ever helps you kind of figure it out on your own even if the clothes are hanging on places you can’t reach. There’s always boxes all over the place and many garments are dirty or defected. Not sure if sizes are just limited on store or I don’t know if employees don’t want to look for them. I’d recommend buying online or going to another location instead of this one.

I really wanted to love this place BUT every other item of clothing was DIRTY!! It either had deodorant stains, looked like it was worn and returned, some was low quality, and my friend who came in with me found blood! Yes blood on one of the skirts. We ended up leaving and not buying anything. The 2 stars was for customer service, they were really trying to be helpful.

Best shopping experience ever! Very friendly, accommodating and professional staff. Love the styles they have so trendy. Their always up to date with their New Weekly arrivals. Finally my wardrobe looks lit. Btw delivery was super fast Im from Cali. Im just addicted to this brand.

I actually LOVE the style of their clothes and the quality too. It's reasonably priced too. Whenever i'm in California, i'll definitely come and visit :-) Yea, and keep up the great customer service.

The customer service here sucks. The store clerks lie and make up stuff on the fly. They are very unprofessional and unresourceful. Never seen such an embarrassing business as this. They should be selling clothes instead of giving customers attitudes because of personal issues lol. Would give zero stars instead of one.

Swapmeet Quality Clothing, Horrible service!! The owner was so rude to me when I asked if I carry larger size. I bought two items for my niece who said they ripped at the seams when she tried washing them. I can see why they had close down their other location.

So I would give these dresses a 3.5 for style and fit but a 2 for execution. They fit nice but the sowing on them are a mess for dresses that can be as much as $150+. I brought a dress and from the side it's cute but from the front the sowing is amateur. They need to tell whoever their distributor is to tighten up. I have to ask my mother (who thankfully is a seamstress) to take apart the top half of the dress and adjust it. These are tiny details that can be fixed easily but look horrible when someone doesn't take the time to get them right. Overall I would purchase basic thing from them, but I wouldn't purchase a dress over $100.

I always pass by this place snd finally stopped by. They have an amazing selection of clothing from chill to formal to going out wear. I do have to say the prices are a little on the high end for the location. I have bought a few items hear because yiu will find things you don't see anywhere else.

I've bought items from here in the past and generally they were fine but today I went in to look at a dress I saw on their Instagram which looked beautiful in the picture. I was incredibly shocked to see every single color of the dress was ridiculously wrinkled. They didn't even have the two seconds to iron the clothing before hanging it out. Then I tried on the dress and every corner I looked of the dress there were strings sticking out. I wouldn't make a big deal if it was one string on one dress. But every color of the dress had strings sticking out and the seams looked like they were done by a child. I would love to see this dress with better quality and I would pay more for it too if it were to have decent quality. This was just embarrassing on the owners behalf because these dresses had worse quality than something off shein. Please do better than this.

I ordered two dresses and purse online for rush delivery. I placed the order on Monday and it arrived on Friday. I'm in NYC and they're in CA. That's not rush delivery but okay. When my order was delivered, the bag was ripped open. The $135 dress I ordered with rush delivery delivery was not in the bag. The $65 dress was not the same as the one advertised on their Insstagram or website. The $93 caged purse I ordered was severely damaged and can not be used. I'm not sure why this company would ship a hard item such as caged purse in a plastic bag instead of a box to protect it like a normal reputable company. I sent them an email and they have not replied. Please do not order from this company. $277.15 down the drain.

Design ok, but quality of the clothing is so cheap. If they will change fabric it's will look better.

I ordered a dress from this store when I received it the quality of the dress was so cheap and the sizing was not correct Xs was way too big. When I went there to do a return they said there is a NO REFUND policy however there is a " returns extended for 30 days" writing on their website and now I'm stuck with this cheap dress lol. PLEASE don't order online from this company.

