Doric Bed Boutique Hotel - resort- with restaurant service

This hotel goes out of its way to be obliging whilst at the same time inflicting some rather unhelpful rules on its guests : breakfast ends at 10.00 and check-out is at 11.00 to name two of them. The rooms are a little small but on the other hand they are full of useful storage in both the room and the bathroom. The private pool in the room we booked was more of a gimmick than a swimming pool but it was fun even though the water was close to bath temperature. The food at both breakfast and lunch was very good and again, the staff are very obliging. In conclusion, it’s a very good hotel in a wonderful location and excellent value for money.

We only stayed one night at Doric Eco Boutique Resort & Spa, but it completely blew us away—and we truly wish we had booked more time!||From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond—even preparing a thoughtful “to go” breakfast box for us since we had to leave early, before the dining room opened. That level of care made a lasting impression. Incredible amenities in our rooms too. ||The food (especially the dinner) was absolutely amazing—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Dining with views of the countryside and the nearby temples was a highlight!||The resort itself is stunning, with a unique eco-luxury design that feels both peaceful and modern.

This is truly a very special place. The views of the valley are incredible and the grounds of the hotel very special as well. The decor is modern but very comfortable. We had a room with a private small pool. There was plenty of space for the both of us and the pool was very relaxing.||What makes the place exceptional though is the staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful from check in to check out. Special thanks to our friends Carmello and Luca who made us feel like family. Great drinks at the pool and wonderful wine recommendations at dinner.||We had dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and both were excellent. I will say to fellow travelers that this place is more expensive than other accommodations as is the dinner but we found it well worth it. We wanted to have a comfortable easy time while visiting all the sites in this area of Italy and we found just that.||Thanks for everything,||Chris and Christine

An amazing place to stay. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Well designed and set out, accommodation was superb with all facilities you require and the accompanying private pool with the view was a tremendous asset. The food - breakfast and evening meals - were superb. Great location too to see the south central area of Sicily. Without doubt the staff are the main asset at Doric Eco, without exception all were polite, courteous, cheerful and always so helpful.

Amazing hotel close to the valley of the temples. This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. The grounds are spectacular, and the rooms are luxurious. However the jacuzzi in the middle of the room is not very practical. The view of the Valley of the Temples frim each room and the infinity pool is amazing. It's a taxi drive to the center of town, about 20 euros. The restaurant breakfast is a buffet with delicious croissants pastries, fruit juice eggs pancakes or omelets. Lunch and dinner menus were good but not fantastic. Cocktails overall were not great. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Doric. From the warm and efficient welcome that we received to the cute decorations for my daughters birthday to the amenities they provided for our kids to the wide selection for the free breakfast, our experience was amazing. The location is beautiful and the rooms themselves are clean and well designed. The outdoor pool was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again if we were to go back to the area.

The hotel’s modern and elegant architecture seamlessly blends contemporary luxury with the natural beauty of the surroundings. What makes this place truly special is their commitment to authenticity and sustainability. They grow their own olives to produce high-quality oil, and some of their homegrown fruits are used to craft a delicious house liquor, which we highly recommend trying (and taking a bottle home!). We were also fascinated to learn about their pilot wine production —another testament to their passion for offering a unique, locally rooted experience. Every detail, from the beautifully designed rooms to the exquisite dining options, was carefully curated to ensure an rememberable stay.

Premium luxurious boutique hotel at an ideal repose location. Situated in Agrigento opposite the temples. Staff very welcoming and food was great. I recommend the room with indoor pool. Cocktails were a bit pricey and the gym could have been better. Other than that I recommend this hotel when visiting Agrigento.
