Dormy Inn Nagano

It was a pleasant stay as all of us enjoyed the onsen after a long day after exploring Nagano. Location is great as it’s near to the station where you can easily get onto the train and local buses. Room is a bit small for a family of 3, recommend to get a bigger room with additional bed if you have a kid.

The hotel is located in a very convenient way near the train station. There's a convenience store next door. In the room, you will find a classic Dormy Inn arrangement, a sink when you enter, fridge and tea/coffee set under it. Then I had two single beds, a little table, 2 arm chairs, a big TV, humidifier and A/C. You will also find a safe (small) below the TV. In the bathroom, toilets and a shower cabin (no bath). The hotel provides a public bath on the last floor, with massaging chairs and coin laundry (NB: the laundry is located inside the bath) Good points: - location - public bath (indoor + outdoor) - good showering products - popsicles in the public bath area

Pros: located close to the station and near to bus stop or main road to Zenkoji.|Could move the double bed so that we could both get in and out at night.|Lovely onsen. |Free laundry service for washing and 100yen per 20mins for drying.|Cons: room was small but was workable and no smaller than expected in Japan

Super near the Nagano station, has a superb range for breakfast; there's a decent hot spring with free popsicles at night and yakult in the morning; the same level has 2 massage chairs which are perfect after the hot spring; free ramen every night; freeflow of coffee and tea at lobby. It's a complete experience with good value for money

I love everything about this hotel , location ,cleanness and mostly the spa at the top floor . It is great value for money , they even provide free ramen from 9:30pm and it was yummy !! This is the only hotel I stay whenever I am in Nagano .

First time staying at a Dormy Inn and we think it’s very value for money. Located just across the street from Nagano station. Room was a tad small but fine for just one night. There are quite a number of “extras” that the hotel provides, which was nice - apple juice in the lobby, hot spring with ice cream, and ramen for supper. Service was really good as well, the reception helped us call ahead to our next accommodation to arrange transportation.

- Really pleased with our stay - there’s free ramen in the evening after onsen as well as a selection of popsicles. - There’s indoor & outdoor areas for the onsen, water was hot enough & there’s even a tv in the sauna! - Laundry (washing machine) is free, dryer is only 100 yen per 20 minutes - absolute bargain. - There’s a free massage chair if you’re lucky to not have to wait for it. - Room is relatively spacious (for Japan & the price paid). - Lots of options @ breakfast. - Super convenient location near train station Would stay again.

Location is pretty close to station which is convenient to take JR, private railway and bus. Dormy Inn standard was kept well with outdoor onsen on the roof and also free ramen at night time. Feeding chill there for 3 nights.
