I could not recommend Donovan Glass enough! I needed a glass replacement for my coffee table and Jim had his team come by first thing in the morning, replace and return it within 3 hours! The final price was very reasonable, and his team could not have been friendlier. I am super impressed with their efficiency and awesome customer service!

Got my shower door repaired. They were professional, helpful and prompt and came up with a solution to get the door fixed. Instead of what I thought was to fix the spline they were able to come up with a better solution to fix the door. Great service and professionalism.

Service requests are screened and they definitely do not waste your time, they will promptly respond if it's a job they will handle or if it's an even easier fix. I find the work ethic from the Donovan Glass Team to be excellent and it's always a joy to refer them to a friend because they stand on their craftsmanship. I've had them change panes in an old building as well as do screens, purchased a custom top for my L shaped work desk, also thanks so much for the plexiglass AC closure!

One of our garage door windows broke during a bad storm, and it needed to be fixed promptly. We called Donovan Glass in Tarrytown & within an hour, Angel was at our house installing a new window! He did a great job & everything is back to normal. Donovan Glass was very responsive to our situation & we will definitely recommend them to others! Great company and customer service. I have a round table that I wanted a glass top for. Came out perfect. It was done quicker than I thought it would be done and was packed nicely for me to transport home.

We had an old storm window with a large crack in it. Donovan glass were prompt and courteous. We dropped off our window and had the glass replaced within 24 hours for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

Every member of this store is first rate. James, the owner, went out of his way to come to our home to ensure mirror measurements were correct. He suggested an improved way to hang the mirror. When Angel and Jim came to hang the mirror, they realized it could not hung on one of our doors. With some creativity, we moved a picture and they hung the mirror. Then they graciously hung the picture in a different room. Their work ethic was excellent and they even vacuumed up after the installation. Why would you go to anyone else? Marlene Shifrin

This morning I had an emergency situation that needed to be dealt very quickly on my china cabinet. I, truly, couldn't believe how fast they were able to send someone. Very knowledgeable, and interested in customers' projects. Helped me finish a bunch of storm windows I built, and clearly wanted to help me make them great. Also gave me some great ideas on how to create some pop-out panels.
