Double Roti

This is for "Double Dashi" I loved the food, hands down the best I've had in recent times. It stays true to the words and is authentic. Though the starters were small considering the price point being high. I love what they've done with the small place. I've an issue with the ambiance and comfort. I do understand that it's trying to mimic Japnese street style, the tables are damn small. It didn't fit my hands even. The chairs weren't comfy either. You make this seem like an "elite" place with bookings and stuff, but it's disappointing on the comfort. Also the crowd was too loud. It felt like most of the kids that came there were not for the food. It was too fussy and people kept intrupting other's dining experience. Basically most lacked common sense and reked with entitlement. Hope people visiting places like this have a teeny tiny bit of commonsense. It was awkward for the waiters as well !!! I don't blame them. PS: this was on a Sunday noon !!! Can't imagine weekend evenings here 😅

Dined in the evening. The ambience here was really cool. Tried their popular burger — Size Matters Fried Chicken Burger — and Mac & Cheese Pasta (Chicken). Serving took around 20–25 minutes, and the staff were polite. I really liked the burger — the chicken was nicely fried. I'm not a big fan of pasta, but it was okay. The prices may be a bit high, but I would say it's totally worth it for the burger, ambience, and staff.

Double Roti was a nice find. The traditional American food was served quickly and cooked just right. We had Buffalo Shrimp, Asian Chili Wings and Buffalo Chicken Bites to start and they were very tasty. The Brisket sandwich was delicious as was the Fried Chicken Burger.

The ambiance and vibe of this restaurant were quite different from most. It felt more like an American diner. The only downside was the unhygienic sticky tables, menu, and the overall cleanliness of the place. I’d rate it 3/5. On the other hand, the service was top-notch. The staff was very attentive and kept checking up on me throughout my meal. I’d rate it 5/5. The fries were not crispy enough, even though they were topped with cheese. They could have used a few more minutes in the fryer. However, the flavour was very good, and they were served with mayo and ketchup, which was a great combination. I’d rate them 3.5/5. The mac n cheese was creamy, but the cheese felt curdled. The flavour was good, and the quantity was huge. The accompanying garlic bread could have been toasted well. Overall, I’d rate it 3.5/5. I might return for its burgers and birria tacos. My reviews are also influenced by my past online ordering experience with this place.

Had a really nice experience and dinner with the family. Was crowded but still the service was able to give us a table ASAP. Rose and the FNB team all of them very nice and upto mark ‼️. Only the BFC in the menu was a little bit off but rest all was very delicious.

One of the only places in Chennai that serves great meats. Tried pulled pork tacos and beef brisket sandwich, and both of them were really good! I heartily recommend it to anyone who is passionate about smoked meats! Also, Rose was a delightful waitress✨

Orders arrived after quite a long wait but staffs were helpful in answering menu queries. The ambience was perfectly curated for a chilled dinner, with tastefully designed interiors and comfortable seating encouraging conversation and relaxation. The lighting, music, and decor elegantly complemented the food, creating just the right atmosphere for an enjoyable evening With distinctive flavors in every dish, generous portions, friendly service, and inviting ambience, this restaurant truly excels as a spot for dinner gatherings with friends or family. We had a great experience here. Tried their fish n chips.. shrimp in sauce.. grilled chicken.. evrything was top notch. Also tried may be the best cold milo. Really the best. Watermelon cooler and lime mint was also equally good. Place is expensive but it matches with the vibe and food. Highly recommend.
