We recently visited Doolys Hotel and were very disappointed with how much it has changed. With the new management and staff, the atmosphere no longer feels warm or welcoming, and the service felt inexperienced and unfriendly. The receptionist on arrival was rude, and our waiter made us feel uncomfortable throughout the meal.||We also noticed that management did not help or elevate service on the floor, instead spending time chatting with staff while customers appeared to be overlooked, which is very unlike the Doolys we previously knew.||The prices are extremely high for the quality — €27 for a steak sandwich and €22 for a chicken burger, which arrived dry and burnt. The lobby toilets were also in poor condition, with overflowing bins and heavily soiled sinks.||Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we won’t be returning. We hope this feedback is taken on board by the new management.
