DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku'damm

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton! I loved everything — the hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and really comfortable. The breakfast was huge and absolutely delicious. The fitness room was not only super clean but also big and spacious, which was a great surprise. Special shoutout to Andrii at the bar — such a kind and friendly guy! And of course to all the girls at the reception — very beautiful, always helpful, and always smiling. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I’d give 20. Totally recommend this place!

Read on to see my full review which I’ve broken down to 5 categories, overall I rate this place 9.4 out of 10 based on the positivity score below Staff 10/10 Facilities 9/10 Food and beverages 8/10 Room 10/10 Value for money 10/10 Staff Fantastic staff! I arrived at 12pm and asked if there was a chance to check in early rather than leave my luggage in holding, they said my room was ready! I took my card out to pay, they said no charge! Absolutely amazing and so thankful! Even when checking out, I was offered a late check out with no charge too, I should mention I had the suite booked, unsure if this made a difference or if staff were just kind to me, but was fab! Facilities and amenities Hotel is in a great location with shops a short walking location away. There is a fully stocked bar, a good gym, sauna, lounge area, and more which I probably didn’t explore Food and beverages Drinks in the bar were well stocked, one barman and service was a tad slow, however the barman acknowledged everyone waiting and asked to hold on The room itself Upgraded to the suite which had the living room separate from the bedroom, nice and cozy! TV channels mainly in German, but had a HDMI cable for my laptop so Netflix was a win! Nice big bathroom too, bed was super comfy! Had some great sleep for sure! Value for money For sure!! Worth looking at the price of the upgraded rooms, worth the extra in my opinion

Here your loyalty still means something, staff is really nice (exceptional for Berlin standards) , rooms are clean. It looks like it just had is opening last week. Spotless, modern. Great communal areas, even the gym is above hotel expectations. Found a new fav place to stay in Berlin. Location is ok since Berlin has great public transport.

We stayed at the DoubleTree in Berlin last week for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The hotel feels brand new – everything is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, close to great shopping, dining, and public transportation, which made it super easy to explore the city. One of the things we enjoyed most is that the hotel is located right across from a beautiful park. It gave us a sense of calm and peace away from the city’s hustle and bustle, and it really added to the relaxing atmosphere of our stay. The staff were truly outstanding – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service made us feel both cared for and completely at ease. The atmosphere of the hotel combines comfort with a touch of luxury, and it really gave us the sense of being at home while still enjoying a high-end experience. The facilities cover everything you might need during your stay, so you never feel like anything is missing. From the cozy and stylish rooms to the elegant common areas, the hotel manages to balance practicality with a refined feel. Overall, DoubleTree Berlin exceeded our expectations. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to after a day in the city, and we would definitely choose it again on our next visit.

We stayed for 4 nights and the experience was excellent. The hotel is very nice, newly refurbished and very close to many restaurants, high street (lots of stores), Ka De We and close to subway station (around 8 min. of walk). |We booked a corner suite (the rate was just a little more than normal room). Big and nicely appointed with nice view of park in front. |Although they didn't verbally recognize my diamond status, they honoured benefits of free lounge access and free breakfast. Executive lounge with free coffee, juice (there's a juicer to extract juice from apples and carrots, very nice) and some, not very tasty, local soft drinks (unfortunate they don't serve Coca-Cola at the lounge). The evening food spread is very simple so it's best if you dine somewhere else. The lounge is worthy if it's free or you're an heavy coffee drinker.|Breakfast was good with variety of foods and a simple egg station for fried eggs and omelettes. |The service was excellent with attention to details, nice attitudes and efficiency. It's different from Asian hospitality but I felt very well cared. |We'll be back.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom was clean and featured high-quality toiletries. I particularly enjoyed the hotel’s fitness center, which had a wide range of equipment and was open 24/7. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options from fresh fruit and cereals to hot dishes like eggs and sausages. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. The location was great, close to shopping areas and public transport. I would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Berlin. The rooms are newly renovated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The entire property is impeccably maintained and has a calming, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The fitness center overlooks a serene, Zen-style garden, adding to the relaxing experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—offering an impressive variety with something for everyone. The staff was consistently attentive and helpful across the board—from the front desk to the restaurant, bar, and concierge. We would absolutely stay here again.
