Amazing hotel, centrally located in Aqaba. |Staff was extremely friendly. As my room was not ready yet I got a drink voucher to kill a few minutes until I could go to my junior seaview suite. The room was amazing, great view and a very comfy bed. |Breakfast is opulent and plentyful, spanning from local dishes to western cuisine. Service was spot on. |Would definitely come back, felt very welcome.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything was well arranged, clean, and comfortable, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special thank-you goes to Ms. Anne, whose friendly and kind attitude added a warm touch to our mornings. Her welcoming smile during breakfast made each day start on a positive note. I had a great experience at double tree. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and made my stay smooth and enjoyable. But the highlight of my visit was definitely MIST Spa. Raghad, the manager, was truly exceptional. She’s the kind of person who makes a real difference — extremely professional, warm, and genuinely caring. She explained everything clearly, helped with recommendations, and even guided us about things to do around the city. Her hospitality and attention to detail made the whole experience unforgettable. Tasneem was very kind and polite, and Deema, who did my massage, was excellent — skilled, gentle, and very relaxing. Overall, double tree is great, but MIST Spa — especially with Raghad leading it — takes the experience to another level. Highly recommended.

The hotel is nice. The location is unique; near everything you might need (restaurants, shops, Money Exchange..) The Staff at the front office and F&B is great. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The Pool is very convenient. The RS experience needs a bit of amelioration but overall the experience was good. Thanks to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was outstanding – the staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything, big or small. The location is simply perfect – close to all the main attractions, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and smelled great – truly a high standard of cleanliness. In short, a hotel that feels like home, with excellent service and a perfect location. The foood was great . The service and the staff you hire are very professional. I liked how they keep smiling and they follow up on each table. The thing I feel can improve is having some Arabic music or songs as Fayrooz in order of spread the Arabic culture

It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had during my stay at this hotel. I would like to thank the wonderful staff for their hospitality, and a special thanks to Chef Moayad for his elegant manners and exceptional skills. He made the most delicious pancakes and omelette during breakfast. Highly recommended!