Came back in such a short time because there was a super cute dress in the window. Their selection is so nice, that I also found another dress that I ended up loving, so I ended up buying both! This time, we were helped by another employee, Hasmik, and she was absolutely wonderful! She's so nice and has great customer service skills. Thank you Hasmik!

I like the clothes that they sell here, but I don't like the customer service. Have been there twice and both times left the store disappointed. If the associates were a little friendlier, I would have definitely given more starts. For me shopping is a fun relaxing experience, but you can't fully enjoy it if the personnel is not friendly.

Poor presentation! I received my item today and it's a pearl top. It was balled up in one sheet of tissue paper and placed in a plastic shipping bag with no padding. The tissue paper was so crumbly as if it was reused. Considering it has pearls it should have been boxed paper for protection. Not the best quality fabric for the price.

I always have to hound this company for my store credit. I'm going to have to Call them again tomorrow since they never email back, answer my fb message or anything. This will be the last time I try before I have to file a dispute with my bank. The first time I received a package from them it came in terrible presentation and one of the dresses was missing buttons. The 2nd time it came better presentation wise but their sizing is just so off. So had to send it back yet again. Now I'm waiting for the store credit so I can order something simple I can't go wrong with like t shirts. Idk. But it will be the last time I order from them. But their customer service is good over the phone.

Do not order anything online from this place. The first time I placed an order, I received the dress and it had STAINS everywhere on top of it being extremely wrinkled. Cheap material as well for the cost. I decided to give them a second chance and reordered the same dress and still! Stains everywhere. When I placed my 2nd order, I ordered another dress with it and paid for expedited shipping and it did not come!! The owner said "we can ship it out but it has to get altered and you would have to dry clean it." Um what!? I still haven't got my money back from these people. BEWARE!!!

ABSOLUTELY AVOID. I've purchased two products from their online store and sorely disappointed at the quality and fit. There is a NO REFUND policy therefore you are stuck with the clothes.

Very poor customer service. I found a dress I liked and could afford it because of a coupon code for 25% off. I tried to complete the order with the coupon code, but then apple pay skipped the whole coupon entry process. I immediately email their customer service, asking them to honor the coupon code. They refused. And, when I responded and asked to receive a refund for the code amount or to void the transaction, they were unwilling to cooperate. It is risky enough to deal with buying online (especially when the physical stores are not local). The dress might not fit right, the fabric might look different, the return shipping could be prohibitively expensive or the store might not take back the return. But, to have to deal with poor customer service on top of everything just makes each purchase a high-stakes gamble. Edit: it's been nearly 3 WEEKS since my return shipped and still NO REFUND on my account.

Just came from shopping here and realized that it's about time I post a review for this place! I've been coming here for a year now which is enough time to say with credibility that this clothing store is a very good one to shop at. Probably my favorite boutique. I've gone here for casual looks, dressy-casual, and party looks! This store offers so many unique, trendy and girly pieces. The QUALITY of most of their garments are surprisingly very good! I would say that I've had minor problems with stitching or embellishments coming off but nothing worth getting upset over. As soon as you feel the textures you can see how thick and soft they are! Very impressed. The PRICE POINTS are about an average amount. Nothing too cheap and (usually) not too expensive. $20-$80 on average. But, like I said, way better quality than your local forever21. No shade. The CUSTOMER SERVICE so far in my experience has been amazing!!! They're so quick to start me a fitting room every time and the girls always, always make me feel like a valuable customer. I give them props for keeping up the good customer service because people will not want to shop at a small store with rude employees. So good job!

I am a customer with Donnee Par Dieu already more then a year. I am very happy with their products it is very good quality and also very good prices. The customer service its very helpful I always shop from Colorado location and I just Love it. Whatever they are advertising on IG is same thing. Product is the best, and the environment is nice and cozy.

