The best meal we had in Tuscany! The freshest food, amazing service, and beautiful atmosphere. They are so knowledgeable about wine and give you an experience you won’t forget. Will definitely go back when we visit Tuscany again.

We were recommended from our hotel to go there, since lunch we had big meal so we went light for dinner. The food is ok, service is good. Not particularly special, only I notice this place is full of foreigner tourists.

I had my birthday dining here and can’t believe how fun it was. It was a spectacular memorable moment. Thank you! Dopolavoro la foce🥰 you’ve made my day! Honorable mention their pici: definitely the best so far home made 👍 desserts are supreme! Tiramisu made on the spot simple and delicious.

Absolutely stunning views, AMAZING food and Fantastic service. The best atmospheric welcoming we've had in the Tuscany region. We will definitely be back for more. The lamb, and the cheese wheel cacio de peppe is a must try. With the finish of tiramisu.

We took this recommendation from our Airbnb host, who is a local and booked our reservation for us, so we had no idea what to expect as we had not even researched the name. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the ambiance is absolutely stunning. It looks as though it is straight out of Architectural Digest. The staff are so thoughtful and caring. Sommelier paired the perfect wine with our meal. Quite literally the best beef tartare I have had in my entire life. Also had the mixed grilled pork which was phenomenal. This place is a gem. We are so lucky to have received this recommendation and will be certain to share with all of our friends overseas.

Amazing food and concept! Plus Area around is just breathtaking. We had amazing lunch with our family and friend. Could enjoy the meal while kids could safely walk around. Amazing wine selection.

They recently hosted two 40 person dinners for a group of mine. The staff were phenomenal. The dinners were organized and efficient. Several people had dietary restrictions and it was no problem. We were very impressed. Everything we ate was delicious! Thank you!

Yelp
We stopped in here for lunch after driving about an hour and a half from another area in Tuscany, on our way to Montelpuciano. From the outside it is very nondescript, but once you walk inside, all of the staff are so friendly and it's quite charming. It was the perfect stop, to break up our trip and get a bite to eat. They all spoke English, so that was nice and they were very friendly and helpful. The Caprese salad that we started with, might be one of the best I've ever had. Delicioso! My Pici pasta and my husband's ravioli were both incredible- and it's all handmade & lots of ingredients from their garden. It was an extremely nice experience- I would definitely go back and definitely recommend it to anyone going through this area for lunch or dinner.

Yelp
An amazing experience! I emailed the restaurant a couple of weeks in order to make a reservation and they were very communicative and helpful. We were staying at a villa in La Foce and walked down to Dopolavoro for dinner one night and did not regret. The staff were very attentive regardless of our large group and the waiters answered all of our questions on the menu. The food was also amazing. We started the night with bottles of wine and cáprese salad-- all which were delicious. Everybody at the table ordered something different and it was all delicious!

Yelp
We stopped by this cute little isolated place at the midpoint of a relaxing drive through the countryside. It was perfect. We enjoyed a delicious meal of beef cheek, bone marrow, ragout, pecorino, bread, and wine. I would go out of my way to travel halfway around the globe again just to have another meal here.

Yelp
For something so simple! This cute little place manage to nailed it!!!! We got spaghetti and ribs and oh my goodness!!! Bravo! This place however is famous for sandwich which I haven't try and I can't wait to.

Yelp
This place is AMAZING!!! Go!!!! The patio out back is stunning and so beautiful! Asia, the part owner and chef herself, is a delight and works very hard and is so cheerful. Our server was Ehis and he was so attentive and wonderful we would go back and ask specifically for him! We shared the melon & tomato gazpacho (10/10), the meat charcuterie board (delish), the peach and tomato panzanella salad (I am still craving more of this as I type this review two days later...), the mixed greens salad (fresh, large serving & wonderful), and the tomato and garlic pasta (pici). Wow!!!! Make a reservation by calling - we were lucky that Asia could squeeze us in at the last minute but especially during summer when it's their high season it's imperative to book ahead. There is also a carry out area with what look to be amazing bicci (stuffed sandwiches) and a nice bar area where you can grab a glass of wine or craft beer. Will be back tomorrow!!

Yelp
Had high expectations for this restaurant after visiting the gardens at La Foce. The food was just not that good. I had the gnocchi with pumpkin cream sauce which totally lacked flavor. I had the hamburger ordered medium which was totally over cooked with home made Mayo and ketchup that were awful. I was surprised at the lack of social distancing with seating very close together and every table occupied. My spouse had pici with ragu which was just okay as well as steak ordered medium rare. Half of the steak was cooked to order and tasty while the other half was barely cooked / not edible.

Yelp
Given that this was in the middle of no where, I was skeptical. However, the ambience was farm chic and I felt instantly at home. I ordered the tomato and garlic homemade pasta and I did NOT regret it. Absolutely exceptional - most "homemade" pastas I've had in busier Italian cities are clearly catered to tourist tastes, but this was simple yet delectable and most definitely made farm to table. If you're worried about going the distance for just another classic Italian place with little menu diversity, don't be! I had the opportunity to try their extremely unique fennel and ricotta pasta, cooked spinach, and they also had BBQ (Italian style!?) on the menu. The freshness of ingredients and warmth of the staff made for an exceptional experience that I would drive 60 miles from Florence just to return to.
