DoubleTree by Hilton Aqaba

Our recent stay at the DoubleTree Aqaba was exceptional. The hotel itself is of the highest standard, with impeccable maintenance evident throughout. Our bedroom was a luxurious and spacious. The hotel staff were outstanding across the board. From the attentive cleaners and courteous doormen to the welcoming receptionists, every interaction was a positive one. Their helpfulness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort made us feel truly valued guests. A particular highlight was the exceptional dining experience. The restaurant consistently delivered exquisite cuisine, and the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements. The chef Salah deserves special recognition for creating truly memorable bespoke vegetarian dishes that exceeded our expectations. We extend our sincere gratitude to Retaj, Ellen and her team ( Grace, Jenny, Jean, and all the others) the for their outstanding service and for making our dining experience so special. The hotel's partnership with another beach resort was a fantastic perk. We thoroughly enjoyed spending a day at the private beach, and the convenient transfers from the hotel made the experience seamless.

We booked the hotel for three nights with two connecting rooms. Altogether , we really enjoyed our stay as the rooms were specious to accommodate our family of six persons ( 4 children ). The swimming pool is on the first floor with a view to the res sea. Although, it is quite small but our kids really enjoyed it and staff has been very helpful throughout the stay. The best thing of the hotel was the breakfast and the cookies they offer when you check in. They even charged our car freely and always quick in making the rooms everyday. great value for money.

Save your money, it’s 1:30 am and I can’t sleep because of the noises coming from next rooms, we called the reception 3 times so far, besides, there is a cat in the corridor that keeps screaming !!! Which is insane, rooms are absolutely not insulated, I feel like I’m at the road even though my room is at the highest floor. Never coming back.

Stayed here with my sister while visiting Jordan for tourism. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Mustafa on reception went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable- a credit to the Hilton team. The food was delicious, facilities very clean and atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. We received warm cookies on arrival, complimentary robe, slippers and bottled water. The breakfast included was varied and made fresh. There was something to cater for our every need. 10/10 accommodation. I shall be returning in future

We had a great time staying at the DoubleTree during our stay in Aqaba. The location was ideal, rooms were nice (very comfortable beds), and the staff went above and beyond. We specifically had a great experience with Ellen who was a server at the pool and for breakfast. :)

Great hotel at excellent location |with very nice staff! Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Especially thanks to Ellen who was so nice and helpful during our stay! The hilton cookie is a nice welcome. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices.

Stayed in May 2024. Upon check in, I was kindly greeted by the ladies at reception. One in particular that I unfortunately did not get the name of, I made great conversation with. In general, the staff are very professional and courteous, including at their restaurant which serves good food. I got an upgrade to a larger room at a high floor (6) which had a great view of the water. The in-house cafe also serves a good cup of any cafe drinks. The location is right on the main road close to beach/gulf as well as local shopping areas. The parking is adjacent in an empty sandy but security gated lot that the hotel overlooks. Overall, I was very happy to have chosen to stay here and would return if I revisit Aqaba.

With my boyfriend we stayed 1 night at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel and everything was perfect. The hotel is in the center of Aqaba with his own parking which was very convenient for us. The room, the service and the staff is very good, always with the smile. The breakfast is amazing with a large variety of local food and international food. I highly recommend !