I just have to say that this store is amazing, from their reasonable prices, to their gorgeous products, they carry heels , dresses, tops, pants, tights, earrings, bracelets and more. You will always find something to buy. And Do not get me started about the staff, I have been coming to this store for years and I visited the Colorado Location a couple days ago, the worker I believe her name was Marina or Marya i am not sure. She was so very sweet and kind. The owners should be proud to have such a dedicated worker. She helped me pick out a couple outfits and her style is amazing. Totally Recommend If You Are In The Area!!!!

This is the cutest boutique in my neighborhood. The girls/ women working are always very helpful and friendly. They never hesitate to assist you to find whatever it is that you may be looking for. Upstairs they have a different selection from what they normally display, more day to day wear and of course downstairs they have their cute dresses. They also have a small selection of gowns that are suitable for weddings. The prices are very reasonable and the clothing is good quality.

One of my favorite, hidden stores in Glendale! I have been shopping here ever since they first opened. They have very cute clothes! The store never disappoints me with their new items. The customer service is also so friendly and personal! I went twice this week, and both times left with 3 items! Love love love!

I went to the store couple of times and one of their employees with short hair had attitude. I believe her name was Inesa. I asked her for help She had horrible attitude. The store itself was okay, but they need to work on their employees attitude.

The store has a nice set up. It looks very clean cut and beautiful. complaints: The workers need to stop pushing customers to buy their clothing. It makes it uncomfortable for people to step inside and look around. There is too much pressure from them. Customer service is great, but too much is going to scare off potential buyers. Other then that, they have a nice selection of things.

My past three experiences have been great. Twice I've done online shopping and once in store. All my experiences I have received great customer service. They do a great job of having your order ready and nearly wrapped when you pick up your order in store. They are very quick and easy. All the employees are welcoming and are happy. Clothing is as beautiful when you put it on as you see the images online or hanging. I would love to see more pattern or bright colors. I hate malls! I hate the parking situation & everything about malls! Especially when I'm in a hurry and need an outfit fast. I absolutely LOVE this store and I always find the cutest outfits when I go here. I also love supporting small family owned businesses. Basically I'd rather give my money to small mom and pop shops than Macy's! The customer service here is PHENOMENAL the staff is always smiling and always willing to help. I ordered 2 dresses from here on July 23 and I paid fast shipping for it to come in 3 days. After a week I still hadn't received it so I called and the girl on the phone and she said she can't find my order and I offered to give her my order number and she said she couldn't find it, and she only took my name and last name and wouldn't let me give her my order numbers, and she told me to call again the next day. I waited another 4 days without calling them and it still said that it hasn't left the store, so I called again and tried to talk to the manager and they said that she wasn't there and she found the package and they haven't sent it yet and I told her that I paid for fast shipment and it's been almost 2 weeks, and she took my name and phone number and she said she was going to call me back and let me know later that day. I waited another few days and it still showed that it hasn't left their store, and I called them again and I told them that I need them as soon as possible because I needed it for an event and if they're not going to send it I'll come and pick it up from the store and I asked if I can get my extra shipment money back because I live 20 minutes away so it shouldn't take so long to ship an item and they said it was fine and that I can come and pick it up from the store the next day. I woke up this morning (the next day) and saw that my package was sent to usps today which is August 4th after I told them I want to come come pick it up from the store and get my extra shipment money back. I've been calling them and they're not picking up the phone, they're customer service is horrible, I asked to speak to the manager or the owner multiple times and they said they would give me a call back, I have not received any calls back from them. I would not recommend anyone to order anything from them online.

Absolutely wonderful staff. The family also owns N&J Fashion in North Hollywood but unfortunately I couldn't find the Yelp listing for them. Either way both the stores have amazing styles and quality. And their customer service is beyond anything I have seen at any store for a very long time. Friendly and helpful! They really appreciate their customers! I've recommended many friends and family and I always will.

First time placing an order! I follow them on Instagram and they have a great selection of items. I purchased a dress for an all black party at the end of November. Delivery was quick and shipping was free. I didn't realize they had multiple locations in California. I travel there for work often so I'll have to return!
