We really had an amazing experience during our stay in SMA. Everything was very satisfactory with the hotel, especially the fantastic services provided by the staff which was quite impressive. We will definitely come back to this place again in the future.

Very good hotel in an excellent location close to city center. What really shines though is the customer service provided by Miguel and staff. They really made our stay truly memorable. Pro tip: for a romantic private experience skip the crowded roof top bars and opt for the room with the outdoor jacuzzi with the view of the church. Best views in the city.

We got the room with the rooftop deck town view (#5) and it was fabulous. Having that lovely private rooftop terraza was one of the best parts of the trip. We had our breakfast (included) brought to us there every morning. The staff was fantastic and helpful setting up activities and reservations. We got 90 min. massages from the spa. They were wonderful and reasonably priced. The hotel was an easy walk from most of the points of interest in town. Highly recommend.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to assist with anything we needed. We were upgraded to a top-floor room upon arrival, which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Dos Casas was an exceptional gem in this vibrant city. Our suite was beautifully decorated and appointed, the housekeeping service was perfect, and the staff was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Miguel made sure all our needs were met and made the most amazing recommendations for sites to see and rooftop restaurants to enjoy. The hotel is ideally located. Highly recommend!!

I have nothing but great things to say about our stay here. The service is TOP NOTCH!! Everyone is so gracious and helpful here on staff. This is a great boutique hotel right near the center and close to everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My partner and I stayed for two nights over a weekend in October. The location is amazing, very walkable. We also booked one of the rooms with a private rooftop terrance, and it was incredible. Amazing view, hot tub, lounge chairs, a table, and an umbrella. The weather in October was perfect to spend a ton of time up there! We were also served breakfast on the terrance both mornings, it was such a treat. The room was really spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows and linens were out of this world and they even did a turn down service each night. There was one outdoor shower, and two showers inside as well as a tub. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they truly went above and beyond in every way - no detail missed. We enjoyed a lovely dinner there one night - which they very graciously served to us in our room. It's a small menu, but beautifully executed.

We were in SMA for wedding planning for next year in 2024 and decided to stay near the centro and found Dos Casas. All the workers were exceptional and helpful and helped us with our activities that we wanted to accomplish while our stay. We stayed in the suite and it was very romantic. The restaurants food was amazing! My fiancè and I did not want to leave because of how comfortable our stay was. The room had access to the terrace with a jacuzzi and we had the most perfect views of San Miguel. We also did a massage at the Spa and it was one of the best massages I had in a while. Highly recommend!
