Where Was 'Too Much' Netflix Filmed? Behind the Scenes of Lena Dunham's London Show | Condé Nast Traveler

"For the crew’s location hunt, this Tudor manor near Windsor stands in for their hotel and brings a rich screen pedigree, having previously played an inn in Bridgerton, a school in The Personal Story of David Copperfield, and a stately home in Your Christmas or Mine?." - James Medd

What an extraordinary place. And there's undoubtedly a whole different dynamic to visiting an historic property when one knows that it's still actually a well-loved and well-used 'home' to a living, breathing family, and that it's been lived in by that same family for 14 consecutive generations and for more than 400 years! My friends and I were also blessed with an exceptionally knowledgeable, articulate, witty and personable tour guide, who brought everything to life, gave everything context and who patiently and expertly accommodated all of my additional queries!

A wonderful tour of this srunning old tudor manor house and it's history. The volunteer was interesting and knowledgeable. No photos allowed inside , there are toilets but no cafe that i saw. Limited opening, so check website closely. Historic house members get in free

I don’t even know where to start with how amazing our wedding day at Dorney Court was! From the moment we arrived to view it as a potential venue option (after viewing several others), we knew straight away this was the one! The grounds were beautiful and it gave us the elegant touch that we wanted. Rachel showed us around and then conducted all our following meetings and multiple communications and she was AMAZING! She even helped me when I was stressing about silly details like where my bridesmaids were going to stand! We opted to get married outside and were grateful the weather allowed this which gave us the feel of being in multiple locations across the venue which was a huge bonus for us. The food and drinks served were incredible and the staff were so so friendly and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for anymore. In the evening, we had Annabel as our coordinator and she was just as fabulous, making sure everything was running smoothly and keeping things in check behind the scenes, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The flexibility of the venue was brilliant; we were allowed to have our own evening food catering van to suit the style we wanted and multiple suppliers throughout the day including a tattoo artist and photobooth camper van. The detail that goes into your day is honestly everything we could have wished for and they truly brought every detail of our day to life. Thank you so much to the whole team at Dorney for making our special day so amazing, there are not enough words to write that can show our gratitude to you all!

The gardens weren't at the best due to the drought, but still nice. The gardens although nice aren't really the focal point of this place. It's the house itself that really captures the lime light. You have to go round on a guided tour which is around an hour or so. The guides are really knowable and bring the place to life. It's a lovely home which is still lived in. There is lot's of interesting bits in the house with lots of filming and family life evidence on display.

Lovely old house with a very good tour guide. Only open afternoons during August and bank holiday in may. Also enjoyed afternoon tea in the garden centre a stone's throw away from the house.
