Service, location and hotel were all absolutely great. Front desk was very helpful, it is clean, quiet and peaceful Room had a bit of an old strange smell, would clear after opening the windows and back when closed. Nothing terrible

The room was spacious and clean. They have a pantry station where you can refill water bottles and make tea or coffee, which is pretty convenient! The property is walking distance from St Isaac cathedral and there are many excellent cafes and restaurants surrounding it. The receptionist was very helpful, giving us all the necessary instructions on checkin. She even helped us with the cab booking back to the airport. Highly recommended! -

This place was very close to all the attractions St Petersburg had to offer. Walking distance to Kazan, Yusupov Garden. The WiFi was slow at times.

Relatively close to the centre, sites of interest and restaurants Wifi was very bad, bathroom supplies could be better, room is very basic but functional.

Very good service. The receptionist was such a caring and kind person. It is just remind me why I love St. Petersburg. Good hotel I highly recommend. -

I'll visit again. It feels like home and the room is spacious and comfortable Apart from the bed sheet having one or two dirty spot, nothing.
